  • In recent years, the number of digital content transaction has increased dramatically, in main, owing to the innovation of IT technology. At the same time, it creates new problems which have never been found in traditional transactions. Especially, due to the easy-copy characteristics of digital content, the illegal usage of digital content proliferates. Also the conflicts between seller an d buyer in digital content transactions on cyberspace market take place frequently because contracts were made without face-to-face discussion. The increase of illegal usage and conflict in digital content market would diminish motivation of creators for their work, furthermore break down digital content market on cyberspace. Digital content transaction authentication system would play an important role in creating sound digital content market. Especially, it would make big contribution to reducing the number of conflict between seller and buyer. In this context, the main objective of this study is to suggest operational model of digital content transaction authentication and to explain critical success factors in organizing digital content transaction authentication system.

A Trusted Key Management Scheme for Digital Rights Management

  • In this paper, we propose a key management scheme which can provide delivery of the key used to encrypt a digital content from the package server to digital rights management (DRM) clients in a secure manner. The proposed scheme can protect digital content from attacks since an encrypted digital content is sent by a package server and only DRM clients can decrypt the encrypted digital content. It protects the key not only from purchasers but also among the other principals who manage the distribution and license servers.

  • The amount of digital content grows exponentially by the development of the internet and the change of computing environments and the target also is getting wider. The industry using this digital content has been growing greatly. However, the distribution of pirated digital content is increasing using internet because digital content is easy to store and transmit and the damage is growing. In this paper, we propose safety trading system which can conceal the author's information safely in digital content in order to block illegal distribution of digital content. ARIA encryption algorithm is used to protect the concealed information of author in digital content and it is a help to track the illegal traders by doing fingerprinting of buyer information to digital content and managing the transaction information. The technical support for copyright dispute is to allow by providing the capability to verify illegal edit to original digital contents.

  • On the base of IT growth, competition between countries for preoccupation of digital content market is keen. And it is prospected that the development of digital content industry will be more rapid with the base of telecommunication infra-structure(for example internet, digital broadcasting) which is the main channel for distribution of digital content. The bill of "Act for Development of Online Digital Content Industry", has passed the national assembly jan, 2002, and "Draft Blueprint for Developing Online Digital Content Industry(2003$\sim$2005)" was made on the base on that law feb, 2003. And we can find measures for protect the digital content manufacture in the laws such as "Literary Property Law", "Trademarks Law" and "law for prevention of unfair competition". On this study we suggested three measures to make digital content industry more profitable by the method of research of related law and industry survey.

  • 4차 산업혁명시대에 접어들면서 기존의 콘텐츠 제공 업체에만 의존했던 디지털콘텐츠 시장이 유투브와 같이 사용자의 참여로 다양한 디지털콘텐츠를 제공하고 있다. 이로 인해 디지털콘텐츠 시장의 활성화를 가져왔지만, 저작자의 저작권과 콘텐츠의 무분별한 도용 및 사용으로 디지털콘텐츠 시장에 악영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문은 디지털콘텐츠를 보호하고 저작자의 저작권을 보호하기 위해 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 디지털콘텐츠 관리 기술을 연구하였다. 제안 기술은 디지털콘텐츠와 저작권자를 보호하고 사용자를 식별하여 무분별한 디지털콘텐츠 접근과 도용을 방지한다. 디지털콘텐츠의 안전한 관리를 위해 블록체인의 인증기술로 활용되는 해쉬 함수를 활용하여 사용자를 인증하고 디지털콘텐츠를 관리하여 무결성과 인증 서비스를 제공한다.

  • In network service environment, cultures from diversified fields are easily accessible thanks to the convenient digital content services. Unfortunately, unauthorized access and indiscreet misuse behaviors have deprived content owners of their copyrights. This study suggests an integrity-ensured model applicable for forensic evidence of digital content infringement in network service environment. The suggested model is based on MPEG-21 core components for digital content protection and the system is designed in connection with the components of digital content forensics. Also, the present study suggests an efficient technology to protect and manage computer forensic evidence and digital content by authorizing digital content use and catching infringing logs of authorized users without lag in network environment for the benefit of network security and reliability.

