  • This paper proposes a kind of function-concentrated signaling service equipment structure, in which various kind of signaling service are efficiently made for call processing control. Based upon the typical switching system models, a philosophical study on the capacity, features of structure in world systems, and interfaces with peripheral equipments has been performed in order to provide the rationale on the merits or efficiency of the proposed digital signaling service equipment.

무대영상용 LED 조명 시스템 설비의 활용 가능성에 관한 연구 - 교회의 시공사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Church of the stage LED lighting system equipment cases)

  • This study examined the P Church in the Large chapel and S Church in the midium chapel were Analyzed to the installed stage broadcast lighting system. As a result of the installation of lighting equipment of LED class in P Church in the Large chapel, it provided clearer image and did not have shadow. While tungsten halogen illumination was very hot and heated to be preaching, LED was not heated so the pastor was very comfortable for preaching. S Church in the Midium chapel due to low ceiling height using LED lighting musical, theater and possibly were directed. If a similar structure of Dae-Hak Street theater to replace the existing fixtures by LED lighting, rendering effective and energy saving effect is thought to have much effect.

크레인 컨트롤러에서의 전도방지를 위한 디스플레이 콘텐츠 개발 (Development of Display Content for Overload Prevention in the Crane Controller)

  • Up to now, industrial cranes play important roles as the effective machines to carry heavy loads in the manufacturing premise, in the construction field and so on. And, a crane is widely used not only to daily work but also to carry heavy materials efficiently in a construction site for prevention of accident. However, the crane operation is highly complicated even for experts. In this paper, we developed the content of the crane mounted on the controller. This content overload conditions in the operating environment for the crane operator to warn, and the operation of equipment has the capability to limit automatically. The content for crane controller is to alert the operator overload and to limit the operation of equipment for stabilizing capabilities. The content of the flexible algorithm is based on stabilizing controllers, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to connect for using the equipment and electrical control systems to ensure the safety of workers and to improve the ability to work possible.

스마트폰 GPS 센서 기반의 토공 공정 모니터링 및 시뮬레이션 활용 사례연구 (Case Study of Smart Phone GPS Sensor-based Earthwork Monitoring and Simulation)

  • Earthmoving operations account for approximately 25% of construction cost, generally executed prior to the construction of buildings and structures with heavy equipment. For the successful completion of earthwork projects, it is crucial to constantly monitor earthwork equipment (e.g., trucks), estimate productivity, and optimize the construction process and equipment on a construction site. Traditional methods however require time-consuming and painstaking tasks for the manual observations of the ongoing field operations. This study proposed the use of a GPS sensor embedded in a smartphone for the tracking and visualization of equipment locations, which are in turn used for the estimation and simulation of cycle times and production rates of ongoing earthwork. This approach is implemented into a digital platform enabling real-time data collection and simulation, particularly in a 2D (e.g., maps) or 3D (e.g., point clouds) virtual environment where the spatial and temporal flows of trucks are visualized. In the case study, the digital platform is applied for an earthmoving operation at the site development work of commercial factories. The results demonstrate that the production rates of various equipment usage scenarios (e.g., the different numbers of trucks) can be estimated through simulation, and then, the optimal number of tucks for the equipment fleet can be determined, thus supporting the practical potential of real-time sensing and simulation for onsite equipment management.

  • 소재·부품·장비 산업은 중소기업 중심의 제조업 경쟁력의 원천이 되는 지역경제 활성화에 중요한 산업이다. 충청지역 소재·부품·장비 산업의 경쟁력 분석을 통해 소재·부품·장비 산업 발전에 필요한 시사점을 도출 하고자 충청지역의 소재·부품·장비 산업을 대상으로 사업체 규모계수, 산업 성장률, 산업 특화도, 변이할당분석 기법의 지역 경쟁력 수치 등에 기반하여 각 권역별(대전, 세종, 충남, 충북) 산업 발전 단계 및 경쟁력을 분석하였다. 2014년 및 2019년의 종업원수, 사업체수 및 생산액 등의 자료를 이용하여 산업의 특화 수준과 지역 경쟁력이 고려된 유의미한 권역별 산업군을 확인하고, 이들 유의미한 산업군에 대한 산업 발전 단계상에서의 위치를 파악하여, 충청지역 소재·부품·장비 산업의 발전을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • In this paper, proportional modulator which controls the second pressure of the pneumatic system was studied and proportional operating of modulator was gotten by two digital valves that have a fast dynamic characteristics and were controlled by PWM operating method. In order to more precision pressure control, this modulator consist of not only high speed two digital valves but also pressure sensor, measurement equipment and controller having a microprocessing function. In this study, for the development of the new proportional modulator, various research such as PWM control method, test equipment manufacturing, testing and evaluation were accomplished.

원자력발전소 I&C계통 설비개선을 위한 평가시스템 개발 (Development of Reliability Evaluation System for I&C System Upgrade)

  • To Increase availability and to enhance the safety, the modernization of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems is considered. The extended use of the digital technology lets nuclear power plants(NPPs) to replace their old analog systems with some proven digital systems. To adapt digital equipment to plants effectively and systematically, however, there must be an essential prerequisite, which is to evaluate current I&C equipment. This paper shows a practical methodology to evaluate the current status and reliability of I&C systems of NPPs using Reliability Evaluation System(RES) before performing upgrades or replacements for systems. The proposed method was applied to KORI Unit 2. The proposed method shows the current status of operating I&C systems effectively for upgrading I&C systems.

에너지 디지털 트윈을 위한 요구사항 분석 및 AAS 설계 (Requirments Analysis and AAS Design for Energy Digital Twin)

  • 최근 디지털 트윈은 제4차 산업혁명의 도래와 더불어 물리적 시스템과 사이버 시스템을 연계하고 통합하는 중요한 기술로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 에너지 분야의 전력기자재 디지털 트윈화를 위하여 필요한 디지털 트윈화의 절차에 따른 요구사항을 분석하고, 또한 이러한 디지털 트윈을 구축하기 위한 핵심 구성요소라 할 수 있는 인더스트리 4.0 기반의 AAS(Asset Administration Shell)의 개념과 기능 및 특성 분석을 기반으로 구체적인 설계를 하였다. 하지만, 아직까지는 국내·외 적으로 디지털 트윈구현을 위한 공통된 플랫폼이나 실증 모델에 관해서는 많은 연구가 이루어 지지 못하고 있는 상황이므로, 본 논문에서는 에너지 분야의 전력기자재 디지털 트윈화를 염두에 두고 디지털 트윈 플랫폼 구축하는데 필요한 핵심 요구사항을 분석하고, 실제 디지털 트윈을 구축함에 있어서 핵심적 역할을 수행하게 될 AAS의 기능과 특성을 기반으로 실제로 전력기자재를 대상으로한 AAS의 설계를 함으로써 향후 스마트 에너지 디지털 트윈을 구축 및 실증을 위한 절차와 구체적 기능들을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • This paper proposes new D/A(Digital to Analog) Design method for improving accuracy in high-performance test equipment. The proposed new D/A design can improve accuracy of the equipment even with low-resolution D/A converters. The validity of proposed D/A design is verified by analysis and experiment.
