Purpose: SMEs are one of the largest contributors to GDP for Indonesia. This study aims to investigate the effect of IT awareness and digital marketing on the performance of SMEs in the city of Makassar through product distribution. Research design, data, and methodology: IT Awareness and Digital Marketing are independent variables in this study, while Product Distribution is an intervening variable in viewing the performance of SMEs in Makassar City. The data is processed using Smart-PLS. The samples used were 381 business units operating in the city of Makassar. Results: From this study it was found that IT Awareness and Digital Marketing had a significant and positive effect on the distribution of products from SMEs in the city of Makassar. However, IT Awareness and Digital Marketing do not directly affect the performance of SMEs in the city of Makassar. So it can be concluded that both IT Awareness and Digital Marketing only affect the performance of SMEs in Makassar City through Product Distribution, not directly. Conclusions: From this study it can be concluded that SMEs in the city of Makassar should start increasing their IT awareness and use digital marketing to increase their product distribution to improve the performance of their SMEs.

디지털 저작권 관리 소프트웨어 신뢰성 품질 평가는 디지털 저작권 관리 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 유도할 수 있는 기술로서 국제 표준을 수용하는 전략기술 개발을 통해 객관성과 활용도를 높일 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 저작권 관리 소프트웨어의 신뢰성 품질을 평가하기 위해 시험 메트릭을 제안하였으며, 품질을 측정하고 그 결과를 적절한 기준에 따라 판정하는 방법에 대해 연구를 수행하고 평가 사례를 제시하여 평가 방법을 명확히 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 디지털 저작권 관리 소프트웨어의 신뢰성 품질향상을 유도하고 디지털 저작권 관리 소프트웨어에 대한 양적/질적인 수요를 충족할 수 있다고 본다.

Electronic Copyright Management System is the technical solution to protect copyright and to manage the distribution of digital contents in network environment. This paper examined the theoretical plane of Electronic Copyright Management System and analyzed the characteristics and the protection technologies of some of the commercial systems. And this paper investigated the essential protection technologies and payment systems that is needed to develop and manage the successful system in the future. Finally this study suggested the fundamental function model of Electronic Copyright Management System.

본 연구에서는 디지털 도서관의 상호운영성 및 통합 관리 문제를 해결하기 위해 상호운영성을 위한 핵심 기술 및 디지털 도서관의 기능, 서비스를 분석하여 정보기술아키텍처의 기술참조모델을 설계하였다. 제시된 디지털 도서관의 정보기술아키텍처의 영역은 1)Metadata Management, 2)Library Services, 3)Service Integration 4)Service Management, 5)Open Interface, 6)Network, 7)Architecture 등총 7개의 영역으로 구분되며, 20개의세부 기술 영역으로 하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 정보시스템간의 상호운영성및 호환성을 확보하기 위한 핵심기술을 식별함으로서 디지털 도서관의 체계적인 구축과 효율성을 제고하기 위한 틀을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 다양한 유형의 지식을 제공할 수 있는 통합된 지식체계의 구축을 위해 확장된 도서관의 개념으로 접근한 디지털도서관의 통합형 지식관리 방안을 제시하고, 이를 위한 기본적인 프레임워크를 지식펌프형 지식관리 모형으로 구현하였다. 아울러 구현된 모형을 토대로 한 복수사례분석을 통해 디지털도서관의 지식관리 수준을 평가하고 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 지식펌프는 지식의 적극적인 획득과 배포라는 디지털도서관의 이상적인 역할을 구현한 것이며, 정보기술의 기능적 적용에 머물러 있던 디지털도서관이 지식관리를 통해 그 영역 및 역할을 확장해 나갈 수 있는 논리적 근거와 확장방향은 물론. 실천방법을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

저작권의 보호 및 관리는 멀티미디어 컨텐츠의 디지털화에 매우 중요한 선결 과제로 이슈화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 국내외 미디어 서비스 현황을 조사 분석하고, 저작권 및 디지털 컨텐츠 보호를 위한 기술인 IPMP(Intellectual Property Management and Protection), DMP(Digital Media Project), ENTHRONE(End-to-end Qos through Integrated Management of Content, Networks and Terminals), DRM(Digital Rights Management)의 기술개발 현황을 조사 분석한다. 표준안이 마련되지 않은 현 시점에서 여러 업체 및 연구기관에서는 독자적인 기술 및 서비스를 개발하고 있으며, 솔루션을 연구개발하고 표준안을 마련하기 위해 세계 각국의 연구기관들이 공동으로 프로젝트를 진행하고 있다.

