Due to COVID-19, many paradigm shifts in existing manufacturing facilities and the expansion of non-face-to-face services are accelerating worldwide. A representative technology is digital twin technology. Such digital twin technology, which existed only conceptually in the past, has recently become feasible with the construction of a 5G-based network. Accordingly, this paper designed and implemented a part of the USB process to enable digital twins based on OPC UA communication, which is a standard interlocking structure, between real object objects and virtual reality-based USB process in accordance with this paradigm change. By reflecting the physical characteristics of real objects together, it is possible to simulate real-time synchronization of these with real objects. In the future, this can be applied to various industrial fields, and it is expected that it will be possible to reduce costs for decision-making and prevent dangerous accidents.

An exploration for an emotional intelligence paradigm has been delineated. Emotional intelligence is investigated in terms of composing machine as a modern abstract art. The system consists of interface, plan and performance modules. Design concepts of the system are modular, open, and user friendly to ensure the overall performance. The exploration of art in the view of intelligence, information and structure will restore the balanced sense of the art and the science seek the happiness of life. The investigations of emotional intelligence will establish the foundations of intelligence, information and control technologies.

Information technology is rapidly diffused throughout the world. Unfortunately, as the technology goes on the disabled vocational rehabilitation is more isolated in physically and mentally. A new paradigm, 'Digital practical use Opportunity' is a product of the tremendous technological changes driving the disabled vocational rehabilitation. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is a hot issue. Because lack of education rehabilitation cause many problems for the employer. Relating program of employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they can get a job in a better condition. This study propose a model of good environmental employment for the disabled vocational providing them the way of getting a job so that they can go as a member of highly developed society. It conducted in society could fundamentally advance our knowledge about the structure of the employment of the disabled vocational rehabilitation, cure their feelings, give them a chance to live happier, stronger, healthier.

In this study, we combine information hiding technique with digital contents protection scheme. For providing secure distribution on digital contents, a new paradigm can be proposed after considering both watermarking and fingerprinting techniques. In detail, publicly verifiable digital signature schemes are applied into digital contents. On signing digital copyrights, we can publicly verify its correctness if needed.

This article identifies an emerging research paradigm and monitors the changes in digital preservation area using CiteSpace, a Java application which supports visual exploration with knowledge discovery in bibliographic databases. 74 articles on digital preservation field covering the time period from 1990-2005 were extracted from Web of Science. According to the result of analysis, core knowledge domains in digital preservation are technical preservation strategies, information network and preservation system, knowledge management and electronic government.

New paradigm of the 21st is 'Ubiquitous'. And great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. Also, our living environments are changing very rapidly. Because of rapid developments, we didn't have enough time to examine our current situation. So we had to look around the current living spaces. The main purpose of this research was to know about the home network service and environmental context in our living spaces and to explore the outlook in the forseeable future. To search them, four recent digital home exhibition houses were examined. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. And when we examined the environmental context, we found most of the instruments were installed fixed ones or integrated information appliances. Therefore, the plan of digital home needs to consider environmental context and the combination of residents and living spaces.

Recently development trends in information technology expand the activity boundaries for human living beyond coastal zones. These rapid changes of paradigm are stimulating scientists and strategists to be encouraged in making adequate model for marine geographic information system (MGIS) and their applications. Coastal zones are places which are affected by many factors, such as water quality, tide, wave, atmosphere, population, industry, etc. Therefore information related to the coast has to be integrated and analyzed for managing it efficiently. GIS-based Ocean Informatics is suited for those purposes and used in the study for establishing and managing coastal geographic and environmental information system. This paper reviews the properties of ocean and coastal spaces, then defines some MGIS related terminologies for clarifying the scope of MGIS boundaries. In this study, coastal geographic information is established by digital geographic information and digital terrain information. Digital coast chart having information on digital chart and map can merge and analyze various coastal information and can be a useful tool for the coastal integrated management.

As a result of the study, key aspects of socio-economic development in the digital economy were identified.

As the industrial paradigm shift, often condensed as the "4th Industrial Revolution," gains momentum, there is a growing need to actively introduce digital healthcare into the medical field. The new administration announced its commitment to become a global leader in the biohealth and digital healthcare sector. To fulfill this pledge, preemptive policy leadership and attention from the government are required. The recent issue of legislating non-face-to-face medical care suggests that introducing digital healthcare goes beyond simply adopting new technologies. Incorporating digital healthcare involves changing the existing healthcare delivery process and coordinating the roles of stakeholders. To successfully change the structure of the medical industry, a mid- to long-term roadmap should be meticulously organized and promoted. Policy efforts are needed to resolve conflicts and lead to compromises through continuous communication with interest groups.

With shifting the paradigm to digital economy, the digital industry becomes one of the national strategic industries. The digital industry has not only significant effects on forward and backward related industries but is also creating its own value. Furthermore, the effects of conversion with diverse products also play an important role in adding value. Since the early 2000s, Korea's culture so called 'Hallyu' (Korean wave) has been spreading to neighboring Asian countries such as China, Japan, Hong Kong, Therefore we have a good opportunity to increase our competitiveness with the development of the digital content industry using various base resources in conjunction with the spread of Hallyu culture in the Southeast Asian region. In this paper we attempt to suggest several schemes to promote our exports of digital contents while analyzing the current status of the Korean digital industry and addressing some problems and barriers to the export of the digital content industry. There are several schemes to be proposed in order to promote Korean exports of digital contents, as follows: 1) to foster global digital contents, 2) to establish a supporting system, 3) to build a marketing and R&D center, 4) to operate a test-bed of digital contents and 5) to fund expenses such as marketing.
