As the amount of data increases exponentially, the recommender system is attracting interest in various industries such as movies, books, and music, and is being studied. The recommendation system aims to propose an appropriate item to the user based on the user's past preference and click stream. Typical examples include Netflix's movie recommendation system and Amazon's book recommendation system. Previous studies can be categorized into three types: collaborative filtering, content-based recommendation, and hybrid recommendation. However, existing recommendation systems have disadvantages such as sparsity, cold start, and scalability problems. To improve these shortcomings and to develop a more accurate recommendation system, we have designed a recommendation system as a factorization machine using actual online product purchase data.

This study is an attempt to analyze the changes and morphological analysis of the one length hair style of women in the Imperial Japanese colonial period, and the purpose of this study is to analyze the components of hair design such as shape, texture, and color based on the precedent and the book and to make possible various styles of one length hair style cut. From the results of this study, one length hair style showed the outline shape with no step height of cut length, natural hair texture and natural hair color in 1910s to 1920s. In the 1930s, the one length hair style showed a slight cut length step height and a slight discoloration using a diamond shape, a narrow wave of natural texture, hydrogen peroxide or oxygenated water. In the 1940s, one length hair style did not find any singularity to pursue brilliant beauty(美) in terms of form, texture, and color. This study may enable a deep and detailed follow up study on one length hair style, and will be a cornerstone for the development of basic data of hair beauty education and trend of new mode.

Neo-liberalism after IMF bailout made the Korean book market flushing with rose due to the alleged self-development books. Vision of self-development books under neoliberal social system is inevitably reduced to a means of capital pursuing commercialization in line with improving the competitiveness of privates through the development of human resources. Characteristics of self-development books, which attributes personal fail to personal responsibility and lack of essential element compared to others in a competitive society, trap individuals forced to choose into anxiety and helplessness. Self-development and healing is a complementary relationship. Human beings needs healing -healing humanities- in the process of self-development. Therefore, humanities should trigger developing and perceiving his own 'reflexive life skills'. In a EFL situation, most Korean students and teachers are exclusively dependent on English textbooks to acquire the cultural factors of English. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze cultural elements in the English Textbooks. The results of the study are as follows: First, although all of the textbooks contain the culture part at the end of each lesson, it is insufficient for students to build a cultural schema. Second, in the analysis of cultural types, three types of cultures are presented in a similar percentage. Third, the culture elements were analyzed based on the 7th national curriculum revised in 2011. The most dominant is the culture regarding arts and literature. Forth, in nationality analysis, universal culture takes up the largest portion. Therefore, it is required more efforts to improve students' knowledge of the American and English culture.

A mobile device is a handheld device, typically having a display screen with touch input and/or a miniature keyboard and accessible to the Internet. Because mobile devices are innovative and rapidly changing products, consumers are confronted with a decision-making problem to select the best device. This paper proposes an Analytic Hierarchy Process method to assess mobile devices and shows a method to select best mobile devices when purchasing. For this paper, the mobile devices considered as in the AHP model included net-book, tablet PC, smart phone, and camera phone. We derived 6 main criteria and 15 sub-criteria to synthesize the overall priority of criteria and mobile devices. The criterion of convenience in carrying showed the highest rank in the criteria. Although smart phones had the highest priority, the four mobile devices did not show significant differences in consumer preference.

Samguk Yusa is a important historic record about the dynasties of ancient Korea. It consists of information about the hidden, mythical history, old languages and poems. This historical book has been translated many times since the Liberation of Korea in 1945. However, these books are the result of academic research so we are restricted in our usage of them to understand Korean history. There are many historical documentaries and TV series on Samguk Yusa. However, these programs can be viewed only and not be utilized in any way by the audience. Since the computer was introduced to the public, multimedia technology has been a good source to combine text, image, moving picture, sound, animation and graphic. Producing the CD-ROM about historical books not only produce digital images but also a valuable high quality digital information. Digitalization process also keeps the original content of the historical books as well as provide value as a research material as historical, artistic and archaeological item. Furthermore, its information would be provided through a network, like internet, to share and to promote more advanced studies. The purpose of this study is to produce the basic method of multimedia design of Samguk Yusa. This study also researches the problems of multimedia process for more effective usage.
