This study is to understand the needs of local character design for SNS marketing and find development plan. We analyzed successful cases in Korea and Japan to find out development plan of competitive local character for SNS marketing. Method of study was literature research, case study and in-depth interview, based on component of character. These are the results. First, development of local character has to consider the use in SNS marketing. Second, local character has to be more concerned with intimacy than Symbolic. Third, it should have attractive visual, reflecting the taste of people. Fourth, it should have creative design to arouse people's curiosity. Finally, name and design of the character should be intuitive. Therefore, we expect improvement of Korean local characters, which reflect SNS marketing and current trends.

Split digital printing into interior and outdoors on present advertisement. When is printing machine for interior mainly, use ink of water-based type. Equipment of this type embodies high resolution, but ink special quality light stability is weak. Also, when is printing machine for outdoors, printing machines of solvent or UV type are used because of water resistance and light stability. This printing machines hard to embody ink special quality high resolution mainly. And because outside is far visibility range, is uncommon in case high resolution requires embodiment. Therefore, high resolution of inside is water-based type considering this item and outside printing machine of low resolution solvent type mainly announce. Also, divide into eco-friendly latex ink type that is announced to water-based, solvent, UV according to ink type and the latest market using in occasion of digital printing machine used as advertisement industry. Color management that is been consistent of original image has a lot of difficulties by using substrate that is also various to digital printing machine for such various advertisement. But, consumers is rising realization about color or desire about quality improvement of color gradually in interior outside advertisement market. So, require solution method. Therefore, in this paper, eco-friendly ink use applied device calibration through linearization in done latex digital printing machine to basis. And studied right color management plan of digital printing for interior outside advertisement through three steps such as G7 calibration application and ICC profile application.

The World aerospace industry grows consistently with the development digital technology. We study the activation of the digital aerospace industry based on avionics system, with respect to demand, system and industrial structure in the gimpo area. The strategy is made for aerospace industry to be a growth driver and then we suggest some projects to carry out it. Those are lasting creation of aerospace demand, possession of core part material and competitive digital technology, construction infrastructure for activation of system operation, improvement of administrative assistance system and finally strengthening policy modulation between civil, company, army, academy, and government. Therefore, it is possible to develop into it focusing the MRO and the Helicopter, if we complement systems related in the field of administration and Industry.

The study alms to seek a plan of applying the digital technology to housing for the elderly. The purpose of the study was to grasp the needs of the aged on 30 types of digital systems in housing. The subjects were 120 persons aged of more than 60 years and lived in Busan. Data were collected by the individual interview. The following results were drawn from this study. First, the needs of the aged on the digital systems categorized as safe and security, control of indoor environment, and housework support were very high and should be provided at first. Second, the necessary types of digital systems which should be provided to the digital home for the elderly were digital systems for heating control, health checking, sensing of fire and gas leak, and house cleaning. Also, the basic types of digital systems were ones for invasion and burglarproof, emergency, air cleaning, automatic facet, door locking, and waste collecting. Third, the Income and usage level of digital equipment of the aged influenced to the floods of the aged on the digital system. Therefore, in addition to the necessary and basic types of digital systems mentioned above, the income and usage level of digital equipment should be considered in planning the digital home for the elderly.

Although the various crime involved numerous digital evidence, the digital evidence is hard to be acknowledged as a evidence to proof the crime fact in court. We propose the method of verification for the legal admissibility of digital evidence using digital forensics ontology. In order to verify the legal admissibility of digital evidence, we will extend the digital ontology by standard digital forensics process from Digital Forensics Technical Manual defined by KNPA and set up the relation properties and the rule of property constraint to process class in the digital forensics ontology. It is possible for proposed ontology to utilize to plan the criminal investigation and to educate the digital forensics.

This study makes an attempt to understand the changes in the National R&D policy by the comparative analysis in terms of R&D policy regime. We characterize the related issues on the National R&D policy, and analyze the direction of science and technology(S&T) policy using the method of scientometrics. The result shows that the policy regime can be categorized into three groups with respect to the R&D efficiency and the keywords; Regime 1: National S&T Innovation 5-year Plan(1999-2002) and National S&T Master plan of the previous adminstration(2003-2007), Regime 2: National S&T Master Plan(2002-2006) and National S&T Master Plan of the previous administration(2003-2007), Regime 3: National S&T Master Plan of the current administration (2008-present).

Supply Chain Management(SCM) is getting important, because size of the company is getting bigger and the kinds of product are various. In the case of manufacturing corporation, for the optimization of SCM, we have to make production and distribution plan by considering the various fluctuation in the aspect of integration. In this paper, first, It proposed the reasonable operational way of the SCM about when the customer's demanding is various and demanding expectation fluctuates in capacity standardization of producer stage. Second, the paper proposed the management way for demanding by considering confirmed demanding information, related inventory expense and demanding shortage expense when we make production and distribution plan. The paper applied the genetic algorithm proved for current usefulness. it proposed the optimal operational way for SCM by dividing into 2 ways for dealing with the duration of confirmed demanding information and various fluctuation.

In 2007, London Thames Gateway delivery plan was started, and it was in progress to solve climate change, population density, housing problems, green space, regional imbalances, and transportation issues from east London and Kent to Essex. The plan was carried out faithfully local autonomy enlargement of local governments. This case is evaluated as a successful case of waterfront regeneration with well balanced on development and conservation. This study concludes as follows by comparing with this case and a new Han River management foundation plan. First, Seoul's new plan needs to change to diffuse thinking on comprehensively understanding. Second, local and central government, which are adjacent to Han River, need management scheme in cooperation. Third, the countermeasures for solving traffic problems in Seoul are required through the provision of transportation method to take advantage of the waterfront.

According to the change in media environment, a support plan for local broadcast has been required. In terms of legal and institutional support for the development of local broadcast, the enactment of special Act for local broadcast has become a breakthrough. In this point of view, we analyzed the performance and the limitation of the special Act. As a literature research, analyzing the literature and related-ordinances, we have sought legal and institutional support plans for the local broadcast. As a result, with the Local Broadcast Development Council being in charge of legislative right and responsibility, a plan to empower them to have legal and institutional authority should be drawn; another plan to secure independence in operating a fund and to promote the capability to produce local broadcast programs and the distribution system should be drawn; the other elaborate plan for the locality index that assesses the locality is required. Local broadcast should be on a way to secure not only public interest and concern but locality and diversity; legal and institutional plans should be sought.

Publicly funded project centered urban regeneration projects have limitations in the implementation to fit the urban regeneration plan system under the 'Special Act on Promotion of and Support for Urban Regeneration.' Since urban regeneration projects have been promoted with publicly funded project centered uniform plans and non-planned systems as such, many problems have arisen such as increases in the time to establish plans such as many strategic plans and activation plans and resultant increases in social costs. Therefore, in this study, with a view to finding methodologies for the establishment and flexibilization of urban regeneration plan systems, the actual state of operation of the urban regeneration plan system was analyzed to find problems and present improvement plans for reestablishment of the South Korean urban regeneration plan system.
