This study was designed to analyze the relationship among the motivations for the use of digital devices, attitudes toward the use of digital devices and performance resulting from the use of digital devices in middle-aged and elderly groups by using a path analysis. For an empirical analysis, the 2018 Survey on the Digital Divide by the National Information Society Agency was referenced, analyzing the data of 1,664 people, selected through listwise deletion from total 2,303 people aged 55 or over. A close examination of how measuring variables reflect potential variables (motivations for, attitudes toward and performance resulting from the use of digital devices) showed a significance of 0.001, which suggests that each individual measuring variable does reflect the potential variables. Evaluation of the pathway factors of the structural model from the motivations for the use of digital devices to the attitudes toward the use of digital devices (β=0.847) and from the attitudes toward the use of digital devices to the performance resulting from the use of digital devices (β= 0.745) revealed significant statistical effects. The results of this study suggest that the motivations for the use of digital devices does not directly enhance the digital device use performance, but that it can improve the attitudes toward the use of digital devices, which can in turn increase the performance resulting from the use of digital devices. The analysis holds significance that it has presented practical and policy implications.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of parents' perception of infant's use of digital devices on language development. Methods: For this study, a survey was conducted on 285 parents of 1-2year old infants attending childcare centers in Jeollanam-do. Results: First, the digital devices that infants were exposed to the most was the television, and their first exposure to digital devices was at 13~17 months. The most time spent using digital devices was 30 minutes and they most frequently used them at home. Second, parents perceived the educational value of digital devices as low. Third, language development was high when the initial use of digital devices for infants was late, when the daily use time of digital devices was less than 30 minutes, when digital devices were used with parents, and when parents always managed digital devices and usage time. Fourth, Parents' perception of the use of digital devices has a significant influence on their infants' language development. Conclusion/Implications: Language development due to the use of digital devices and parents' perception of the use of digital devices has a significant impact on infants language development.

Amid the Covid pandemic surge last year, customers and businesses started embracing digital transactions. Digital banking, as an answer to the cash-less-contact-less way of doing financial transactions, was highly convenient during the pandemic, especially in the Philippines. This position examines the Gen Y and Gen Z in the Philippine case and its willingness to encourage digitalization of the financial sector. This study aimed at evaluating the intention to use digital banking services using the factors (1) ease of use; (2) perceived usefulness; (3) perceived risk; (4) trust; (5) convenience. A total of 226 respondents were selected by random sampling method and linear regression was used to analyse the collected data. Analysis of the results show that the components (1) perceived ease of use; (2) perceived usefulness; (3) perceived risk; (4) trust; (5) convenience had a significant effect on intention to use digital banking while the demographics - gender, age, monthly income, and educational attainment do not have any significance on the intention to use digital banking. The relevance of the study can be used for marketing and financial strategies to increase the intention to use digital banking and to contribute to the enhancement of technology acceptance concerning digital banking.

Purpose In this paper, among the four information vulnerable groups(disabled, elderly, low-income, farmers and fishermen), the mediating effect of digital device usage attitudes in the effect of digital information utilization level of farmers and fishermen with a large digital information gap with the general public on life satisfaction was verified. Design/methodology/approach This study summarizes existing research related to the digital information gap between farmers and fishermen, and the empirical analysis is based on hierarchical regression analysis based on the 2022 Digital Information Gap Report (survey data on 2,200 farmers and fishermen) published by the Korea Intelligence Information Society Promotion Agency. Among the four major information vulnerable groups (the disabled, the elderly, low-income groups, and farmers and fishermen), attitudes toward using digital devices were examined in terms of the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction among farmers and fishermen, who have a relatively large digital information gap with the general public. It was verified as a mediating effect. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, attitudes toward the use of digital devices were found to play a mediating role in the impact of the level of digital information use on life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the application experience and observation of young children's teachers' digital devices. The participants of this study were 6 young children teachers using digital devices. Individual interviews were conducted as a data collection method. It was conducted 2-3 times per research participant. Data collection was conducted from November to December 2020. The Data analysis was focused on the young children's teachers' digital device application experience and observation use. 'Easy and simple use', 'using existing familiar apps', 'providing healing to teachers', and 'improving the utilization of spare time' were derived as early childhood teachers' experience of applying digital devices. 'Easy use of observation records', 'Use together in various ways', 'Use for parent counseling', 'Use appropriate for observation of revised Nuri Curriculum' through early childhood teacher's experience of observing digital devices ' was derived. As a conclusion of this study, first, it is easy for young children's teachers to apply digital devices to the field. Second, if young children's teachers use digital devices, they can make a wide range of observations, enabling high-quality early childhood education practices.

