A change toward a digital society is requiring of the human quotient who had new informatization ability, and is large to education is affecting it. The digital Storytelling which effective anger to be educational of traditional Storytelling was combined with came into being in these changes. As I provide together multi-media element such as a screen and sound digital Storytelling jumps over the existing Storytelling, and to move, I easily cause an interest of student, and I stimulate intellectual faculties various of a schoolchild, and I make bidirectional enemy interaction possible. Therefore, I extract whether it is the education that it can apply on-site an elementary school of a cow in this study after analyzing digital Storytelling, and digital Storytelling designs the class that it is possible, and I will present it.

This study is conducted in order to find out 1) if a digital storytelling activity can enhance children's attitudes on reading and writing, and 2) if there is any difference between cooperative and individual digital storytelling groups in their attitudes. For this Purpose, 29 4th graders in an elementary school in Seoul participated as subjects. The findings of this study showed that digital storytelling improved their reading and writing attitudes. However, there was no significant difference in attitudes between the cooperative and individual digital storytelling groups. This study has demonstrated that digital storytelling is a good way of enhancing children's reading and writing attitudes. This study represents a preliminary effort to empirically examine the effectiveness of digital storytelling on reading education.
Education delivers knowledge through story. On that point Storytelling is related to education. However, the problem is raised that Storytelling in school is leaning toward teachers that's why it makes students passive story listeners. Therefore, this study developed Digital Storytelling material using in the education for elementary school students. It leads them to be able to interact actively. So, I organized applicable 12 themes for 24 times training contents in after-school tutoring program because Digital Storytelling education doesn't perform in elementary school yet. If the material is used in classes, I expect to increase learners' self-expressiveness and creativity, and besides to train the ability of adapting and taking the lead in this changing society by contributing the spread of the Digital Storytelling education. Finally, in a follow-up study, it is demanded to verify an educational effect of this material and to redesign the process of these material contents through application in studying.

Digital storytelling provides students with opportunities to plan and compose a story, and create a storytelling material using various digital technologies. Through digital storytelling activities, students can enhance competencies such as creativity, communication, critical thinking and collaboration, which are required for the digital generation in the future. The purpose of this research was to develop a digital storytelling model that guides students' activities related to the planning of a story and the creation of a digital material. The model classified 4 stages of activities(i.e. 'Preparing Activity', 'Planning and Composing a Story', 'Producing Storytelling Material' and 'Making a Presentation and Evaluating Storytelling Material'), and provided instructional guidances for each stage. Also various forms were presented for story planning, story table, evaluation among students and individual reflection journal.
Digital transformation, which is accelerating in each area of society due to the COVID-19 pandemic, is also having a profound effect on Christian education. A representative example of digital transformation is the emergence of a digital world called the metaverse. This study understands the metaverse as an expanded space for Christian education and explores digital storytelling as a method for faith formation. It is argued that the characteristics of digital storytelling through metaverse spaces are characterized by interactivity, agency, audiovisuality, sociality, and openness, and that modification through Christian educational frames is necessary in order for this approach to be appropriated to Christian educational practice. To this end, this study examines Anne Wimberly's story-linking approach, and Mary Hess' approach on digital storytelling, which is understood as a way of faith formation for the liberation and Christian vocation through storytelling in a digital space, focusing on authority, authenticity, and agency. It is argued that Christian education on the Metaverse should be a place for change in the Christian life and formation of vocation, and a space where participants' active responses to God's grace be practiced in a digital space in a reciprocal way. This means that learners are encouraged to participate in expressive and relational education that is practiced in the form of play and creation, responding to God's initiative in the metaverse. This study argues that for digital storytelling through the metaverse to become a process of faith formation, it is necessary to connect stories of participants with the story of God's Kingdom in the expanded digital world, aim for a reciprocal space through hospitality and listening, and promote immersive participation and holistic reflection.
We proposed "Table Mediator" which is a tabletop system for digital storytelling that uses web-retrieved information for the students' educational field trip. Students can perform their storytelling for their virtual pre-field trip to build up a sequential path as a story with web-retrieved documents, satellite images, geographical information, and group discussion. The proposed system was designed to lessen the limitation of individual interaction such as restricted viewpoint and biased inclination by group digital storytelling. Local interactions also have the limitation such as insufficient information and knowledge and the system supplied the rich live information such as subjective critiques or recently discovered history, or new updates for building a story that makes users arrange their own idea as a consistent story to lessen the limitation of the local interactions. The system can be used for various applications such as travel, education and other collaborative works with group interaction.

The study proposed new approach for the developing a game addiction treatment program using digital storytelling. We chose 5 types of multimedia elements as educational contents for digital storytelling learning and prepared the teaching strategy for game addiction treatment. We applied the proposed program to 5 students who were included the high risk-user group of game addiction. We also conducted the game addiction tendency test, game usage time test, interview and the effectiveness test of proposed program. As a result of tests, the proposed program showed a positive effect that reduced the game addiction tendency. In the effectiveness test of proposed program, we found the result that 5 experimenters were improved the immersions, challenges, and social interaction, sense of accomplishment in digital storytelling program. We expect that this study will provide positive role and new education strategy for game addiction treatment.

Virtual reality such a Second Life can provide to learner chance with the rich learning environment through fidelity. In this study, we have been measured the fun and comprehension among three groups on digital storytelling types. Through the result of experimental, comprehension was no significant but fun was different among three groups on storytelling. we have the result that experiential activity in virtual reality that provide to get the identification as a main character, good environment is influenced the fun to learner via engagement facilitation.

The purpose of this study is to ermine the effect of digital storytelling as a strategy of programming education to improve students' learning motivation and achievement. To overcome the difficulty of programming education in elementary school and find teaching method which derives the students' motivation, we used a digital storytelling in programming class. Digital storytelling that is considered as an important factor of edutainment gives interest to learners with interaction and stories for programming materials. The result is that elementary school students are more interested in programming and attend actively and their motivation and achievement is improved. Therefore it can gives elementary school students a positive experience with programming that will hopefully contribute to a more positive attitude towards computer science.
