Purpose: Resuscitation rooms in emergency department are places for time-critical tasks. This study aimed 1) to develop a resuscitation protocol for dyspneic patients and 2) to evaluate the effect of the resuscitation protocol for dyspneic patients in improving clinical performances. Methods: A panel of experts including emergency physicians and nurses developed a resuscitation protocol for dyspneic patients which included a list of critical interventions and time-limits. The resuscitation protocol was implemented in a emergency medical center for two months. Clinical performances of health care providers were compared by analyzing video-recorded clinical performances. Results: The resuscitation protocol consisted of four steps: Initial treatments within 5 minutes, main treatments within 15 minutes, diagnostic tests within 30 minutes, and disposition within 60 minutes. A total of 43 dyspneic patients (23 patients experimental group, 20 patients control group) were included for the analysis of the clinical performance change. Clinical performance rates were improved significantly from control group (66.71%) to experimental group (82.41%) after implementing the resuscitation protocol (Z=-3.09, p=.004). Conclusion: The resuscitation protocol developed for dyspneic patients improved clinical performance rates of health care providers. Further development of clinical protocols for other emergent cases at resuscitation rooms are strongly recommended.

이 연구는 종합병원 간호사를 대상으로 다제내성균 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하여 감염관리 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 202명의 간호사를 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 다제내성균 감염관리 지식은 평균 17.68점이었으며 간호사의 지각된민감성, 지각된 심각성, 지각된 유익성과 수행도는 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 또한 일반적 특성에서 결혼, 임상경력, 직위, 근무부서에 따라 수행도의 차이가 있었다. 다제내성균 감염관리 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 지각된 유익성과 근무부서로 설명력은 35%였다. 간호사의 다제내성균 감염관리 교육프로그램 개발시 다제내성균 감염관리 지침 수행에 따른 장점, 효과 등을 포함하여 유익성을 강조하는 것이 필요하다. 또한 간호사를 대상으로 다제내성균 감염관리 교육이 필수적으로 시행되어야 한다.

Objective: To investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with different levels and molecular weights of fungal ${\beta}$-glucan on productive performances, health, carcass traits and meat quality in broilers. Methods: Two hundred and ten of one-day-old chicks with equal sex were assigned to seven experimental groups in $2{\times}4$ factorial arrangement. These groups were supplemented with (0, 10, 30, and 60 ppm) of molecular weight 1-3, 1-6 ${\beta}$-glucan (low or high). High molecular weight ${\beta}$-glucan (H: 943 kDa) was obtained from Ophiocordyceps dipterigena BCC 2073, whereas H with ${\gamma}$-Irradiation treatment was performed to achieve low molecular weight ${\beta}$-glucan (L: 8 kDa). Results: There was no statistical significance in productive performances, apparent digestibility and interaction between fixed factors along 42 days of experiment (p>0.05). A higher caecal amylase activity was present in the group that received L, while there was a dramatic decrease in H and the control groups, respectively (p<0.05). The increase of supplemental dose increased caecal amylase activity (p<0.05). Immunomodulatory effects from L was revealed by the marked increase of phagocytic activity, relative weight of thymus and bursa of fabricius (p<0.05). Similarly, the additive dose at 30 ppm provided the same results, whereas the only significant difference with supplementation at 60 ppm was an increase in phagocytic activity (p<0.05). Interestingly, villi height of broilers fed L was higher than other groups (p<0.05). The treatments did not influence haematology, blood chemistry, antibody production level against vaccination, carcass traits and meat quality (p>0.05). Conclusion: The supplementation of L at 30 ppm was suggested to achieve benefits of immune modulation without adverse effects on other parameters.

A study has been carried out on the implementation of IMCA (Linear Moving Voice Coil Actuator) to a flexible robot arm modelled as cantilever beam. Control performances are evaluated by computer simulation and theoretical analysis is validated by experiments. From this study, it is proved that the LMVCA can be applied easily to the control system and suppress vibration effectively.

The advent of deep learning-based algorithms has facilitated researches on target detection from synthetic aperture radar(SAR) imagery. While most of them concentrate on detection tasks for ships with open SAR ship datasets and for aircraft from SAR scenes of airports, there is relatively scarce researches on the detection of SAR ground vehicle targets where several adverse factors such as high false alarm rates, low signal-to-clutter ratios, and multiple targets in close proximity are predicted to degrade the performances. In this paper, a dataset of ground vehicle targets acquired from TerraSAR-X(TSX) satellite SAR images is presented. Then, both detection and instance segmentation are simultaneously carried out on this dataset based on the deep learning-based Mask R-CNN. Finally, this paper shows the future research directions to further improve the performances of detecting the SAR ground vehicle targets.

This study describes the jump error smoothing scheme with fuzzy logic based on the scalar adaptive filter. The scalar adaptive filter is an useful algorithm for smoothing abrupt jump errors. However, the performances of scalar adaptive algorithm depend on the variance of real signal. So to design an effective algorithm, many informations of real and jump signal are required. In this paper, the fuzzy rules are designed by the analysis of scalar adaptive filter, and then the improved and simplified scheme is developed for smoothing the jump error. Simulations to INS/GPS integrated system show that the proposed method is effective.

본 논문에서는 copy mechanism과 input feeding 추가한 RNN search 모델을 end-to-end 방식으로 한국어 문서요약에 적용하였다. 또한 시스템의 입출력으로 사용하는 데이터를 음절단위, 형태소단위, hybrid 단위의 토큰화 형식으로 처리하여 수행한 각각의 성능을 구하여, 모델과 토큰화 형식에 따른 문서요약 성능을 비교한다. 인터넷 신문기사를 수집하여 구축한 한국어 문서요약 데이터 셋(train set 30291 문서, development set 3786 문서, test set 3705문서)으로 실험한 결과, 형태소 단위로 토큰화 하였을 때 우수한 성능을 확인하였으며, GRU search에 input feeding과 copy mechanism을 추가한 모델이 ROUGE-1 35.92, ROUGE-2 15.37, ROUGE-L 29.45로 가장 높은 성능을 보였다.

항공기 레이다에서는 고해상도 SAR 영상에서 지상의 이동 표적을 탐지하는 SAR-GMTI 모드의 운영이 점점 필수적으로 되고 있다. SAR는 고해상도 영상을 위하여 광대역 파형을 필요로 하는 반면, GMTI는 도플러 추출을 위하여 협대역의 파형을 필요로 하기 때문에 일반적인 LFM 파형은 사용에 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 들어 SAR-GMTI 모드의 파형으로 연구되고 있는 FJB(Frequency Jump Burst) 파형의 특성을 분석하였고, FJB 파형을 사용한 펄스압축과 SAR 영상생성을 위한 방법들을 구현하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 펄스압축과 SAR 영상에서 단일 LFM을 사용할 경우와 성능에서 거의 차이가 없음을 보였다. FJB 파형은 SAR와 GMTI 처리를 동일한 파형으로 수행할 수 있기 때문에 본 결과를 적용하면 항공기 레이다에서 SAR-GMTI 모드의 처리를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.