The object of this article is to assess the factors affecting the behavioral intention of young retail customers to use digital banking services in Vietnam. In this article, multivariate data analysis techniques including Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Structure equation model (SEM), and Bootstrapping are used to analyze the data collected from 525 young respondents under the age of 35 who are using or having opportunities to experience digital banking services. The people taking part in the survey were mainly University students with incomes of most of them under VND 5 million. The result from the analysis illustrates that (1) perceived ease of use positively affects intention to use, (2) social influence positively impacts intention to use, and (3) customer support has a positive impact on the intention of young people to use digital banking services. While technology self-efficacy, convenience, and perceived security were found to have an impact on intention to use services in former studies, the influences of these factors on intention to use digital banking services are found insignificant in this research. From these results, the author provides implications for commercial banks to increase the intention to use digital banking of young people in Vietnam.

Purpose: Research on the behavior of using digital banking services plays an important role for banks in the context of increasingly competitive banks, not only for domestic banks but also for foreign banks. Along with the development of science and technology brings new approaches to banking industry, digital banking increases the effectiveness of banking activities. Besides, information safety brings different feeling about digital banking system. Therefore, this research evaluates the relationship between Information safety and Intention to use banking services in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: With 329 Vietnamese customers using digital banking, reliability test, and structural equation model (SEM) analysis method. Results: the research shows that information safety has directly effects on perceived ease of use (PU), perceived risk (RIS) of customers to digital banking services. Perceived trust (TRU) has a negative impact on RIS. Perceived of usefulness (PEU) has a positive impact on attitude towards service (ATT), and RIS has a negative impact on ATT. RIS, PEU, ATT, convenience and enterprise image have positive effects on intention to use digital banking service. Conclusions: From the research results, the authors also propose some recommendations to enhance the intention to use digital banking services in Vietnam.

In this study, users' perceptions and concerns about digital information resources were investigated, focusing on impediments to the use of digital resources, to devise measures for improvement by identifying factors that hinder the use of digital information resources. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research identifies the inconvenien ce factors and establishes the user inconvenience list based on prior research and the current status survey. Based on the derived list, a survey was conducted on users of public libraries. Through this study, it was found that the use of digital information resources can be enhanced by improving the internal library system. Specifically, it refers to improving search performance and accessibility of digital data, providing one-stop services for digital information resources through the operation of an integrated data management system, conducting customized user education, and establishing a digital information resource preservation system, e.g. web archiving. Also, improving the external environment and system, such as contracting with more libraries for digitized data use agreements, strengthening support, unifying the names and classifications of digital information resources, and simplifying the procedure for using digital information resources, is of great importance.

In these days, almost all existing contents have been digitalized because of development of IT(Information Technology) and the emergence of various distribution channels. Those digitalized Contents has increased so rapidly, particularly Video contents, and brought new market and open new business. Now it became a lucrative industry. Therefore it's necessary to study Digital contents. This study is to find out the factors which have an influence on Intention to Use and Use charged the digital contents. To carry out this study, TAM(Technology Acceptance Model), IDT(Innovation Diffusion Theory) and Use& Gratifications Theory were applied. An empirical method has been adopted, using Likert-style 7 point measurement scale, data were collected by e-mail and direct survey in Daejeon, Korea. On the collected data, after the validity test and reliability test has been taken by factor analysis and using Cronbach's alpha respectively, following 5 variables were extracted such as Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Easy Of Use, Compatibility, Intention to Use and Use.
