  • The applications of intangible cultural heritage in China have encountered development bottlenecks due to poor user experience. In this paper, we begin to study the reasons why the user experience is not good, and to study design methods that enhance the user experience through the theory of five-factor model. Through literature study and comparative study of contestants, this paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of their interaction design and summarizes the common problems. Next, a survey of these user populations will be conducted to find some design elements that affect the user experience. Finally, through empirical research, the design elements are incorporated into the theory of user experience modeling and case studies demonstrate that the application of the design elements is beneficial to improving the user experience.

  • Self-efficacy and social supports are important variable influencing adjustment to college life. This study aims to identify the factors influencing adjustment to college life. Data were collected from 265 usable questionnaires among college students in Pyeongtek University. Results of a factor analysis yielded three dimensions of self-efficacy which were ability to start promotion/ social ability/ ability to carry out activities/ability to overcome hate experiences/ social sustainability. And results of factor analysis also yielded three dimensions of social supports which were family, friends, and professor supports. Hierarchical regression analysis revealed that social ability/ ability to carry out activities/ability to overcome hate experiences and all of social support factors affected significantly for adjustment to college life. And female and attitude for students' major had a positive affect on adjustment to college life. Results suggested that self-efficacy, social supports, and aptitude for students' major should be considered in college management policy.

  • Previous research on super high rise buildings focused mostly on the use of public space from building plan perspective, survey of residents' satisfaction evaluation, construction technology and structural technology. But little research is done on the economic analysis of landmark factors. The purpose of this study is to find landmark factors that can be quantitatively measured, collect data on super high rise residential buildings in Seoul. Find the intrinsic values of the landmarks, and analyze how these values differ in areas with different densities, i.e. in 3 Gangnam-gus & Yeongdeungpo-gu and in other areas. It is expected that the results of this study can be used to set an appropriate price of super high rise building in consideration of its landmark value in different area

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop an instrument that measured adherence to self-management among patients with hypertension, and to verify the validity and reliability of the developed instrument. Methods: The 34 indicators that underwent the content validity test were provided to 202 subjects for investigation The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Ver. 22.0 and Amos Ver. 25.0. Results: Five factors, 'interaction,' 'lifestyle change,' 'continuing motivation,' 'medical care', and 'weight control' were extracted, and the total cumulative variance was shown to be 61.75%. The test statistic of the regression coefficient was statistically significant according to the confirmatory factor analysis. Conclusion: It is suggested that more research is needed to generalize the instrument to suit more candidates, while continuing to refine the reliability and validity of the instrument.

  • According to the analysis results, first, the purpose of information system is usually internal-oriented (decrease of employees and increase of productivity) in the port-logistics industry. Second, the success factor of information system for internal strategy group is different for its external strategy group. Third, the external enviornment factors affect on the information strategy and the success factor in the port-logistics industry. Therefore, I think that it is necessary for the port-logistics industry to consider the information strategy direction and its affecting factors in the port-MIS.

  • This study confirmed the effect of manager's communication type perceived by organizational members on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of organizational culture. In other words, the manager's communication type was statistically positive for organizational members' innovation behavior (Hypothesis 1) and organizational culture (Hypothesis 2). Organizational culture improved innovative behavior of organizational members (Hypothesis 3). In addition, organizational culture played a mediating role between the manager's communication type and organizational members' innovative behavior (Hypothesis 4). In other words, the importance of improving the innovative behavior of organizational members, which is a key factor for advancing organizational sustainability management, was confirmed. It was confirmed that the manager's communication type and organizational culture act as a key factor for the advancement of innovative behavior. Therefore, executives and managers confirmed the importance of systematic managers' communication-type competency development and organizational culture revitalization plans and the necessity of implementing them in order to improve innovative behavior.

  • Purpose - Despite the emergence of such destination regeneration as a key factor in urban tourism, little research was carried out on destination regeneration, especially on the impact of destination regeneration on revisit intention. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between destination regeneration and revisit intention with moderating role of the destination image. Design/Methodology/Approach - Data were collected from tourists who visited the destination, after which a total of 250 usable surveys were analyzed. In order to examine the data, we used frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, regression analysis by using SPSS 25.0. Findings - Based on the results, first, there is a positive relationship between destination regeneration and revisit intention. In addition, there are significant moderating effects of destination image between destination regeneration and revisit intention. Research Implications or Originality - Those significant findings could contribute to destination development from destination regeneration and revisit intention.

  • As part of the study on the development of the setting time estimation system, this study attempted to confirm the change in hardness values for each influencing factor variable and secure its reliability. According to the research results of this paper, the hardness value of the setting time estimation system tended to gradually decrease in the case of the hardness value of the closing time by curing temperature, and the hardness value increased in the concrete state compared to mortar. Therefore, further research on influencing factors will be conducted in consideration of material and statistical factors in the future.

  • Allergic inflammation requires the orchestration of altered gene expression in the target tissue and in the infiltrating immune cells. The transcription factor STAT6 is critical in activating cytokine gene expression and cytokine signaling both in the immune cells and in target tissue cells including airway epithelia, keratinocytes and esophageal epithelial cells. STAT6 is activated by the cytokines IL-4 and IL-13 to mediate the pathogenesis of allergic disorders such as asthma, atopic dermatitis, food allergy and eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE). In this review, we summarize the role of STAT6 in allergic diseases, its interaction with the co-factor PARP14 and the molecular mechanisms by which STAT6 and PARP14 regulate gene transcription.

  • This paper evaluates explanations for China's growth slowdown. The natural tendency for rapidly growing economies to slow down is a major factor, along with problems bequeathed by unbalanced growth, including a declining ICOR, slowing total factor productivity growth, and rising indebtedness. A number of other mechanisms are of lesser importance: demographics, President Xi's centralization of political power and anti-corruption campaign, and U.S. export controls. Sustaining growth in the longer term will require China to step away from investment, debt and export-fueled growth in favor of a balanced growth model with household consumption playing a larger role. Doing so will require hardening of the budget constraints of regional and local governments and restructuring of the nonperforming debts of property and construction companies.