  • 数字内容在给公司带来机遇和挑战的同时也极大的改变了我们的生活. 创意企业整合视频, 图片, 文本和数据进行数字化过的音频, 开发新产品或服务, 创作数字经验推广自己的品牌. 大多数有关数字内容的文献是关于基本概念或者营销的发展. 其实, 比起普通产品或服务的传统价值链, 数字内容产业似乎有更多的潜在价值. 因为相当多的数字内容是免费的, 价格, 作为信息的质量或价值的指标, 不是必须被感知的(Rowley 2008). 很显然, 当前数字内容的主题是 "价值" 和关于消费者对数字内容的感知价值的研究. 本文讨论了体验价值在消费者评估数字内容时的优势. 本文在对数字内容 "价值" 的理解方面有两个不同但是相关的贡献. 第一, 基于数字内容与普通产品和服务的比较, 本文提出了两个关键特点使得体验战略适合数字内容: 无形和接近于零的再造成本. 最重要的是, 基于对公司的理想化的价值和客户的感知价值之间的差异的讨论, 本文强调了数字内容的价格和定价与普通产品和服务的不同. 无形的结果是, 价格可能并不反映顾客感知价值. 另外, 数字内容的成本处在发展阶段可能非常高但再造会大幅缩水. 而且, 由于前面提到的价值鸿沟, 这个价格政策改变因不同的数字内容而不同. 例如, 平价战略通常用于电影和音乐(Magiera 2001;Netherby 2002), 而有持续的需求的数字内容如在线游戏和杀毒软件的问题牵涉到一个更复杂的效用和极具竞争力的价格水平. 数字内容企业必须探索各种各样的策略来克服这个缺口. 对于广告, 形象, 口碑等常用的市场战略和他们对顾客感知价值的影响的研究变得至关重要. 中国数字内容产业正变得越来越国际化, 并引起了具有各自竞争优势的国家和地区的关注. 2008-2009中国数字内容产业年度发展报告(CCIDConsulting 2009)表明, 在国内需求和政府政策的大力支持下, 中国数字内容产业在2008年保持了大约30%的快速增长, 表明了这个产业在明显的初期扩张阶段. 在中国, 需要更新的杀毒软件和其他软件程序使用季度定价政策. 用户可以免费下载试用版, 用6个月或一年. 如果他们更久的使用, 连续的付款方式是必要的. 他们在试用阶段检测数字内容的优良度, 决定是否要付继续使用. 对于中国的音乐和电影工业的发展战略, 体验最初没有被广泛的应用, 虽然其他国家的公司注意到体验的重要性并探索了相关的战略(如客户在下载前有好几秒可以免费听听音乐). 由于上述原因, 杀毒软件在中国可以代表数字内容产业而且在中国杀毒市场探索了体验价值在顾客的数字内容感知价值中的优势. 为了提高调查数据的可靠性, 该研究集中在那些有使用杀毒软件经验的人群. 实证结果显示, 体验价值对顾客对数字内容的感知价值有积极的影响. 换句话说, 因为数字内容是无形的, 再造成本几乎为零, 客户的评估是根据他们的体验. 另外, 形象和口碑不产生积极的影响, 只对体验价值有影响. 这就是说, 数字内容价值链不同于普通产品或服务. 体验价值有显著的优势并调节形象和口碑对感知价值的作用. 这个研究结果有助于了解为什麽在发展中国家存在免费的数字内容下载. 客户只有通过体验它才可以感知数字内容的价值. 这也是为什么政府如此扶持发展数字内容. 其他发展中国家在起步阶段的数字内容企业可以借鉴这里的建议. 另外, 基于体验战略的优势, 公司应该更努力投资于客户的体验. 由于数字内容的特点和价值鸿沟的存在, 顾客只有经历了他们真正想要的才能感知更多的无形的数字内容的价值. 而且, 因为再造成本近乎为零, 公司可以使用体验战略, 以提高客户对数字内容的理解.

  • 최근 급속히 증가하고 있는 Digital Content의 생성과 활용으로 인해 인터넷 기반의 Digital Content 유통이 활성화 되고 있다. 하지만 URL의 한계와 Content의 불법복제 및 무단변형과 같은 역기능이 나타남으로써 양질의 콘텐트 생산 유통이 저해되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 URN 기반의 DOI 식별체계와 Digital Content 보호를 위한 PKI 기반의 공개키 알고리즘, 그리고 콘텐트 제공자의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 Digital Watermarking과 DRM기술을 접목한 강인한 Digital Content 유통모델을 제안하고자 한다.

디지털콘텐츠 불법복제 행동에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study of the Piracy Behavior on Digital Content)

  • Digital content piracy has been shown to be an emerging societal problem, However, Studies on digital content piracy are very limited. In this paper, we try to find whether Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) can explain the online digital content piracy in China. In addition to the finding of TPB's usefulness, We also examine the cross-cultural differences between Korea and China in behavior towards online digital content piracy. we argue that cultural factors moderate the strength of the relationships in the TPB model in online digital content piracy. we use a theoretical model of behavior based on the framework of the TPB( Theory of Planned Behavior) and Hofstede's national cultural dimensions. Our results indicate that the general TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior) model of software piracy is broadly applicable to digital content piracy in China. Our findings also show that most of the hypothesized moderating effects of national cultural factors were found to be significant.

  • 본 논문은 클라우딩 컴퓨팅 환경에서 디지털 콘텐츠 관리 기술을 제안한다. 네트워크를 활용한 컴퓨팅 서비스는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 빠질 수 없는 기본 인프라 서비스이다. 스마트폰을 활용한 금융 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스, 산업 및 홈 네트워크 서비스는 국부적인 영역의 서비스에서 전체 서비스가 가능한 클라우드 서비스 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스가 안전하게 지원되도록 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템은 사용자의 시스템 접근의 편의성과 안전성을 제공하고, 디지털 콘텐츠 저작자의 저작권을 보호하며, 안전한 디지털 콘텐츠 유통 및 관리 시스템을 제공한다. 본 연구의 목적은 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에 적합한 디지털 콘텐츠 유통구조를 제공하여 디지털 콘텐츠 시장을 안정화시키고 활성화하는데 있다.
