Realization of Intelligence Controller Using Genetic Algorithm.Neural Network.Fuzzy Logic (유전알고리즘.신경회로망.퍼지논리가 결합된 지능제어기의 구현)

  • The FLC(Fuzzy Logic Controller) is stronger to the disturbance and has the excellent characteristic to the overshoot of the initialized value than the classical controller, and also can carry out the proper control being out of all relation to the mathematical model and parameter value of the system. But it has the restriction which can't adopt the environment changes of the control system because of generating the fuzzy control rule through an expert's experience and the fixed value of the once determined control rule, and also can't converge correctly to the desired value because of haying the minute error of the controller output value. Now there are many suggested methods to eliminate the minute error, we also suggest the GA-FNNIC(Genetic Algorithm Fuzzy Neural Network Intelligence Controller) combined FLC with NN(Neural Network) and GA(Genetic Algorithm). In this paper, we compare the suggested GA-FNNIC with FLC and analyze the output characteristics, convergence speed, overshoot and rising time. Finally we show that the GA-FNNIC converge correctly to the desirable value without any error.

  • This paper presents intelligent digital redesign method for hybrid state space fuzzy-model-based controllers. For effectiveness and stabilization of continuous-time uncertain nonlinear systems under discrete-time controller, Takagi-Sugeno(TS) fuzzy model is used to represent the complex system. And global approach design problems viewed as a convex optimization problem that we minimize the error of the norm bounds between nonlinearly interpolated linear operators to be matched. Also, by using the bilinear and inverse bilinear approximation method, we analyzed nonlinear system's uncertain parts more precisely. When a sampling period is sufficiently small, the conversion of a continuous-time structured uncertain nonlinear system to an equivalent discrete-time system have proper reason. Sufficiently conditions for the global state-matching of the digitally controlled system are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a TS fuzzy model for the chaotic Lorentz system is used as an . example to guarantee the stability and effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • The rapid growth of information and communication technologies prompted the need for developing the strategic implementation framework of IT/ICT programs in universities. Here, we propose a strategic framework for the development of the IT/ICT programs in the universities of the province of Mazandaran in Iran. We use the SWOT analysis to assist the formulation of the strategy, where the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to weigh the SWOT factors and the fuzzy TOPSIS is used to evaluate the strategic plans. Based on Iran and Mazandaran Digital Indices (DI) and considering the SWOT matrix, four strategies are identified. Finally, an analytical concept, namely the strategy shooting, is considered to show the role of SWOT factors and strategic plans on the performance of the system.

Study on the Collision Free Optimal Path for Multi Mobile Robots Using Fuzzy system and Potential Field (퍼지시스템과 포텐셜 필드를 이용한 다중 이동로봇의 충돌회피 최적경로 연구)

  • In an autonomous multi-mobile robot environment, optimal path planning without collision which connects the beginning and ending point is essential and primary important. Many mobile robots should move autonomously without prior or given information about obstacles which are stationary or dynamic. Collision free optimal path planning for multi mobile robots is proposed in this paper. The proposed approach is based on a potential field method and fuzzy logic system. First, a global path planner using potential field method selects the shortest path from each robot to its own target. Then, a local path planner modifies the path and orientation from the global planner to avoid collisions with static and dynamic obstacles using a fuzzy logic system. To verify performance of this method, several simulation-based experimental are done and their results are discussed. These results show that the path planning and collision avoidance strategies are effective and useful for multi-mobile robot systems.

  • In this paper, we compared the performance of "Network Intrusion Detection System based on attack feature selection using fuzzy control language"[1] and "Intelligent Intrusion Detection System Model for attack classification using RNN"[2]. In this paper, we compare the intrusion detection performance of two techniques using KDD CUP 99 dataset. The KDD 99 dataset contains data sets for training and test data sets that can detect existing intrusions through training. There are also data that can test whether training data and the types of intrusions that are not present in the test data can be detected. We compared two papers showing good intrusion detection performance in training and test data. In the comparative paper, there is a lack of performance to detect intrusions that exist but have no existing intrusion detection capability. Among the attack types, DoS, Probe, and R2L have high detection rate using fuzzy and U2L has a high detection rate using RNN.

  • This paper studies an automation problem of a heating, a ventilating, and an air conditioning (HVAC) for the development of smart space. The HVAC system is described by the fuzzy system for the stability analysis and the controller design. The linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) conditions are derived for the stabilization problem of the closed-loop system under the analog control. Also, it is required to digitally redesign the pre-designed the analog HVAC control system in order to accomplish the remote control via web. It is shown the this digital redesign problem can be converted to the convex optimization problem with the LMI constraints. An example is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • This paper introduces a Web site login system that uses user's native voice to improve the bother of remembering the ID and password in order to login the Web site. The DTW method that applies fuzzy inference is used as the speaker recognition algorithm. We get the ACC(Average Cepstrum Coefficient) membership function by each degree, by using the LPC that models the vocal chords, to block the recorded voice that is problem for the speaker recognition. We infer the existence of the recorded voice by setting on the basis of the number of zeros that is the value of the ACC membership function, and on the basis of the average value of the ACC membership function. We experiment the six Web sites for the six subjects and get the result that protects the recorded voice about 98% that is recorded by the digital recorder.

  • A portable electronic tongue (E-Tongue) system using an array of ion-selective electrode (ISE) and personal digital assistants (PDA) for recognizing and analyzing food and drink have been designed. By the employment of PDA, the complex algorithm such as fuzzy c-means algorithm (FCMA) could be used in E-Tongue, PUMA could iteratively solve the cluster centers of pre-determined standard patterns. And the membership between the standard patterns and unknown pattern could be analyzed easily by the present E-Tongue combined with PDA.

  • The smart space is composed of the wire and/or wireless network, multi-sensor-based environment, and many various controllers. For the smart space, this paper presents a new design method of multirate digital decentralized controller using the intelligent digital redesign technique. In specific, the proposed method is based on the delta-operator and the multirate sampling and takes the form of the LMIs. To shows the feasibility of the suggested method, the computer simulations for Heating, ventilating, and ai. conditioning (HVAC) system are provided.

  • In nuclear power plants, workers are reluctant of works in steam generator because of the high radiation environment and limited working space. It is strongly recommended that the examination and maintenance works be done by an automatic system for the protection of the operator from the radiation exposure. In this paper, it is proposed a new approach to the development of the automatic vision system to examine and repair the steam generator tubes at remote distance. Digital signal processors are used in implementing real time recognition and examination of steam generator holes in the proposed vision system. Performance of proposed digital vision system is illustrated by experiment for similar steam generator model.
