The purpose of this study is to investigate the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application in terms of user's benefits and personalization. While the prior researches on mobile banking adoption focus on the characteristics of service itself, this paper intends to investigate the smart banking application in terms of user's benefits, which are personal value consumers attach to the product or service attributes. Based on prior studies functional benefits, social benefits, experiential benefits, and personalization are identified as affecting factors of the user's attitude and usage of smart banking application. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, all benefit factors(functional benefit, experimental benefit, social benefit) and personalization were found to be significantly related to the user's attitude. Users' attitude on smart banking was found to be significantly related to the real usage as well. This paper has value in that it investigates the attitude and usage of smart banking in terms of benefits.

The concept causing all the fuss is "the utility computing or the usage-based IT service", which now represents the future for IT asset in all aspects of the way they work in business, the commercial and public sector. The core of "utility computing or usage-based IT service" is changing the IT assert from "ownership" to "borrowing", which enables managers to get greater utilization of data-centre resources at lower operating costs. This trend is spreaded in public sector centering the Governmental Internet data Center of Korea(NCIA). So, it has need to make an usage-based IT service model that is suitable for public sector. In this paper, we propose the usage-based IT service model that is composed of IT service framework, service pricing model and IT service architecture.

본 연구는 중고령자의 디지털정보화 활용 수준을 파악하고 디지털정보화 활용 수준이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 더불어 디지털정보화 활용 수준이 중고령자의 사회적 자본을 매개로 하여서도 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 한국정보화진흥원의 「2018년 디지털정보격차 실태조사」 자료를 활용하였으며, 연구대상자는 전국의 55세 이상 중고령자에 해당하는 1,662명이다. 분석자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계패키지를 사용하여 다중회귀분석과 Baron & Kenny(1986)의 3단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 사회적 자본의 매개효과의 통계적 유의성은 Sobel Test를 통해 검증하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 중고령자의 디지털정보화 활용 수준이 높고 사회적 자본 수준, 연령이 높으며, 여성, 비독거일수록 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사회적 자본의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 중고령자의 디지털정보화 활용 수준과 삶의 만족도의 관계에서 사회적 자본이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 중고령자의 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 디지털정보화 활용 수준과 더불어 사회적 자본을 고려할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 대학생들의 올바른 스마트폰 사용 문화의 확립을 위해, 대학생의 스마트폰 사용 특성에 관한 경험을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 총 9명의 대학생들이고, 이들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 질적 연구 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 다음과 같은 5개의 주제군과 18개의 주제들이 도출되었다. 5개의 주제군들은 1. 스마트폰 사용 배경 2. 스마트폰 애착 요인 3. 나만의 세상 구축, 4. 인간관계의 신풍속도 출현 5. 스마트폰 사용의 부담요인 등이다. 이상의 내용을 바탕으로, 대학생들의 스마트폰의 올바른 사용에 관한 실천적 제언과 후속 연구를 제안하였다.

본 연구는 디지털헬스케어서비스에서 사용자기대와 사용자효용의 매개요인을 사용하여 서비스 품질의 특성들이 지속사용의도에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 첫째, 독립요인을 서비스품질 차원으로 통합하였으며, 기존 연구들을 토대로 독립요인들을 도출하였다. 도출된 독립요인은 기술적특성, 사용자특성, 의료서비스특성 등의 3개의 관점으로 구분하였으며, 각각의 독립요인 특성이 지속사용의도에 어떻게 영향을 주는지를 연구하였다. 둘째는 사용자기대와 사용자효용이라는 2개의 매개요인들이 독립요인과 종속요인을 매개하는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 357개의 설문을 사용하였으며 의미 있는 분석결과는 사용자특성 요인이 사용자기대와 사용자 효용 그리고 지속사용의도에 연속적으로 영향을 미치는 독립요인이라는 것을 발견하였다. 분석 결과을 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 사용자특성 요인은 사용자기대와 사용자효용 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 이들 매개요인들은 지속사용의도 종속요인에 영향을 미친다. (2) 기능성, 호환성 그리고 편의성 하위요인들로 구성된 기술적특성 독립요인과 혁신성 하위요인을 갖는 사용자 특성 독립요인은 사용자기대 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 사용자기대 매개요인은 지속사용의도 종속 요인에 영향을 준다. (3) 신뢰성, 운영용이성, 안전성 그리고 정확도 하위요인들로 구성된 의료 서비스특성 독립요인은 사용자효용 매개요인에 영향을 주고, 사용자효용 매개요인은 다시 지속 사용의도 종속요인에 영향을 미친다.

