This paper is studying for New Online Learning Model on Smart digital era. It can expect the result of learning degree on Online Learning Class. Using 7-factors of Online Class's operating policy, make the expectation model by 'decision tree' method. And through applying another class, we can getting a generality. Finally, Over the traditional Online Class model, we can take the real-time status of Online class learning degree. It is useful both students and teacher. It is the one of 'Smart learning Model'.

Currently, in the 4th industrial revolution era(4IR), the convergent infrastructure has been established by actively utilizing data based on the existing digital technological innovation in the 3rd industrial revolution. Thus, the technological innovation based on the knowledge-information society needs to put innovative efforts for creating new business models in various areas. Thus, this study aims to present an Electronic Security Framework by suggesting the Cyber-Physical Security System(CPSS) that could more accurately predict and efficiently utilize it based on structured data obtained by collecting, analyzing, and processing an enormous amount of unstructured data which is a core technology distinguished from the 3rd industrial revolution.

The era of convergence is being applied to all areas of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The convergence of broadcasting service and communication service almost occurs on smart devices including smartphone. The smart hybrid Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB) is a typical example of the convergence of broadcasting and wireless communication service. The hybrid mobile broadcasting service can support seamless video, 3D, high quality, and additional data services based on network connection between the broadcasting and wireless network. The gateway and terminal (including apps on the smartphone) take the role of the main components on the hybrid service. This paper presents the service concept, main components structure, the implementation of gateway and terminals, and field test to the urban areas for the mobile hybrid system.

Rapidly increasing internet use has brought beneficial development in many aspect and provide us with abundance and comfort as well as enhancement of quality of life. But Cyber space is giving rise to some negative result such as violence and delinquent conduct. It bring about more serious social problems than real life. We try to provide the desirable direction for Internet ethics by mobile SNS. SNS has not only economical values but also social communication toll to exchange and share views of specific issues with other users. Social influential and personal emotion factor is a factor of community relation. Thus SNS contribute to self-construction, interpersonal relations and public sphere. This internet ethics of mobile Era will makes people recognize the correct internet ethics information and do it, suggest the solution for interpersonal internet environment.

The 4th industrial revolution technology has brought many changes not only in human life but also in the industrial field. ICT such as 5G and artificial intelligence and convergence/complex systems such as drones and robots are convenient for humans, and automation of all processes in the industrial field. However, these advanced information and communication technologies also have adverse functions. As advanced ICT was incorporated into military and terrorist weapon systems, more powerful and highly destructive weapon systems began to be developed. In particular, by applying advanced ICT to the production and use of terrorist tools, the terrorist method became more sophisticated and caused more damage. In this paper, we derive advanced ICT that can be abused according to the terror patterns in the 4th industrial revolution era, and present a method that is applied from preparation to execution of terrorism. The abuse of advanced ICT makes terrorism more stealthy and subtle, and increases its destructive power.

With the advent of the internet age and the outbreak of COVID-19, many companies have embraced online trade. However, due to the way the cyber economy works, the number of companies engaged in financial fraud by falsifying their transaction amounts and customer numbers has been gradually increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyze financial fraud of companies in the Internet era and to present solutions. Therefore, this study analyzed the financial fraud behavior of Luckin Coffee in China as an example and studied the causes and countermeasures of financial fraud. As a result, it was found that the cause of financial fraud lies in the opacity of cash flows from online transactions. The recommendations proposed by this study is to improve internal control systems in companies, develop risk management system, and establish comprehensive external supervision system

Public and private sectors are experiencing a worldwide economic depression originated from the failure of U.S. financial system. At a harsh time like this, policy-makers need to understand more about the effects of the creative leadership in the digital era. However, there haven't been enough studies performed on this field in Korea. This study aims to fill the blank and learn more about the correlation between creative leadership and organizational effectiveness. To achieve this goal, various previous leadership studies have been reviewed in terms of organizational behaviors, comparative culture studies, and etc. In the end, this study argues previous qualitative studies' weaknesses and limitations, and tries to suggest new aspect of qualitative research method of creative leadership.

The purpose of this thesis is to suggest the direction of various online education media to be developed in the future by studying the necessity and cases of non-face-to-face online craft education programs. To this end, among the online class platforms currently operated in Korea, four places that contain craft education programs were selected and analyzed for comparison. Class101, Hobbyful, Conects-Hobby Class, and Air Klass are examples. As a result of the study, the common features and advantages of the convenience of accessing contents and the diversity of class composition were found. However, there was a limitation in that the real-time inquiry and response system was not systematically implemented in most online class platforms. In particular, as the number of users of the online class platform is gradually increasing in the untact era caused by Covid-19, continuous research and development will be required to ensure that interaction, the most important characteristic of face-to-face, can also be performed well on online platforms.

Many services are provided through big data analysis in various fields such as individuals, private sectors, and governments. There is a growing interest in training data scientists to provide these services. Particularly, interest in big data-based marketing curriculum is high. This study analyzed the domestic and foreign university big data-based marketing-related curriculum to utilize vast and diverse types of information from a marketing perspective in the era of big data. As a result of the analysis of 3,523 subjects related to digital marketing, big data marketing, data analysis, and developers collected according to the analysis criteria, it was analyzed that the specialized curriculum for training data scientists required in the era of the fourth industrial revolution was not appropriate. It is expected that the proposed curriculum in this study will be useful for the development of digital marketing and big data-based marketing curriculum.

As we enter the era Convergence, commercialized convergence contents aimed at the disabled are giving a lot of help to them. This fusion research is aimed at providing necessary basic data and practical measures for these by analyzing the effect of influencing the quality of life for women with disabilities. This research was conducted with 250 disabled women living in Jeon-nam region from Jan,1 through April, 25 in 2015. After screening women aged 20-80 who had symptoms and musculoskeletal disorders and were using convergence contents, convergence projects were implemented with total 125 patients over 16 weeks. The result of the convergence projects showed that most of these experieced the decrease of musculoskeletal pain, the decrease of depressed levels, and the improvement of quality of life. Future studies should be done in terms of a long-term perspective and continuing support, and follow-up studies should also be done to evaluate its effectiveness.
