The Economic Security System in the Conditions of the Powers Transformation

  • In the article, the authors investigate the economic security system in the conditions of the powers transformation. It is substantiated that economic security acts as a certain system that includes components and at the same time acts as a subsystem of the highest order. It is determined that the economic security system of regions acting as a system has its subsystems, which include: production, financial, environmental, innovation, investment and social subsystems. The parameters of the economic security system include relative economic independence, economic stability and self-development of economic systems, and it is proved that an important feature of economic security in addition to its systemic nature is multi-vector. It is substantiated that the monitoring of ensuring the economic security system of the development of economic systems of different levels in the conditions of the powers transformation should contain the analysis of social, economic and ecological development of regions; spheres of possible dangers of the development of regional economic systems; the nature of the threats; the degree of the possibility of threats; time perspective of economic development threats; possible consequences of losses for economic entities; the impact of threats to the object of the economic entities' activity; possible asymmetry of economic development of regional economic entities. Possible threats as a consequence of the powers transformation have been identified. A PEST analysis of the impact of factors of different nature on economic security and the development of regional economic systems in the powers transformation is carried out. A recurrent ratio is proposed for the economic security system in the conditions of the powers transformation.

The Effect of the Career Development System on Career Success: Mediated Moderating Effects of Career Adaptability and Fairness in Personnel System (경력개발제도가 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 경력적응성 및 인사제도 공정성의 매개된 조절효과)

  • This study analyzed the effect of career development system and personnel management equity on career success for workers who experienced various career change environments. The results of empirical study were as follows: First, it was found that career adaptation partially mediated career development system and career success relationship. Second, it was found that the moderating effects of personnel management equity on career success and career adaptation respectively. Third, it was found that the moderating effect of personnel system fairness was mediated by career adaptability in the relationship between career development system and career success. The analysis results confirm the importance of career adaptability and personnel system fairness for individual career success and suggest that the effectiveness of the career development system can be increased when the characteristics of career development and the personnel system are combined.

  • Government-Supported Research Institutes(GSRI) have done complex product(CP) development with national needs. The products to be developed have very limited demand. The most important things at CP development are technology innovation through knowledge creation and acquisition. Then, this paper suggests the technology innovation system for CP development. In CP development like satellite, government must do strategic management at national level and technology management at program level. Two managements are tools to achieve the strategic goals. The key points in CP are integration and interface among subsystems and person. From these factors and innovation system, R&D planning and practice are based on sharing and creation of knowledge. CP development projects ought to overlap and parallel for sustainable acquisition and creation of knowledge.

  • ASDR(Avionic System Development Rig) is used as a development tool during the design and development of the ASC/OFP and then can be used as a maintenance tool after developing them for a military aircraft. This paper describes the overall structure and the important features of KO-1 ASDR, especially about the dynamic simultion of inertial and air data sensors.

  • A multibeam switching satellite system technology have started localized development to overcome the limitation of the frequency resource and geostationary orbit existing relay type satellite transponder and the required performance of the spot beam, and looked around the configuration and functions of the multibeam switching satellite communication system. This paper proposed that operation scheme and network control features for service definition, network architecture, transmission method of the natural disaster service network and public communication service network using this system.

  • In this paper, the difficulties involved in analyzing and designing a management system for product development are discussed with reference to reducing the impact of products on the environment. We propose some models and methods to analyze information behavior in the process of product development based on a fusion model which integrates the assessments of users’ needs, the environment, and available technology. These models and methods are subsequently applied to the development of a new packaging material. The results of this case study allow us to identify effective information for the design of a management system for product development to reduce the impact of products on the environment.

  • Medium size rotorcraft consist of approximately 5,000 key components. The components must satisfy the target weight and performance requirement through optimization. Therefore a rotorcraft component has approximately 100 times higher unit cost for mass production than the equivalent of an automobile's, along with huge development cost. Configuration management consists of four main parts : configuration identification, configuration control, configuration audit, and data management. In development programme, configuration management is one of the methods to save development cost, and setting a well-structured configuration management system according to the Military Standard is an important factor in success of the programme. The paper proposes a configuration management system suitable for development of various multi-use components development and presents that the configuration management was performed successfully during dual-use component development programme using the established system.

  • The main purpose of the study is to analyze the key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of tourism development and the national economy. The effectiveness of the regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of development of tourism and the national economy largely depends on the presence of an effective central executive body that would take care of the problems of the development of the industry, the quality and perfection of legal support, a strategic view of programming the development of the industry within the state and regions, as well as administrative mechanisms of public administration, which fully ensure control over the activities of economic entities and the quality of the services they provide. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of tourism development and the national economy were identified.

  • Artificial intelligence (AI) plays a crucial role in the intelligent development of China's power system. It is also an important part of the digital development of the power grid. The development of AI determines whether the digital transformation of China's power system can be successfully implemented. Therefore, this paper discusses the digital transformation of the power grid based on AI technologies. The author has established a digital evaluation index system to reflect the development of the power grid in one province. Both qualitative and quantitative methods have been adopted in the analysis, which delves into the economic effectiveness, quality, and coordination of power grid development in the province in a comprehensive way. Results show that, to meet the needs of the power grid's digital transformation, the correlation coefficient between the power grid's development and the province's overall coordination has been increasing in recent years.
