This study is a concept analysis of membership, using the evolutionary concept analysis method. Literatures published from January 2000 to January 2020 were searched on CINAHL, EBSCO, and websites of professional associations, using keywords including 'Member support', 'Member welfare', 'Professional association', 'Membership', and 'Member benefit.' Finally, 12 articles and 4 professional association website data were selected for analysis. The antecedents of membership comprised two dimensions, viz., the member level, and the association level. The antecedent at the member level included need of members, whereas antecedent at the association level was to set up a new department responsible for memberships. Attributes of the membership included 'member support', 'member professionalization', and 'member solidarity'. The consequences of membership also consisted of two dimensions: increased member satisfaction and professionality, and enhancement of rights and interests at the member level, and improvement of public awareness for the professional association at the association level. The findings of this study suggest that providing proper membership is a desirable direction of the association's member support considering the member's opinion ultimately, and propose future research for membership development. This study significantly provides the contextual basis, by identifying the antecedents, attributes, and consequences of membership.

In a state where ancient buildings was left a lot in the case of Korea, many parts do not remain the documentation, and there is a Kiwarisho lot in Japan, however, the present methods and tree split does not exist in the Korea. However, it is impossible to make a perfect building without splitting exact member when making a building. Thus will not be revealed simply by presumption that there is a similar way to wood comparatively far in Korea. Without a comparison of building dimensions and Korea calculation dimensions Kiwarisho In the first study about the proportionality of Korea, I do not know until now, other studies of the following documents which house a high approximation ratio and member size of Korea consider reason to have is impossible. View compared with respect to the axis of the building in the early stages of research first. In the case of Japan and Korea to form a tree frames in basic form that form the building, the shaft portion is easy to understand and easy compared in common is at most the shaft portion.
The Three-dimensions digital documentation of cultural heritages mostly consist of drawings with 3D data, and require diverse attempts and researches. Three storied stone pagoda in Mulgeol-ri, Hongcheon underwent the disassembling repair, and its conditions before the disassembly, individual members and conditions after the preservation treatment were documented in 3D data. The 3D data of the stone pagoda before the disassembly and after the preservation treatment were comparatively analyzed by combining the member position data with the individual member data. The gaps between foundation stones became smaller after the preservation treatment, and each story made a square. The results will be used as important data in monitoring the deformation of and damage to the stone pagoda.
Purpose - This study aims to measure the influence of the positive psychological capital (PPC) of business workers by using innovative work behavior (IWB) and the influence of Leader-member exchange (LMX) and Member-member exchange (MMX) in this relation and investigating the directional efforts of small and medium company leaders and members. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This study selects PPC as an integrated superior concept to establish research models and hypotheses of the influence of PPC on IWB, and the influence of LMX and MMX in these relations. Of the questionnaires distributed, 373 valid questionnaires were collected in total. Results - It was confirmed that the PPC of workers has a statistically significant influence on LMX, MMX, and IWB. Moreover, LMX and MMX have similar influence on worker life satisfaction with life satisfaction and innovative work behavior having different dimensions. Conclusion - To enhance IWB, worker PPC is very important as it has significant influence on the relations with leaders. However, it is also notable that positive relations with colleagues did not influence IWB.
Buckling capacity of compression members may change due to inadvertent changes in the member section dimensions or material properties. This may be the result of repair, modification of section properties or degradation of the material properties. In some occasions, enhancement of buckling capacity of compression members may be achieved through splicing of plates or utilization of composite materials. It is very important for a designer to predict the buckling resistance of the compression member and the important parameters that affect its buckling strength once changes in section and/or material properties took place. This paper presents an analytical approach for determining the buckling capacity of a compression member whose geometric and/or material properties has been altered resulting in a multi-step non-uniform section. This analytical solution accommodates the changes and modifications to the material and/or section properties of the compression member due to the factors mentioned. The analytical solution provides adequate information and a methodology that is useful during the design stage as well as the repair stage of compression members. Three case studies are presented to show that the proposed analytical solution is an efficient method for predicting the buckling strength of compression members that their section and/or material properties have been altered due to splicing, coping, notching, ducting and corrosion.
Objectives: This paper aims to identify the dimensions of community capacity in a public residence lease apartment complex in Seoul as a case study, and discusses their application to community health promotion. Methods: The research team performed a focus group interview and a brief survey with resident committee representatives to explore community context and to identify the dimensions of community capacity and their order of priority. Results: We identified many groups with different senses of community and various dynamics in the community. Seven dimensions of community capacity were identified. However, there are different developmental stages among them. Also there are some influences with the different directions in a dimension, e.g. leadership and citizen participation. Conclusions: This study illustrated the identification of the dimensions of community capacity focused on the perspective and recognition of the community and community member, as an effort to understand community capacity in domestic community health promotion context.
As a part of the research on existing structures of private homes from Joseon Era. Focusing on one hundred twenty five-purlin houses, the current study investigated the features and characteristics of the house structure from style, size, proportion and roof pitch, and measurements of key parts, and developed the following conclusions. Most are single-houses (89, 83%), and among them, there are 47 single front-terrace houses (39%), which is the highest number. The sizes of lower house structure do not differ greatly depending on the vertical structure, and single rear terrace house and double-house have relatively larger side sizes. The size of upper structure is larger in double-houses compared to other vertical structures, indicating a relatively higher roof. The cross-section measurement of major parts show that double-houses are larger than single-houses by 3cm in pillar, 3-4.5cm in crossbeam length, and 4.5cm in crossbeam width. However, Janghyeo width was consistent at 7.5 to 10.5cm, maintaining uniformity regardless of vertical structure of the houses. In addition, the cross-section measurements decreased from sixteenth to nineteenth century, with the size of pillar size decreasing the most. The result that the Janghyeo width is not related to the house structure house confirmed that the Janghyeo width was kept consistent regardless of the size of the house structure.