Digital Manufacturing is a technology to facilitate effective product developments and agile productions by digital environments representing the physical and logical schema and the behavior of real manufacturing system including manufacturing resources, processes and products. A digital factory as a well-designed and integrated environment is essential for successful applications of this technology. In this research, we constructed a sophisticated digital factory of an automotive company’ general assembly shop by measuring and 3-D CAD modeling using parametric methods. Specific parameters of each objects were decided by object-oriented schema of the general assembly shop. It is expected that this method is very useful for constructions of a digital factory, and helps to manage diverse information and re-use 3D models.

많은 사람들이 디지털 공간에서 기록물을 생산하며, 개인이 사망한 뒤 남는 디지털 기록물의 양도 늘어났다. 그런데 고인이 남긴 디지털 기록은 물리적 실체를 가진 기록유산과 다르다. 고인의 기록이 고인만의 것이 아닌 경우도 많고, 고인이 생전에 온라인 계정과 디지털 기록 처리 방식을 밝히지 않는 경우도 많아, 이런 문제는 유족 등에 대한 상속의 문제로 이어지게 될 수도 있다. 또한 소프트웨어 문제, 특정 플랫폼의 이용약관, 유족에 의한 계정 삭제 등의 사유로 개인 사후 디지털 기록이 방치 또는 삭제될 수 있다. 이는 당시 사회상을 알 수 있는 중요한 단서가 되는 일상 기록이 쉽게 소실되는 문제로도 이어진다. 개인들이 본인의 디지털 기록 보존에 관심이 있지만 마땅한 방법을 몰라 소극적인 방임(benign neglect)을 하고 있음이 몇몇 연구를 통해 드러났다. 이 때문에 개인 디지털 기록과 개인 사후 디지털 기록에 관심을 기울이고, 관련 정책과 계획을 마련할 필요가 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 개인 사후 디지털 기록의 관리와 관련하여 법과 제도, 플랫폼과 산업의 현황 및 정책, 개인 기록관리 현황 등과 관련하여 문제점을 분석하고, 법의 제정 및 플랫폼 약관의 명시 필요성, 기록관리기관의 디지털 개인 기록 관리 방안, 개인의 사후 기록에 대한 선제적 관리방안 및 디지털 계정 정보 관련 유언장 작성 방법 등 다양한 해결방안을 제안하였다.

디지털 도서관에서의 자원관리는 도서를 중심으로 하는 텍스트외에 이미지 파일등 멀티미더어 자원을 포함하는 네트웍상의 접근 가능한 모든 자원에 대한 효율적인 관리가 수행되어야 한다. 컨텐츠관리는 광범위한 의미에서 디지털 도서관의 자원관리라고 할 수 있으며 이용자의 다양한 정보이용 목적에 적합한 지식컨텐츠를 효율적으로 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 환경에서 웹자원을 포함한 지식컨텐츠를 관리하기 위한 요소에 대해서 연구하였다. 디지털 도서관의 다양한 지식컨텐츠를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 컨텐츠관리에 대해서 개념정의 유형 그리고 특성에 대해서 살펴보고 이용자 중심의 컨텐츠관리요소를 이용자요소; 중재요소; 서비스요소로 설정하였다.

The digital photogrammetric products have been increasingly used as an accurate foundation for representing information associated with infrastructure management. The technological advances in merging raster and vector data within the framework of GIS have allowed for the inclusion of DTMs and digital orthophotos with vector data and its associated attributes. This study addresses not only generating DEMs and digital orthophotos but producing three dimensional building models from aerial photos of an urban area by employing the digital photogrammetric technology. DEMs and digital orthophotos were automatically generated through the process of orientations, image matching and so on, and then the practical problems, which must be solved especially in applying to urban areas, were considered. The accuracy of produced digital orthophotos was derived by using check points. Also three dimensional visualization imagery, which is useful in the landform analysis, and 3D building models were produced. Digital photogrammetric products would be used widely not only as GIS framework data layers by using the GIS link function which links attribute and image information in the database for applying to infrastructure management and but as geospatial data for especially 3D GIS in urban areas.
