  • 본 논문에서는 초박막 유전체 기술을 기반으로 하여 60 GHz에서 작동하는 위상 배열 안테나 시스템을 설계 하였다. Dividing/combining 손실을 줄이고 위장 변위기이 의한 손실을 피하기 위하여 Rotman Lens를 안테나의 feeder로 사용하였다. 설계된 렌즈는 3개의 빔 포트와 5개의 배열 포트, 그리고 2개의 더미 포트를 가지는 구조이다. 설계를 위한 시뮬레이션은 모멘트 기법을 사용하는 시뮬레이터로 수행되었다. 제작된 렌즈는 $58{\sim}62GHz$에서 ${\pm}2dB$ 이하의 진폭 편차와 ${\pm}5^{\circ}$ 이하의 위상 수차 특성을 보였다. 또한 5개의 배열 안테나를 이용하여 ${\pm}7^{\circ}$의 빔 조향 특성을 확인하였다.

무선랜 대역용 Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 박막을 이용한 가변 대역 통과 여파기 (Tunable Band-pass Filters using Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 Thin Films for Wireless LAN Application)

  • 본 논문은 $Ba_{0.5}$Sr$_{0.5}$TiO$_3$(BST) 박막을 이용한 대역 통과 여파기를 설계, 제작한 것으로 마이크로스트립 과 코플래너 웨이브가이드(CPW), CBCPW 전송 선로 구조에서 각 구조의 여파기 특성을 비교하였다. 제작된 여파기는 전압 0V 인가시 각각 6.4 GHz, 6.14 GHz, 6.04 GHz의 중심 주파수와 6 dB, 4.41 dB, 5.41 dB의 삽입 손실이 측정되었으며, 40V 인가시 중심 주파수 6.61 GHz, 6.31 GHz, 6.21 GHz와 삽입 손실 7.33 dB, 5.83 dB, 6.83 dB로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 제작된 각각의 대역 통과 야파기는 가변 범위가 약 3 % - 8 %이며, 무선랜 대역에 응용할 수 있도록 설계 및 제작되었다.다.

전자식 조정장치 헬리콥터의 하중 비행영역 제한 로직 설계 (Flight Envelope Load Factor Limit Logic Design for Helicopter Fly-By-Wire Controller)

  • 본 논문은 전자식 조정장치 헬리콥터의 비행영역 보호를 위한 하중제안 로직 설계에 대한 결과이다. 헬리콥터는 로터, 동체, 엔진등 구조가 복잡하기 때문에 여러 가지 제약조건에 가지고 비행을 해야 한다. 이 때문에 조종사가 그 제약조건을 고려하여 조종을 하면서 조종사의 작업부하가 증가하고 비행 조종성을 떨어뜨리는 결과가 발생한다. 이러한 헬리콥터의 비행제약조건으로부터 자유롭게 조정 하도록 하여 조종사를 도와주는 기능이 필요하고 본 논문에서는 그 중의 대표적인 제약조건인 하중제약조건에 대한 제한 로직을 전자식 조정장치 헬리콥터에 설계하고자 한다. 하중범위를 벗어나는 비행은 피치 싸이클릭 스틱을 급격하게 입력하여 주로 발생한다. 이때 조종스틱 명령과 피치축 자세명령모델사이에 비행영역제한로직을 추가하여 하중범위를 벗어나지 않도록 하였다. 현재의 하중 값에 대한 자세범위를 동적으로 계산하는 로직을 사용하였고 헬리콥터 모델에 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 통하여 알고리즘을 검증하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 정지비행영역, 전진비행영역에서 하중제한로직을 적용하지 않았을 때와 적용하였을 때를 비교한 결과, 하중제한로직을 적용하지 않았을 때는 하중제한 리미트를 20% 이상 초과하였으나 본 연구에서 제한한 로직을 적용하였을 때는 하중제한 리미트가 초과하지 않음을 확인하였다. 결론적으로 시뮬레이션을 통하여 동적으로 할당하는 제한로직이 헬리콥터 전자식 조정장치 제어기에 적합함을 확인하였다.

