Modern is the era of convergence. In the complex position of the company to survive in the rapid environmental changes it can not be a mandatory fusion rather than choice. Wind convergence also in the art can be said to castration. This phenomenon can be found in many real life. Most real-life contact with the service sector is no exception. Due to a number of banks and insurance combined Banca named fusion of French banking and insurance business are integrated. Even recently, the situation has been provided by Investment consulting, equity trading services within bank branches. In this study, based on the need for convergence of corporate businesses convergence factors examined through regression analysis on whether any impact on the financial aptitude. External environmental factors that make up the fusion research factors internal environmental factors, both core competencies were factors to affect financial performance.

The demand for services using digital technology is constantly increasing as new developments in digital consumer electronics and the Internet are made. This is especially true in terms of the demand for IPTV utilizing high speed Internet networks. Research on IPTV threats is important for facilitating financial transactions via IPTV and preventing illegal use or copying of digital content. Thus, this paper analyzes IPTV threats via the IPTV value chain. That is, the distribution system for IPTV service is analyzed along with the components of the value chain and corresponding IPTV security requirements or security technologies, in order to perform a threat analysis and research suitable for the IPTV service environment. This paper has a greater focus on the value chain of the IPTV business than the approach in previous research, in order to analyze security requirements and technologies that are more applicable to the business environment.
The aging process in this country is underway at the fastest pace compared to those of the leading countries. On the other hand, preparing for retirement funds is more difficult than before due to the impact of slow interest rate and slow growth. The purpose of this study is to examine the necessity of providing various financial services in preparation for the future aging era. After analizing the various materials and utilizing a survey of the bank employees and the general public, we have found the followings. The replacement rate of this country, 55%, is much lower than the suggested level of World Bank, 75%. Also, the pension ratio in the income after retirement of this country is much lower compared to those of the States and Japan. The most people who participated in the survey needed ₩2,000 - ₩2,990 thousand for monthly living expenses after retirement. For the retirement funds, the higher the age the higher proportion of savings deposits they want, and the lower the age the higher proportion of insurance and pension products they want. Based on these analyses, the necessities of developing financial life planning which includes both financial and non-financial sides, retirement funds management according to age, revitalization of housing pension and developing diverse retirement funds are suggested.
The divide between the "digital" economy and the traditional "physical" economy is outdated. In fact, we are in a transition to a singular economy. This paper classifies economic objects (including actors) as either physical or virtual and argues that due to emerging technologies, these objects are interacting with each other in both physical and increasingly digital spheres in tandem. This paper recognizes the elemental difference between atoms and bytes but argues that physical and digital economic activities are becoming inseparably intertwined. Furthermore, arbitrarily dividing the economy into two categories - one "physical" and the other "digital" - distorts the overall view of the actual execution of economic activity. A wide range of innovations emerging concurrently is fueling the transition to a singular economy. Often referred to as the elements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), four emerging technological areas are reviewed here: distributed ledger technology, artificial intelligence/machine learning/data sciences, biometrics and remote sensor technologies, and access infrastructure (universal internet access/electricity/cloud computing). The financial services sector is presented as a case study for the potential impact of these 4IR technologies and the blurring physical/digital line. To reach the potential of these innovations and a truly singular economy, it requires the concurrent development of social, organizational, and regulatory innovations, though they lag in terms of technological progress thus far.

Modern financial services go beyond the stage of internet banking, and new concepts of financial transactions such as Internet of Things, mobile banking, electronic payments, and fintech have emerged. As a result, banks are less influential in financial transactions, and changes are being demanded. In the present era, the basic business of banks has decreased, and it is transforming into a space where both consumer finance work and reside. The bank office stands for the brand image of the bank, and it is represented by trust with customers in the basic business of financial transactions, and the rise in real estate value is a natural social phenomenon due to the nature of the location and location of real estate owned by the bank. The business method and space of the bank office that meets the new paradigm of the modern society is an inefficient space only for the convenience and rest of consumers, but it must be used as a variety of spaces suitable for the region to increase the functional value of the bank office. Through this study, as a convenience space for consumers, various service facilities should be introduced to understand the characteristics of the region as a convenience space for consumers, and various service facilities should be introduced to meet the needs of consumers, and the bank office should be improved as a complex service space for local residents.
When people contact the government they can use a variety of channels. That is, they go in person to an office, use a telephone service, access information via the Internet, send a letter, or use a third party. Since the Australian Government first recognised the potential of online technology to improve service delivery in its 1997 Investing for Growth statement, it has articulated its policies and strategies for e-government in a number of papers. E-government involves government agencies delivering better programs and services online through the use of new information and communication technologies. The policy papers included Government Online-The Commonwealth's Strategy, launched in April 2000, and a new framework for e-government, Better Services. Better Government, launched in November 2002. Most recently, the Government released Australia's Strategic Framework for the Information Economy in July 2004. These papers outlined the broad directions and priorities for the future of e-government in Australia, and sought to maintain the momentum of agencies' actions under Government Online. One of its key objectives was for agencies to achieve greater efficiency in providing services and a return on their investments in ICT (Information and Communication Technology)-based service delivery. They also stated that investing in e-government should deliver tangible returns, whether they take the form of cost reductions, increased efficiency and productivity, or improved services to business and the broader community Implementation of the Government policy has led to considerable agency investment in ICT-based service delivery. However government policy also requires managers to ensure that program and service delivery is efficient and effective. Efficient and effective use of ICT has the potential to improve service delivery and to make financial savings. This paper outlines how people are using the channels to contact the government in Australia. It also examines the level of satisfaction they have with those services and their preferences and expectations. In addition, this paper aims at identifying the methods used by Australian Government to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of their delivery of services, and at assessing the adequacy of these methods.

Recently, companies seek a way to overcome their financial crisis by reducing costs in the field of IT. In such a circumstance, cloud computing is rapidly emerging as an optimal solution to the crisis. Even in a digital forensic investigation, whether users of an investigated system have used a cloud service is a very important factor in selecting additional investigated subjects. When a user has used cloud services, such as Daum Cloud and Google Docs, it is possible to connect to the could service from a remote place by acquiring the user's log-in information. In such a case, evidence data should be collected from the remote place for an efficient digital forensic investigation, and it is needed to conduct research on the collection and analysis of data from various kinds of cloud services. Thus, this study suggested a digital forensic framework considering cloud environments by investigating collection and analysis techniques for each cloud service.

Location Information is an information about a place where an individual exists or had existed. As smart phones are popularized, location information becomes more than simple information about the place. As a result, services using an individual's location information became the trend. However, problems arising from discharging Private Information can damage an individual, because it causes financial and economic loss but also detects individual's location and route directly. In realities, the guide that regulates Location Based Service for administering Private Location Information is insufficient. Therefore, this paper proposes check items, which contain standards of judicial action, financial loss ratings, importance of Private Location Information, and criticality of check lists, during the Private Location Information audit at the level of analysis, design, and management of the Information System, in order to prevent the infringement and disclosure of the Private Location Information. Moreover, the proposed check items were verified for its suitability by the professionals' survey.
