확산 모델 기반 시퀀스 이상 탐지 (Sequence Anomaly Detection based on Diffusion Model)

  • Sequence data plays an important role in the field of intelligence, especially for industrial control, traffic control and other aspects. Finding abnormal parts in sequence data has long been an application field of AI technology. In this paper, we propose an anomaly detection method for sequence data using a diffusion model. The diffusion model has two major advantages: interpretability derived from rigorous mathematical derivation and unrestricted selection of backbone models. This method uses the diffusion model to predict and reconstruct the sequence data, and then detects the abnormal part by comparing with the real data. This paper successfully verifies the feasibility of the diffusion model in the field of anomaly detection. We use the combination of MLP and diffusion model to generate data and compare the generated data with real data to detect anomalous points.

요소와 유황을 첨가한 콘크리트의 압축강도와 염화물 확산계수에 대한 공극특성의 영향 (Influence of Air Void Characteristic on Chloride Diffusion Coefficient and Compressive Strength of Concrete using Urea and Sulfur)

  • This study presents the effect of urea and sulfur admixture on compressive strength, chloride diffusion coefficient, and internal void distribution of concrete. Compressive strength of concretes with urea admixture by 5% increased by 5% relative to Control. However, that of concretes with urea admixture over 10% decreased. Chloride diffusion coefficient of concrete with urea and sulfur admixture decreased by 40% relative to Control. Additionally, the volume of internal void of concrete with urea and sulfur admixture decreased by 20% relative to Control. Therefore, it can be mentioned from test results that the use of adequate urea and sulfur admixture improves the mechanical properties and durability of concrete.

  • In this work, optimal harvesting policy for the predator-prey system of three species with age-dependent and diffusion is discussed. Existence and uniqueness of non-negative solution to the system are investigated by using the fixed point theorem. The existence of optimal control strategy is discussed and optimality conditions are obtained. Our results extend some known criteria.

  • 데이타의 싱크 또는 소스가 이동 또는 생성/소멸하는 동적 무선 센서 네트워크 환경에서는 경로 설정에 필요한 제어 부하가 증가하며 에너지 소모의 주요 요소가 된다. 본 연구는, Directed Diffusion의 동작을 그대로 유지하면서, 미리 수집해둔 경로 정보를 이용하여 실제 경로 요청의 플러딩 없이 즉시 응답하는 사전경로설정 기법과 과거 경로 설정 과정의 정보를 축적하여 불필요한 방향으로 전파되는 제어 메시지를 중단하는 가지치기 기법을 제안한다. ns를 이용한 실험 결과, 경로 정보의 능동적 수집 또는 수동적 축적을 통해 Directed Diffusion 체계 내에 네트워크 인프라 구조를 내부적으로 수립하고, 이를 이용하여 불필요한 경로 설정 부하를 감소시켜 에너지 소모를 개선할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

Transient diffusion approximation for $M/G/m/N$ queue with state dependent arrival rates

  • We present a transient queue size distribution for $M/G/m/N$ queue with state dependent arrival rates, using the diffusion process with piecewise constant diffusion parameters, with state space [0, N] and elementary return boundaries at x = 0 and x = N. The model considered here contains not only many basic model but the practical models such as as two-node cyclic queue, repairmen model and overload control in communication system with finite storage buffer. For the accuracy check, we compare the approximation results with the exact and simulation results.

Air-Data Estimation for Air-Breathing Hypersonic Vehicles

  • An air-data estimator for generic air-breathing hypersonic vehicles (AHSVs) is developed and demonstrated with an example vehicle configuration. The AHSV air-data estimation strategy emphasized improvement of the angle of attack estimate accuracy to a degree necessitated by the stringent operational requirements of the air-breathing propulsion. the resulting estimation problem involves highly nonlinear diffusion process (propagation); consequently, significant distortion of a posteriori conditional density is suspected. A simulation based statistical analysis tool is developed to characterize the nonlinear diffusion process. The statistical analysis results indicate that the diffusion process preserves the symmetry and unimodality of initial probability density shape state variables, and provide the basis for applicability of an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF). An EKF is designed for the AHSV air-data system and the air data estimation capabilities are demonstrated.

  • KMRR은 잉여반응도 및 출력분포조절을 위하여 Hafnium관을 사용한다. 현재 노심해석은 핵연료집합체 단위로 균질화된 5군 군정수를 이용하여 중성자 확산코드인 VENTURE을 이용한다. Hafnium관내에 핵연료가 들어있는 특수한 조정 집합체에 대해서도 이러한 균질화된 군정수를 사용한 중성자 확산계산이 적용될 수 있는가를 조사하였다. 비교계산은 중성자 수송코드인 TWOTRAN을 사용하여 잉여반응도 및 출력 준위에 대해 수행하였다. 계산결과 현재의 균질화된 군정수를 사용하는 중성자 확산계산이 큰 오차없이 적용할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Experimental studies were carried out to investigate water diffusion in unsaturated compacted bentonite for a landfill of hazardous wastes. Water content distributions were measured and water diffusion coefficients were determined when the dry densities of compacted bentonite were in the range of 1.4 - 1.8 g/㎤. Resaturation times were also calculated to analyze the ability of the compacted bentonite to retard water movement. The results obtained were as follows: Diffusion model described properly the water migration in unsaturated compacted bentonite. Water diffusion coefficients ranged from 4.30$\times$10$^{-6}$ $\textrm{cm}^2$/sec to 1.93$\times$10$^{-6}$ $\textrm{cm}^2$/sec, and decreased with increasing the dry density. The dry density of compacted bentonite was found to be an important factor to control the resaturation time by water. This study suggests that the domestic compacted bentonite should be a good barrier material against water movement in a landfill of hazardous wastes.

증기확산법에 의한 단백질 결정화에 미치는 Reservicr 용액의 영향 (The Effects of Solvents in Reservior Solution on Protein Crystallization Using Vapor Diffusion method)

  • Hen egg white Iysozyme과 equine serum albumin을 모델 단백질로 하여 'heterogeneous' vapor diffusion실험을 수행하였다. 즉, droplet과 reseroir용액에 각각 다른 침전제를 사용하여 vapor diffusion에 의하여 평형에 이르도록 하였다. 실험 결과는 NSI 혹은 ammonium sulfate 대신 polyethylene glycol이 reservoir 용액에 포함되므로써 droplet과 reservoir 용액 사이의 평형 속도가 감소되는 것을 보여 주었다. Heterogeneous vapor diffusion 법을 통하여 reservoir용액에 포함된 이온성 염과 비이온성 침전제의 양을 적절히 조절하여 평형속도를 조절할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • The present study has been conducted to analytically investigate the thermal control performance of variable conductance heat pipe(YCHP) with axial grooves. The condenser port of the YCHP is occupied by a inert gas in which the concentration of gas is varied with the operation temperature and the heat transport capacity is thus varied with the operating temperature due to the variation of inert gas concentration. In this study, numerical evaluation for the thermal control of the YCHP with axial grooves is made from the 1st order diffusion model that considers the diffusive expansion of inert gas by concentration gradient. Ammonia is used as a working fluid and Nitrogen as a control gas in the Aluminum tube. As a result, the thermal performance of YCHP based on diffusion model has been compared with that of YCHP from flat front model. Additionally, it is found that the concentration of inert gas is distributed in the condenser region of YCHP with axial grooves.
