  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of coaching leadership on ESG management performance through employee innovation behavior in the context of SMEs. Amid the lack of ESG-related research on SMEs, this study is significant in that it empirically verified that coaching leadership can contribute to the improvement of ESG performance of SMEs by inducing innovative behavior of employees. For the study, a survey was conducted on 244 employees of domestic SMEs. As a result of the study, it was found that coaching leadership partially had a positive (+) effect on ESG performance. Specifically, direction suggestion and competency development had a positive effect on the environment, social responsibility, and governance structure of ESG performance, but the relationship with performance evaluation did not have a significant effect. In addition, the direction of coaching leadership and competency development had a positive effect on innovation behavior, but performance evaluation was not significant. Innovative behavior had a significant positive (+) effect on all aspects of ESG performance (environment, social responsibility, and governance), and showed a significant mediating effect in the relationship between coaching leadership and ESG performance. This suggests that innovative behavior plays an important role in mediating the relationship between the sub-factors of coaching leadership and ESG performance. The theoretical significance of this study is to support the innovation behavior of members through coaching leadership in the SME field and to identify a path to increase ESG performance as a result. In addition, most previous studies on the relationship between ESG and innovation behavior have shown that innovation behavior is promoted by the influence of ESG, but this study confirmed that innovation behavior of SME members is an important factor in improving ESG performance. These results provided practical and policy implications for promoting ESG performance by leading the use of coaching leadership and innovation behavior in the SME field.

  • Over the past decades, Bangladesh has fought poverty via labor-intensive industry and inclusive financing. The techniques assist underprivileged women in achieving self-sufficiency and encourage them to pursue independent endeavors. However, the majority of female entrepreneurs focused on four key company types: parlor, boutique, clothes, and fashion, all of which have limited access to financing. It was feared that their shortage of finance was hindering the growth of their company. The study's goal is to assess the effects of financial availability and knowledge on women's entrepreneurship development in Bangladesh via the lens of transformational leadership practices. A sample of 580 SMEs was considered for data collection with a structured questionnaire: a five-point Likert scale for getting responses from SMEs. The model coefficients with structural equation modeling revealed that financial accessibility plays a positive and statistically significant role in women's entrepreneurship development. Moreover, knowledge level established positive interlinkage with women's entrepreneurship development. Transformational leadership, which plays a mediating role in leadership practices, has been linked to the development of women's entrepreneurship indirectly and positively. As a result, support for knowledge creation and external financing must evolve and be made available to ensure women's sustainable development through entrepreneurial activities.

Also, it investigates the combined effects of the transformational leadership style on the relationship between sustainable development practices and non-financial performing factors. Using primary data sources, this study reviews the literature on the relationship between the factors of the effectiveness of sustainable development practices of Jordanian contractors and non-financial performance. A total of 290 questionnaires were personally distributed to contractors in the Amman district in Jordan. Only 253 questionnaires were returned and usable for further analysis, which represents a response rate of 87%. Data was collected from October 2020 until April 2020. Hypotheses were tested through multiple regression analysis, and hypotheses for interacting effect were examined through hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis obtained there is a significant effect on the relationship between sustainable development and non-financial performances. It shows that construction companies involved in sustainability practices will able to improve their performance, which contributed significantly toward the overall firm's performance. Whereas, results from hierarchical multiple regressions showed that transformational leadership had no moderation effect on the non-financial performance in such a way that reaches a higher firm performance level.

Research design, data, and methodology - A total of 7,425 papers were obtained due to the search, and 5,810 papers with English abstracts were used for analysis. For analysis, word frequency analysis, word clouding, and co-occurrence were confirmed using Python 3.7. In addition, after classifying topics related to research trends through BERTopic and LDA, trends were identified through dynamic topic modeling and OLS regression analysis. Result - As a result of the BERTopic, 14 topics such as 'Leadership management and performance' and 'Sports leadership' were derived. As a result of conducting LDA on 1,976 outliers, five topics were derived. As a result of trend analysis on topics by year, it was confirmed that five topics, such as 'military police leadership' received relative attention. Conclusion - Through the results of this study, a study on the reinterpretation of past leadership studies, a study on LMX with an expanded perspective, and a study on integrated leadership sub-factors of modern leadership theory were proposed.
