Purpose: Authors observe the digital twin enabled smart factory and/or digital manufacturing processes where Industry 4.0 technologies and quality management principles intersect. In this regard, this study reviews existing research regarding digital twins from the perspective of quality management. Methods: Initially, attention was given to how digital twins are manifested in the Industry 4.0 environment. Then, authors identify quality management elements amongst digital twin models, to align the concept of quality with the functional purpose of digital twins. After introducing specific examples of quality management tools applied to digital twins, the authors extend the domain of quality management into the analysis of multimedia format quality data obtained through machine vision. Results: Inspired by cases on the quality management application to digital twins, the authors suggest a framework for Industry 4.0 quality management. The envisioned suggested framework encompasses 4 dimensions, namely, 4M&1E, an application time window, new methodologies, and enabling technologies. Conclusion: Finally, the authors unfold the emerging trend of digital twin enabled smart factories, while emphasizing the necessity of quality management in conjunction with the introduction of digital twins.

In this paper, we propose a key management scheme which can provide delivery of the key used to encrypt a digital content from the package server to digital rights management (DRM) clients in a secure manner. The proposed scheme can protect digital content from attacks since an encrypted digital content is sent by a package server and only DRM clients can decrypt the encrypted digital content. It protects the key not only from purchasers but also among the other principals who manage the distribution and license servers.

Secure digital payment is critical in the successful shaping of global digital business. Digital payments are increasingly being used as a substitute to traditional payments, contributing markedly to the efficiency of the economy. The focus of every digital business transaction is to minimize risks arising from transactions. It is essential to ensure the security of digital payment whether used in internal networks or over wireless Internet. This paper analyses secure digital payment methods from the viewpoint of systemic security and transaction security. According to comparative analysis of digital payment models, this paper proposes a comparative analysis framework to investigate and evaluate secure digital payment. In conclusion, the comparative analysis framework, comparison of digital payment models and mobile payment models proposes a useful academic and practical foundation to enhance the understanding of secure digital payment methods. It also provides academic background and practical guidelines for the development of secure digital payment systems.

In modern business conditions, the improvement of business processes cannot do without digitalization. The rapid pace of development of information, communication and economic spheres determine the relevance of the research topic and the goals that digital management solves. 인터넷 이용의 폭발적인 증가와 통신망의 발달, 개인 홈페이지에서 전문 정보서비스에 이르는 디지털콘텐츠의 폭증, 새로운 파일교환 서비스의 등장과 해킹기술의 발달은 디지털콘텐츠의 복제와 배포를 더욱 확산시킴으로서 해당 저작물의 저작권자가 법적으로 보장받던 배타적 권리를 심각하게 위협하고 있다. 이에 디지털콘텐츠 권리의 원활한 거래와 확실한 요금부과, 보안대책, 부정이용 감시 등 저작권자와 이용자간의 가교역할을 할 수 있는 집중관리를 위한 디지털저작권관리시스템 구축이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 디지털콘텐츠의 원활한 유통을 지원할 수 있도록 집중관리제도의 도입을 위한 법적, 제도적 검토와 국내외 저작권집중관리제도의 현황을 파악하였다. 아울러 디지털콘텐츠 집중관리의 핵심이 되는 유일한 식별을 위한 식별체계와 데이터 요소의 표준화 및 디지털저작권관리(DRM) 검토를 통하여 디지털콘텐츠 저작권관리정보의 표준화에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다.

In network service environment, cultures from diversified fields are easily accessible thanks to the convenient digital content services. Unfortunately, unauthorized access and indiscreet misuse behaviors have deprived content owners of their copyrights. This study suggests an integrity-ensured model applicable for forensic evidence of digital content infringement in network service environment. The suggested model is based on MPEG-21 core components for digital content protection and the system is designed in connection with the components of digital content forensics. Also, the present study suggests an efficient technology to protect and manage computer forensic evidence and digital content by authorizing digital content use and catching infringing logs of authorized users without lag in network environment for the benefit of network security and reliability.

The main purpose of the article is to analyze the system of digital management of labor resources in the context of ensuring personnel security and economic development. In the context of the digital transformation of the economy, much attention is paid to the creation of an innovative personnel management system, as the competition between organizations is intensifying, the victory in which guarantees greater economic benefits. Based on the results of the study, the features and key aspects of the digital management system of the enterprise's labor resources were characterized in the context of ensuring personnel security and economic development. Further research will include consideration of the practical aspects of the digital management system of the enterprise's labor resources.

DESIGNIN AND OPERATION OF DIGITAL EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM APPLYING COMPUTER FORENSICS AND ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATION Digital evidence will be used as a term, which means the electronic form of information which is necessary to confirm or prove the factum of all kinds of behaviors committed through the devices which have data processing ability including computer. It is expected that there will be the increase of legal conflicts surrounding electronic commerce activities as well as the increase of cyber crimes, as the number of Internet users are getting bigger. In order to solve the problems of conflicts derived from electronic commerce, the factum of electronic commerce activities must be confirmed. In order to confirm the factum of electronic commerce activities, the evidence is prerequisite. Almost all evidences relating to the electronic commerce activities exist in digital form. For the reason that the digital evidence can be easily damaged and changed, special management is required to collect, analyze, and preserve the digital evidence. In order to meet this requirement, this study proposes a basic model of digital evidence management system applying computer forensics and electronic authentication.

When a crime occurs, the information necessary for solving the case, and various pieces of the evidence needed to prove the crime are collected from the crime scene. The tangible residues collected through scientific methods at the crime scene become evidence at trial and a clue to prove the facts directly against the offense of the suspect. Therefore, the scientific investigation and forensic handling for securing objective forensic in crime investigation is increasingly important. Today, digital systems, such as smartphones, CCTVs, black boxes, etc. are increasingly used as criminal information investigation clues, and digital forensic is becoming a decisive factor in investigation and trial. However, the systems have the risk that digital forensic may be damaged or manipulated by malicious insiders in the existing centralized management systems based on client/server structure. In this paper, we design and implement a blockchain based digital forensic management model using Hyperledger Fabric and Docker to guarantee the reliability and integrity of digital forensic. The proposed digital evidence management model allows only authorized participants in a distributed environment without a central management agency access the network to share and manage potential crime data. Therefore, it could be relatively safe from malicious internal attackers compared to the existing client/server model.

This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents, relationship quality, and user behavior. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.
