This paper tried to discuss response of local government facing governance era. Governance is intended to introduce a variety of residents' participating systems to revive the citizen's society and strengthen the foundation for that purpose, thus seeking the paradigm for decentralized operation of the nation. As widely accepted, governance has many meanings connected with controling method of interdependence activity. However bureaucracy do not make decisions as one-side and vertical like past but is form of public decisions that stakeholder in policy. Firstly, we reviewed the terms of governance and policy issues and policies on governance. And also survey on actual performer associated with governance in Gumi. Next, proposals of the development of policy in governance, role of local government are made in terms of construction of governance.

This study examines the vision/strategies of policy for the public services based ubiquitous-IT. The present study attempted to explore effective scanning and monitoring in process of risk management on agri-marine products distribution policy. The interest public's group interests clash in accordance with theme for issue on marking policy. For executing a better systematic scanning and monitoring on actual affairs of marketing, selecting information personnel, gathering and analysing information, issue and risk management and their valuation with ongoing and simultaneously. Especially, In order to explore effective scanning and monitoring as a model of risk management, the study attempted to analyze within and without environment of marketing, to analyze issue management strategy, to evaluate issue activity for likelihood and impact, risk cycle analysis, interest public's group concerned, grade of interest public's group threatened(power, legitimacy, willingness), rapport(staying close, credibility, meeting expectation). And the study make an ongoing observation progress of subjects, and the serious subjects need have made an close observation. The study suggested to establish friendly relationship between organization and interest public's group, and to regularly accomplish two-way symmetric communication.

As the COVID-19 pandemic crisis left developing countries with economic setbacks, it is high time to highlight that innovative technologies lead the digital economy. The big powers including the United States and China are already implementing industrial policies that involve large-scale fiscal expenditures to secure the lives and safety of their people. To prepare for the future up to 2025, this paper reflects opinions of industry-academia-research experts regarding changes in the external environment and industry trends. By reflecting results of focus group interviews and changes in the external environment and industry trends, a new high-level 5X strategy (Digital Transformation, Energy Transformation, Bio Health Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, and Research Transformation) to solve national tasks required for the existing ten policy demand fields and ten agenda during lower-level policy implementation stages were derived.

As the foundation of the National Digital Library(NDL) by the National Library of Korea is in progress, there has been an increasing interest in developing a policy for its successful operations. Although the research and support related to building domestic library policies have been limited so far, it is an important ongoing problem to develop and improve systematic and detailed policies for information services of digital libraries in order for them to continuously advance in a rapidly changing information environment along with various issues. Therefore, through a thorough review of the literature and overseas cases related to the development of digital library policies, this research aims to provide a new direction for establishing service policies of domestic digital libraries including the NDL by extracting its critical factors and issues.

With the advent of the '4th Industrial Revolution', digitalization using AI (Artificial Intelligence), big data, IoT (Internet of Things), cloud computing and mobile is accelerating across all industries and global companies have fundamentally reorganized customer experiences, business models, and operations centering on digital transformation. Business innovation drives productivity improvement, process simplification, price, competitiveness and sustainable expansion. Whether digital transformation will be necessary for the current industrial environment is no longer important, and how quickly companies achieve digitalization has emerged as the utmost crucial element in industrial continuity. As non-face-to-face and remote technologies have begun in earnest, and accelerated in the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking for ways to provide value, generate profits, improve efficiency, and sustain the future. Compared to other industries, the pharmaceutical-related sectors have shown high interest in digital transformation especially to reduce costs and meet the challenge of delivering products during the pandemic environment.

In this study, we analyzed changes in policies after the Korean New Deal Policy in 2020, metaverse and 6th generation communication technology. In the research and development of geoscience and mineral resources, we emphasized on the connection between smart cities and digital twins by focusing on the linkage of the real world and geo-information. Further, we examined trends in developing digital twins after the Korean New Deal Policy in 2020 that focused on three-dimensional visualization technology, the first stage in implementing digital twins, and real-time monitoring technology of underground information, the second implementing stage. As results of this study, we emphasized on the efforts to provide accurate underground information based on geology, groundwater and geo-environment and to analyze and predict near-real-time levels of available underground information to the industry, local governments and the central governments. Research and development that integrate the fields of geology, environment, and information is required to lead national digital twin policies and smart city policies owing to the acceleration of the digital economy in Korea and globally during the post-Corona era.

There are two elements of security policy that can have a bearing on its effectiveness: content and form. While the content of the security policy has been investigated extensively in the most of the previous studies, there is very little literature on the form of the security policy. Since the form of the policy influences its success, it is important to understand how to articulate the form of a security policy. Thus, the aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between security form and policy compliance of employees. Research results find that dimensions of security form have effect on attitude towards security compliance, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, and perceived response costs, and besides attitude towards security compliance and subjective norm have an effect on persistent security compliance intention. The conclusions and implications are discussed.