고정밀 섭동모델을 이용한 실시간 On-board 궤도 결정 성능 향상 (Performance Improvement of Real Time On-board Orbit Determination using High Precision Orbit Propagator)

  • 본 논문에서는 실시간 On-board 궤도 결정 성능을 향상시키기 위해 고정밀 우주 섭동 모델을 구현하였고, 구현된 우주 섭동모델을 GNSS 수신기의 궤도 결정 로직에 적용하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 궤도 결정 로직은 확장 칼만 필터(Extended Kalman Filter)로 구현되었고, 의사거리로 계산한 궤도(Standard Position Service)를 관측정보로 이용하였다. 궤도 결정 로직 성능 검증은 GPS 인공위성의 신호를 모사하는 GNSS 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 수행하였다. 고정밀 섭동모델의 궤도 결정 성능을 $J_2$ 항만 고려한 섭동모델의 궤도 결정 성능과 비교하여 분석한 결과, GPS 항행해의 위치 정밀도는 43.61 m($3{\sigma}$)에서 23.86 m($3{\sigma}$)로 46 % 개선되었으며 속도 정밀도는 0.159 m/s($3{\sigma}$)에서 0.044 m/s($3{\sigma}$)로 72 % 개선되어 정밀도가 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

새로운 금속막대 커패시터를 적용한 감쇄모드 도파관 대역통과 여파기 (Evanescent-mode Waveguide Band-pass Filter Applied by Novel Metal Post Capacitor)

  • 본 논문에서는 보다 편리한 튜닝을 위해 Evanescent-Mode Rectangle Waveguide(EMRWG)에 삽입된 새로운 작은 직경의 원통형 포스트 커패시터를 제안하였다. EMRWG급전을 위한 제안된 구조는 입력 및 출력 끝에서 도파관과 동일한 너비와 높이를 갖는 단일 리지 직사각형 도파관을 사용하였다. 삽입된 포스트 커패시터는 EMRWG의 넓은 벽체 하부 중앙에 형성된 원형 홈과 상부에 삽입된 동심원기둥 포스트로 구성된다. 먼저 제안된 구조에 대한 등가회로 모델을 제시하였고, EMRWG와 단일 리지 도파관이 결합될 때 이상적인 변압기의 접합 서셉턴스와 권선비는 각각 HFSS(3d fullwave 시뮬레이터, Ansoft Co.)를 사용하여 두 가지 경우에 대해 시뮬레이션하였다. 얻어진 매개변수와 EMRWG의 특성을 이용하여 삽입된 기둥의 서셉턴스 및 공진 특성을 분석하였다. 중심주파수 4.5GHz, 대역폭 170MHz의 2포스트 필터는 WR-90 도파관을 이용하여 설계하였으며, 등가회로 모델에 대한 계산과 HFSS와 CST를 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과가 서로 일치하였다.

  • 크레인 훈련 프로그램은 실제 항만과 동일한 환경의 훈련 시스템을 구축하고 이를 활용하는 것이 가장 바람직하지만 시공간의 제약과 비용 등의 문제를 가지고 있다. 이런 제약점을 극복하고자 AR/VR을 기반으로 한 차세대 훈련 프로그램이 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가상현실을 기반으로 하는 항만 크레인 훈련 시스템의 프로토타입을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 시스템은 아두이노를 기반으로 한 IoT 조작 단말기와 유니티 응용프로그램을 탑재한 HMD 2가지 요소로 구성된다. IoT 조작 단말기는 2개의 컨트롤러와 2개의 토클 스위치 및 8개의버튼 스위치로 이루어져 사용자의 조작에 따라 발생하는 데이터를 처리한다. HMD는 Oculus Quest2를 사용하며IoT 단말기와 무선통신으로 연결되어 사용자의 편의성을 제공한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 훈련 시스템은 가상현실을 통해 훈련자에게 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않는 훈련 환경을 제공하고 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

보상여과판을 이용한 비인강암의 전방위 강도변조 방사선치료계획 (Dose Planning of Forward Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy for Nasopharyngeal Cancer using Compensating Filters)

