A digital grid synchronization technique is needed for distributed generation system to make output current sinusoidal even if the grid voltage is distorted by harmonics. In this paper, a digital grid synchronization technique based on adaptive notch filter is proposed. The analysis of proposed technique is performed through the consideration of grid synchronization technique based on PLL and FLL, and the validity of the proposed method was confirmed by simulation results.

본 논문에서는 가시적 워터마크의 삽입으로 저작권 소유자를 명시하고 비가시적 워터마크의 삽입으로 저작권 보호를 할 수 있는 방식을 제안한다. 제안 방식은 저작권의 명시와 보호를 하기 위해 하나의 원본 영상에 두 가지 워터마크를 동시에 삽입한다. 가시적 워터마크의 삽입은 투명도를 높여 원본 영상을 알아보기 쉽게 하였으며, 비가시적 워터마크는 공간영역에 삽입하였다.

Digital watermarking이란 영상이나 비디오, 오디오, 텍스트 등의 저작물에 잘 식별되지 않는 표시를 삽입하여 저작권을 보호하는 방법으로 소유권자의 동의없이 저작물을 배포, 복사되는 것을 방지하는 법이다. 본 논문은 watermark를 삽입하기 위해서 sin과 cos 함수를 이용한 Fourier 급수전개를 이용하였다. 우선 , 원 이미지를 주파수 영역으로 변환한 다음 watermark를 삽입할 위치를 M $\times$Nro의 Random Sequence를 발생하여 결정하였으며, M개의 파형을 가장 직교성이 좋다고 하는 sin 함수와 cos 함수를 이용하여 Fourier 급수전개를 하였다. 이 때, sin과 cos의 n의 고조파 역시 Random Sequence를 발생하여 결정하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 이와 같이 Fourier 급수전개를 했을 때 각 항의 Fourier 계수를 산출하여 이 Fourier 계수에 watermark를 삽입하였다. 실험 결과 JPEG 압축, Blurring, 노이즈삽입 등의 이미지 왜곡에 대하여 watermark 상관관계가 최소 0.1979에서 최대 0.9732까지의 견고성(robustness)을 보였다.

Purpose of this paper is to find the Baroquely characteristics in Korean Temple Architecture.(MA KOK-SA) We could find out the characteristics as follows; First, visual freedom and floating in the arrangement of the temple buildings through segmenting the axis. Second, tension of variations in size, distance, and frame. Third, diverse sceneries provided by Sequential(dynamic) view points. Fourth, visual process and sharp contrast between horizontality and verticality, and unexpected scenery, etc.

In recent years, the change of urban function and the decrease in birth rate have given rise to merge, abolition and relocation of the existing building in cities. This study explores the possibilities for various land utilizations of relocated urban sites. In doing so, it compares the development methods and the utilization pattern between home and abroad. It analyses the land use categories and the development methodologies of 4 relocated urban sites happened in Seoul and 4 foreign sites. In addition, it analyzes the land utilization after relocation, development principals, area, building usage and changes in land use regulation. Finally, it proposes the directions for developing relocated site and each of roles among the parties concerned. This study concludes that it is available to exploit the relocated urban sites by the variety of development methodologies, especially in a metropolis like Seoul.

Village formation through landscape agreements of all things has sufficient expectation effects in that it outgrows the existing hardware- and development-oriented methods and realizes software- and policy-centered measures developed on the basis of environments and amenity. Village formation through landscape agreements is a work toward future in the long term. Villages are moving in the flow of time. Recognition on life environments and changes in consciousness of residents may be the most direct head start showing the possibility of village formation. However, the signs of such changes are yet uncertain and it is difficult to expect the changes in conscious ness would lead to realization and accomplishment. Therefore, it is needed to construct a society-wide system in which administration, experts, and local residents altogether support resident-led village formation, as well as efforts to enhance and expand the sprouts of hope.

Entering the 21st century, countries throughout the world are turning the direction of their education to be consumer-oriented and reinforcing lifelong education in preparation for the rapid advance of science and technology and the globalization, opening and informatization of the world. With the reinforcement of consumer-oriented education and lifelong education, the role of school is emphasized as a ground for lifelong education in community and efforts are being made to use schools and community facilities compositely so that schools may play the role of central facilities in community. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to analyze the relation between lifelong education and school facilities in the educational aspect, and to suggest a basic architectural direction so that schools may play central roles for social, cultural, educational, welfare, and sport activities in community.

디지털 핑거프린팅(Digital Fingerprinting)은 기 밀 정보를 디지털 콘텐츠에 삽입하는 측면에서는 디지털 워터마킹과 동일 하다고 볼 수 있으나 저작권자나 판매자의 정보가 아닌 콘텐츠를 구매한 사용자의 정보를 삽입함으로써 콘텐츠 불법 배포자를 추적할 수 있도록 한다는 점에서 워터마킹과 차별화된 기술이다. 이러한 핑거프린팅 기술은 소유권에 대한 인증뿐만 아니라 개인 식별 기능까지 제공해야 하므로 기존의 워터마킹이 갖추어야 할 요구사항인 비가시성, 견고성, 유일성과 더불어 공모허용, 비대칭성, 익명성, 조건부 추적성 등이 부가적으로 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 행렬의 한 열을 선택 후 쉬프팅 기법을 사용 하서 사용자 정보로 조합하여 핑거프린트를 생성하였다. 이렇게 생성된 핑거프린트 정보를 2레벨 웨이블릿 변환 영역 중 LH2, HL2, HH2 부대역에 삽입하였다. 쉬프팅 정보와 도메인 개념을 사용하여 보다 많은 사용자에게 핑거프린트 정보를 삽입할 수 있으며, 공모공격과 JPEG 압축에서도 최소한 1명 이상의 공모자를 검출할 수 있는 핑거프린팅의 기본 조건을 만족하였다.

In this thesis, a digital tracking controller is proposed for multi-axis position control system. Tracking and contouring error exist when the machine tool moves along a trajectory in multi-axis system. The proposed scheme enhances the tracking and contouring performance by reducing the errors. Also, an optimal tracking controller reduces the tracking error by the state feedback and the feedforward compensator reduces the effects of a nonlinear disturbance such as friction or dead zone. The proposed control scheme reduces the contour error which occurred when the tool tracks the reference trajectory. Finally, the performance of the proposed controller is exemplified by some simulations and by applying the real XY servo system.

This thesis deals with the design problem of the state estimator for digital servo system. Digital servo system has input time delay, which depends on the size of control algorithm. The delayed input is a factor that brings out the state estimation error. So, in order to reduce this state estimation error of the system, we proposes a state estimator in which the delayed input of the system is considered. At first, a discrete-time state-space model is established accounting for the delayed input. Next, the state estimator is designed based on this model. we employ Kalman filter algorithm in design of the state estimator. The performance of proposed state estimator is exemplified via some simulations and experiment for servo system. And robustness of the proposed estimator to modelling error by variation of the system parameter is also shown in these simulations.
