본고는 글로벌 금융위기 이후 자산가격 버블의 이해에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는 여건을 감안하여 우리나라 주가에 펀더멘털과 무관한 I(1)인 비정상 확률적 추세(stochastic trend)가 존재하는지의 여부를 주가 배당금의 2변수 VAR 모형에서 검정하고 이를 추정하여 보았다. 이 추세는 주가의 합리적 버블을 추정하기 어려운 점을 감안하여 도입한 것으로, 공적분 및 오차수정모형을 해석하는 경우 양자 간에 유사성이 있음을 설명한다. 한편, 분석 모형에서 주가와 배당은 모두 I(1)인 시계열이며 서로 Engle-Granger 공적분 관계인 것으로 가정한다. 이런 이론적 틀에서 배당금 충격(펀더멘털)의 추세와 통계적으로 상관관계가 없는 주가 내 추세의 추정이 잘 알려진 베버리지-넬슨 분해(Beveridge-Nelson decomposition)를 통해 가능함을 보인다. 또한 이의 검정은 표준적인 t-검정을 통해 쉽게 수행될 수 있음도 보인다. 이러한 추세가 주가에 존재할 경우 일단 발생한 충격은 영구히 지속되며 경제적 영향 역시 항구적일 수 있다. 실증분석에서 1976~2012년 중 연간 실질 KOSPI 지수와 배당 자료를 분석한 결과, 한국주가에 '펀더멘털과 무관한 추세가 존재하지 않는다'는 귀무가설을 기각할 수 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 올림픽 이후 기간의 경우에는 부분적으로 주가변동을 견인하는 것으로 추정된다.

Objectives : To find the causes, the development factors and trend of phlegm-damp constitution in previous dynasties, Chinese medicine books were reviewed, to provide literature basis. Methods : The paper looks into the references to phlegm-damp constitution in Traditional Chinese medicine classics literatures, to analyze the its causes, the development factors, and the recuperation methods. Results : Phlegm-damp constitution is one of common type of human constitution. The development trend of phlegm-damp constitution is Xiaodan(消瘅), similar to the dispersion-thirst disease, stroke, chest discomfort, asthma, infertility to name a few. Conclusions : The phlegm-damp constitution is related to the natural endowment and the acquired life style and behavior factor. General recuperation is a basic and effective approach for preventing and treating the constitution.

The purpose of this study is to extract and classify the general patterns on scientific and technological development by quantitative approaches. Indicators used for this pattern classification amounted to a total of 39. what is more, these indicators were set up with the recent data for the first half of the 1970's mainly, and 141 nations were selected as the sample of the analysis. 7 aspects which prescribe the scentific and technological activities were established, and so 3 patterns of the S & T development were extrected by means of a "two-dimensional cross section" among them. (1) A pattern showing the trend of the exponential curve from the point over a certain level (in this study, it is defined as "Threshold Valued"). (2) A pattern in which elasticity of the exponential curve is gradually reduced from the point over the threshold value. (3) A pattern not showing any trend, but forming a large variance.

Today, we live in the New Information Age based on Internet/Intranet. It is expected to bring a new revolution on the business, general enterprises are using Internet/Intranet more and more on the business field. Intranet is a new definition of network environment which conducts all the inter-business by internet technology. It offers a standardized software environment in the development maintenance regardless of inner hardware and operating systems. This research studies on using and development trend of the intranet. In addition the author analyses the problems which occurred during using also suggests the desirable solutions for end user/evaluators and enterprises about intranet based on his research, several papers and case of studies in many company.

The primary goal of this paper is to explore the microeconomic foundation of Korean firms' adoption of foreign technologies. The paper also reviews the overall trend of international technology transfers to Korea. The period covered in this paper is Korea's high growth era, from the 1960s to the 1990s. The works of this paper center on the two questions of what characterizes foreign technologies which had been imported through licensing contracts, and which driving forces expedite technology adoption by firms. The Korean experience provides the context of success in the catch-up growth. The co-movement of technology imports with capital goods imports manifests Korea's effort to improve the technical efficiency toward the world frontier. Underlying this trend are firms' decisions to adopt new technologies. The paper shows that firms respond proactively to wage increases by adopting newer technologies and thus, in turn, increasing employment, which implies the existence of a virtuous interactive mechanism among these factors.

Plug-in type door is installed in recently designed tube. It is world wide trend to fulfill the customer's demand. But, plug-in door need widely gap between doorway and platform and it is raise an serious accident. Therefore, newly designed train must have safety device like a sliding step to prevent incident. This paper present about development process for sliding step. Trend of sliding step, development plan, course, technical description, and etc. will be included in this paper.

Space propulsion system produces required thrust for satellites and space launch vehicles by using chemical reactions of a liquid fuel and a liquid oxidizer typically. Among several liquid propellants, the monomethylhydrazine-dinitrogen tetroxide is expecially preferred for a GEO satellite propellants due to their better storability in liquid phase during a long mission life under a freezing space environment. Recently, a development of the monomethylhydrazine-dinitrogen tetroxide bipropellant system becomes important as the national space program requires the heavier and the more efficient space system. Thus, the objective of the present study is to review a foreign research trend of a chemical reaction between the monomethyhydrazine fuel and the dinitrogen tetroxide oxidizer to understand a fundamental basis of their characteristics to prepare for domestic development in future.

PV Thermal combined system produces the electricity and thermal energy which are needed for buildings. The system removes heat from PV module through air or liquid, so that its efficiency will be improved. The heat as the forms of hot air or hot water can be utilized for building use, like space heating and hot water. This paper describes the concept of PV Thermal combined system and its research and development trend at local and international levels. This materials can be used as a fundamental study source about PV Thermal combined system to apply fur building space heating.

The progress in computer technology has significantly improved the capabilities of the microcomputer image processing systems and brought down their hardware costs. This on-going trend of technological development seems to bring further substantive improvements in microcomputer image processing and decreasing hardware costs. The technical development in microcomputer image processing system including VLSI technology, semiconductor memory, disk and tape storage, and image display subsystems have been reviewed and their future trend have been projected. The impact of this technology to the development of image processing has been assessed in the time period of immediate future (2-3 years) and near future (5 years).

The urbanity of high-rise buildings does not simply reference their physical characteristics but also encompasses their impact on the overall urban environment and the daily lives of citizens. This involves the economic benefits, social development, urban culture and public activities that high-rise buildings bring to a city. High-rise buildings are an important aspect of urban development and play a crucial role in providing public services in high-density urban habitats. However, to ensure that their contribution to the city is positive, it is essential to take into account their impact on surrounding buildings and the built environment. This paper analyzes their urban attributes and value system and summarizes their current development status. In short, as the demand for public services continues to evolve, it is necessary for high-rise buildings to keep up with these changes by continuously enhancing their urbanity.