  • 목적 : 비인강암 환자의 국소제어율을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 보상 여과판을 이용한 전방위 강도변조 방사선치료방법(intensity modulated radiation therapy : IMRT)을 계획하고 기존 3차원 입체조형치료방법과 비교하여 최적의 방사선치료방법을 모색하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 3-차원 입체조형치료계획으로 치료받았던 비강암환자(T4N0M0) 1예를 선택하여 치료면의 굴곡과 뼈, 공동 등 불균질 조직으로 인하여 발생되는 표적체적의 선량분포를 균일하게 만들고 주변 정상장기의 손상을 최소화하기 위한 일차 입사선량의 강도 조절을 보상여과판으로 시행 하였다. 환자는 열변성 plastic mask로 고정시킨 후 치료조준용 CT Scan (PQ5000)을 이용하여 3 mm 간격으로 scan 하고 가상조준장치(virtual simulator)와 3차원 방사선치료계획 컴퓨터$(ADAC-Pinnacle^3)$를 이용하여 보상여과판을 제작하였다. 각 조사면을 세분한 소조사선(beamlet)의 강도 가중치(weighting)를 계산하고 가중치에 따른 선량 감약을 보상여과판의 두께로 환산하여 판별이 쉽도록 도표화하였다. 방사선 치료성과의 기준은 정량적으로 평가할 수 있는 선량체적표(dose volume histogram : DVH)와 종양억제확율(tumor control probability : TCP)및 정상조직 손상확율(normal tissue complication probability : NTCP)의 수학적 관계식을 이용하여 치료효과를 평가하였다. 결과 : 전방위 IMRT에서 계획용표적체적(planning target volume: PTV)내의 최소선량과 최대선량의 차이가 입체조형치료계획보다 약간 증가하였으며 평균선량은 강도조절치료계획에서 약 $10\%$, 더 높았고 전체 방사선량의 $95\%$가 포함되는 체적(V95)은 비교적 양쪽 설계방법에서 비슷한 양상을 보이고 있었다. 주위 건강장기들의 DVH에서 방사선에 민감한 장기인 시신경, 측두엽, 이하선, 뇌간, 척수, 측두하악골관절 등은 강도조절치료계획에서 많이 보호되었다. PTV의 종양제어확율은 입체조형치료계획과 강도변조치료계획에서 모두 비교적 균일하였으며 계획선량이 50 Gy에서 80 Gy로 증가함에 따라 TCP가 0.45에서 0.56으로 완만하게 증가하였다. 척수, 측두하악골 관절, 뇌간, 측두엽, 이하선, 시신경교차, 시신경 등 정상장기의 손상확율은 입체조형치료계획보다 강도조절치료계획에서 월등히 감소되었으며 특히 뇌간(brain stem)의 NTCP는 입체조형치료계획에서 보다 강도조절치료계획에서 훨씬 적은 값(0.3에서 0.15)으로 감소되었다. 계획선량의 증가에 따른 TCP와 NTCP를 입체조형치료계획과 강도조절치료계획에서 TCP는 공히 완만한 증가를 보였으나 NTCP값은 선량증가에 비례적으로 증가하였고 입체조형치료계획이 강도조절치료계획보다 월등히 증가하였다. 결론 : 보상여과판을 이용한 전방위 강도변조 방사선치료에서 PTV내의 선량 균일도의 개선은 없었지만 뇌간, 척수강 등 정상장기의 피폭을 줄일 수 있었다. 특히 인체표면의 굴곡이 심하거나 뼈, 동공 등으로 종양에 도달하는 방사선량분포가 균일하지 않을 경우 매우 유리한 치료방법이였다. 방사선치료성적을 평가함에 있어 DVH와 TCP, NTCP 등 수학적 척도를 이용함으로서 치료성과의 예측, 종양선량의 증가(dose escalation), 방사선수술의 지표 및 방사선치료의 질적 상황을 정량적 수치로 평가할 수 있어 방사선치료성과 향상에 기여할 수 있다고 생각한다.

조직결손이 큰 환자에서 물 볼루스의 적용에 관한 고찰 (Implementation of Water Bolus in Patient with Large Tissue Defect)

