Device-to-device (D2D) communications underlaid cellular infrastructure is an competitive local area services technology to promote spectrum usage for next generation cellular networks. These potential can only be tap through efficient interference coordination. Previous works only concentrated on interference from D2D pairs whiles interference from CUs to D2D pairs were neglected. This work focus on solving uplink interference problem emanating from multiple CUs sharing its resource with multiple D2D pairs. The base station (BS) acting as a supervisor selfishly institute a pricing scheme to manage the interference it experience from D2D pairs based on its Quality of service (QoS) requirement. D2D pairs following the supervisor make power allocation decisions considering the price from the BS in a non-cooperative game fashion. In order for the D2D pairs to also meet their QoS requirement, they suggest a price to the BS called discount price which reflects the interference they receive from the CUs. Finally, we analyze the proposed approach.

The neural stimulators have been employed to the visual prostheses system based on the functional electrical stimulation (FES). Due to the size limitation of the implantable device, the smaller area of the unit current driver pixel is highly desired for higher resolution current stimulation system. This paper presents a 16-channel compact current-mode neural stimulator IC with digital to analog converter (DAC) sharing scheme for artificial retinal prostheses. The individual pixel circuits in the stimulator IC share a single 6 bit DAC using the sample-and-hold scheme. The DAC sharing scheme enables the simultaneous stimulation on multiple active pixels with a single DAC while maintaining small size and low power. The layout size of the stimulator circuit with the DAC sharing scheme is reduced to be 51.98 %, compared to the conventional scheme. The stimulator IC is designed using standard $0.18{\mu}m$ 1P6M process. The chip size except the I/O cells is $437{\mu}m{\times}501{\mu}m$.

This paper proposes a system called Wireless Link based on Global Communication Channel (WLGCC) to enhance the spectrum sharing between digital broadcasting (DB) services and the cognitive radio (CR) system in the licensed band of 470-790 MHz. The WLGCC aims to enhance the spectrum sensing and geolocation database (GLD) spectrum sharing methods in the CR system. Spectrum sensing can be enhanced by receiving the status of the used frequencies from the WLGCC, thereby eliminating the need for a low detection threshold (i.e., avoiding the hidden node problem). In addition, the GLD can be enhanced by providing a reliable communication link between the database and the CR device in the form of an unused TV white space that is reserved as the proposed Global Communication Channel (GCC). This paper analyzes the coexistence of the new WLGCC system and the DB service in terms of avoiding additional interference. Specifically, we mathematically determine the WLGCC parameters, such as the in-band and out-of-band power levels, and operation coverage, and verify them using Monte Carlo simulation. The results show that WLGCC does not degrade the existing DB service and reliably transmits information of the vacant (or used) frequency bands to the CR.

Energy storage devices with high energy density as well as high power density are expected to be developed from the point of view of compensation of fluctuating load and generated power by distributed generations such as wind turbines, photovoltaic cells and so on. SMES (Superconducting Magnetic Energy Storage) has higher power density than other energy storage methods, and secondary batteries have higher energy density than SMES. The hybrid energy storage device using SMES and secondary batteries is proposed as the energy storage method with higher power and energy density, the sharing method of power reference value for each storage device, simulation and experimental results are presented.
Fibre channel based Network-Storage Streaming Accelerator is implemented in this paper. By using Fibre Channel as interface for storage device and sharing storage device among the accelerators, waste of storage space is eliminated. And By using Multi link of Fibre Channels, the load of I/O operations can be distributed over all available links and I/O operations can be conducted even if some links were failed.
In this paper, we propose a new method for multi transmission method of data among near smart devices. Existing methods require the use of an extra application service where the operating system differs between smart devices. In contrast, the proposed method makes use of the smart device's inner speaker and microphone to confirm the transmission signal. Then, real sharing data is transmitted via WiFi or LTE. Therefore, the proposed method overcomes operating system issues with existing methods. Besides, BUMP technology works in a similar way to the method we propose, it only supports one-to-one transmission. To evaluate the efficacy of the new method, we tested one-to-many data transmission in an experiment: the results showed a 96% success rate. As a result, we believe that the proposed method is an effective multi transmission method of data among near smart devices.
UPnP 클라우드는 XMPP(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol)를 이용하여 서로 다른 도메인에 위치하는 UPnP 기기들을 연결시켜준다.