Presented is a study on the establishment of a method of advanced reliability analysis for the realistic analysis and design of reinforced concrete(RC) structures. Considerable variabilities exist in concrete structures due to random nature of concrete materials and member dimensions. The present study analyzes first the uncertainties in concrete, reinforcements and member dimensions and then a method is proposed to determine the probability uncertainties of basic variables. The limit state equations are also proposed for the RC members with axial compression and bending and RC footings. The advanced invariant second-moment method is applied to analyze those structures. The present study provides an important base for realistic reliability analysis of RC structures.

This study investigated the basic data of architectural design about framework dimensions inherent in a folk house of Yeosu city generally and systematically. We investigated the common dimensions of framework constitution for folk house (main building) seen a lot in Yeosu city. Most of the folk houses in Yeosu city were common people houses built from the end of 19th century to the 1960s and have maintained the same style for a long time. As a result of the study, common dimensions were calculated in two ways. One is Front toi/3ryang house and the other is Front/back toi/2kozu5ryang house. Front/back toi house was large in the case of full width, total height, and member thickness but, width of the front kan is no big difference. In other words, the scale of Front toi house and Front/back toi house is difference only in the rest except front kan (width). Among calculated common dimensions, the front kan of Front toi house and Front/back toi house in the plan, the kitchen is the widest, and the size is the same at 8.7 chucks degree. The next became small little by little in order of room 1(main room), room 2(center room), room 3(end room). As a result, the size of the room 3 of Front toi house reaches 7.7 chucks, and room 3 of Front/back toi house reaches 8.0 chucks. In the section dimensions, pillar height is in sum of floor height and pillar core height, Front toi house is 7.9 chucks, and Front/back toi house is 8.2 chucks. The investigation of basic data of architectural design is not only makes possible to grasp specific and simple to three-dimensional universal aspect on framework dimensions, but also documentation of folk house design know-how is done, and the architectural design standards of Korean folk house is written in the contents according to the area.
This study presents an example of conceptual design for hollow circular section multi-column tower system subjected to 10MW level wind load by introducing a method based on member utilization that examine both structural stability and economical efficiency. The basic assumptions for the proto type of a multi-column tower that can replace a single-cylinder tower were suggested and structural models were constructed following the assumptions and analyzed for identifying member forces. Based on the calculated member strengths and acting loads, the member utilization of the proposed multi-column tower structures were calculated for axial force, shear, bending and torsion and evaluaed for suitability as a wind tower. Design parameters such as steel tube dimensions, slenderness ratio, and number of floors for braces was proposed in the acceptable range of member utilization for conceptual design of multi-column wind towers.