본 연구는 영아기 자녀를 둔 부모들을 대상으로 영아기 자녀의 스마트폰 사용 경험에 대한 부모의 걱정을 파악하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 서울 경기 지역에 있는 영아기 자녀를 둔 부모 6명으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과, [부모의 스마트폰 사용경험]에 관한 주제군에서는 <일상 생활화>, <육아 보조역할>로, [부모의 걱정]에 관한 주제군에서는 <막연한 교육적 기대 >, <발달과정상의 문제>, <중독 성향>으로 주제를 분류할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 영아기 자녀의 스마트폰 사용의 문제점을 파악하고, 스마트폰을 포함한 디지털 기기 사용의 올바른 지도방법에 대한 부모교육 기초자료를 제공하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The spectrum usage fee has been imposed on spectrum users. The objective of the fee is spectrum management, so it is important to utilize it efficiently. Our study focused on how to efficiently utilize the spectrum usage fee. For this purpose it tried to found what the preconditions are for the efficient utilization, and analyzed current execution. The study showed that it did not comply with those preconditions, and produced policy recommendations. The authors expect that policy recommendations this study brought up will contribute to improve the policy process how to collect and use the spectrum usage fee.

In this paper the recent studies of digital governor for the Diesel Engine in Korea is summarized and that of usage in the marine and land field as of power plant is analyzed for the interest and development of the enterprise with relation with relation to this industrial part. Our investigation shows that until now the studies on the digitl governor are mainly carried out in KMU and land usage for the power plants is increased gradually because reliance of digital governor is improved and system for the maneuvering and monitoring the plants is computerized.

This article attempts to explain social media use within the relationship between the public and government of Indonesia in the era of digital government, as well as to consider public opinion on this matter. This research is based on the application of social media logic and the theory of dialogic communication and action. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to observe the general behavior of social media use by 34 ministries in Indonesia, including interviews with the resource persons within the ministries and focus group discussions with members of the public and observers. The research shows that the relationship between the public and government is accommodative and in line with social media logic. The public sector implemented social media as its platform, which has been further adopted by all ministries. The public sector cannot avoid social media, as it has become part of basic connectivity, even though the use of social media by the government still tends to be in the form of presenting public information. There are advantages and disadvantages of the usage of social media by the government. The advantages include allowing the government to be more open via social media so that communication between the government as the ruling organization and its public can be more fluent. Social media provides space to the public sector in the practice of digital government. Some disadvantages arise as logical consequences that usage of social media cannot be separated from the implementation of digital government. The adaptive behavior of social media by the government can be found by following social media logic as part of digital government implementation. Social media logic causes the government to follow the rules of social media. In this context, the strength and power of the country seems to be regulated by social media. Therefore, more studies on how social media is managed in the context of its usage as digital government support is needed.

This research shows how the perception of digital shadow work varies depending on the user's period of use of digital services in applications, which are key areas of digital services. The purpose of this research is to investigate how the digital shadow work type changes over time. This research adopted a qualitative research method for location-based service "help application" users and examined the change in perception from the app service acceptance stage to the app service continuous use stage with two-times interviews of ten users by a longitudinal research design. This study conducted a longitudinal analysis focusing on how digital shadow work occurs in the application subscription process, exploring phenomenologically how the type changes throughout the process over time.