  • 목 적: 전자선 조사야 내에서 조직결손이 큰 경우 일어나는 선량의 불균일도를 물 볼루스를 사용하여 감소시키고자 하였으며 이 때 물을 쉽게 제어할 수 있는 방법을 강구하였다. 대상 및 방법: 조직결손이 심하여 일반적인 볼루스를 사용할 수 없는 환자에 대하여 치료계획 장치(Pinnacle, Philips, USA)의 결손조직 보상 기능을 사용하여 이를 보상하는 치료계획을 수립하였다. 결손 된 조직 부분에 해당하는 조직 보상체는 물을 사용하기로 하였고, Mev-green을 환자 몸 위에서 만들어 물을 보다 쉽게 제어할 수 있는 증기를 제작하였다. 제작된 장치는 환자 개개인의의 체표 모양에 맞게 제작하였다. 물을 채운 비닐을 Mev-green 안쪽에 넣어 물이 결손 된 조직을 보상해주는 역할을 하도록 하였다. 자체 제작한 물 볼루스의 효과를 평가하기 위해 CT스캔을 시행한 후 결손조직 보상 기능을 이용하여물 볼루스 사용전후의 치료계획을 수립하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 결 과: 흉벽 조직결손으로 인해 생긴 선량의 불균일도는 자체 제작한 물 볼루스 사용 시 감소하였고, 또한 폐와 간의 정상조직의 선량 역시 감소하였다. 볼루스를 사용하지 않은 경우 최대 표적선량이 132%였으나 물 볼루스 사용 시는 최대 표적선량이 110.4%로 21.6%가 감소하였다. 그리고 우측 폐에 들어가는 선량이 볼루스를 사용하지 않은 경우 19.49%에서 물 볼루스를 사용한 경우 1.02%로 줄었고 간에서는 볼루스를 사용하지 않은 경우 17.1%에서 물 볼루스 사용으로 인해 6.8%로 감소하여 정상조직을 보호할 수 있었다. 결 론: 자체 제작한 물 볼루스 장치를 사용한 결과 PTV내에서 선량의 균일도가 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었고, 인접장기 선량의 현저한 감소로 정상조직을 더 많이 보호할 수 있었다. 이 방법은 불균등한 체표에서의 전자선 치료 시 발생할 수 있는 정상조직의 부작용을 줄일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

사지에 발병한 카포시육종의 방사선치료를 위한 물볼루스 기구의 유용성 고찰 (Evaluation of a Water-based Bolus Device for Radiotherapy to the Extremities in Kaposi's Sarcoma Patients)

  • 목 적: 본 연구팀은 사지에 발병한 카포시육종의 방사선치료를 위하여, 물볼루스를 사용할 수 있는 기구를 고안하였고, 쌀볼루스 사용시와 비교하여 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 환자가 앙와위 자세에서 하지를 삽입 할 수 있는 폴리스틸렌 상자를 만들고 비닐 재질의 진공비닐을 집어 넣어 물이 누수 되지 않도록 결합하였으며, 진공비닐안에 하지와 물 사이의 공기를 없애기 위해 진공 밸브와 진공 펌프를 연결하여 공기를 제거하였다. 본 연구에서 제작한 물기반 볼루스의 선량 균질도를 비교 평가하기 위해 진공비닐에 하지 팬텀을 삽입한 후 폴리스틸렌 상자에 직접 쌀을 채운 경우, 비닐봉지에 쌀을 담아서 넣은 경우, 그리고 물을 직접 채운 경우에 대해 전산화단층촬영을 시행하였다. 방사선치료계획시스템을 사용하여 공기층의 부피에 의한 밀도의 변화를 분석하였다. 또한 선형가속기를 사용하여 전산화단층 모의치료기와 동일한 셋업에서 하지 팬텀에 필름을 감고, 열형광선량계 6개를 조사야 안에 균등하게 붙여서, 대향이문 조사하여 선량의 균질도 및 선량 값을 측정하였다. 결 과: 각 세 종류 실험의 밀도 측정결과 물볼루스를 기준으로 쌀을 직접 넣은 경우는 14% 감소했으며, 쌀을 비닐 봉지에 나누어 넣은 경우는 18% 감소하였다. 필름의 분석 결과 물볼루스가 쌀볼루스보다 균질도가 $4{\sim}4.4%$ 정도 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 열형광선량계 측정 평균값 분석결과 물볼루스를 기준으로 쌀을 직접 넣은 경우는 3.4% 증가했으며, 쌀을 비닐봉지에 나누어 넣은 경우는 4.3% 증가하였다. 결 론: 자체 제작한 물볼루스 기구는 육안으로 치료 조사야를 확인할 수 있어 셋업의 정확성을 높였으며, 진공 밸브와 진공 펌프를 사용하여 공기층을 감소시켜 치료의 정확성을 높이는 동시에 목적 종양에 균질도가 높은 선량을 부여 할 수 있는 좋은 방안이라 할 수 있다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm. 30535 T00401030535 ^x Radiation-induced fibrosarcoma tumors were grown on the flanks of C3H mice. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves.
