In this study, we propose characteristics improvement methods according to via hole plating method for FBAR Duplexer with US PCS($T_x$:1850MHz~1910MHz, $R_x$:1930MHz~1990MHz) bandwidth which is used for wireless systems. Also, we designed and fabricated 3.8*3.8*1.8mm size microminiature FBAR Duplexer based on this proposal. First of all, in this study, we fabricated pentagon shape resonators by different size to make filter combination, and their quality factor(Q) are 687 with 6.6% of $k_{eff}^2$. Using this resonators, designed 3*2Type $T_x$ filter and 3*4Type $R_x$ filter. The transmission line, which works as phase shifter, is designed with $210{\mu}m$ in width and 18mm in length Stripline type. Inductor, which is used for matching component, is designed with width of $75{\mu}m$, a technically achievable minimum width. And adopted plating method of filling via hole with conductive epoxy for improved grounding and thermal conductivity. Using these configuration with all of the matching component values, we found Duplexer characteristics of -1.57dB ~ -1.73dB in insertion loss, -56dB in attenuation at 1850MHz~1910MHz of $T_x$ band. Also, found -2.71 dB ~ -3.23dB in insertion loss, -58dB in attenuation at 1930MHz~1990MHz of $R_x$ band.

In this paper, we designed resistive MMIC mixer using $0.5{\mu}m$ p-HEMT process. This Mixer is designed to have a similar performance in -4 ~ 4 dBm local oscillator signal power level and to maintain a constant conversion loss and linear performance due to the variation of local signal. In order to have such characteristics, we designed new feedback circuit topology by using FET, and minimized performance change for LO signal power level variation, also obtain MMIC mixer characteristics which is able to apply in wideband. In the design result, When the LO signal power is -4 ~ 4 dBm, there was 6 dB conversion loss and it came up with the excellent result that IIP3 got over 30 dBm in 0.5 ~ 2.6GHz frequency band.

In this paper, we propose a new method for the design and implementation of a web-based 3D fashion shopping mall. Web 3D shopping mall is implemented by using a Web3D authoring tool, ISB, which provides easy mouse operation. 3D human models and cloth item model are designed by low polygon modeling method of 3D MAX. The designed 3D human models and cloth item model are exported to XML file. Finally, 3D human models and cloth item model are displayed and animated on the Web by using ActiveX control based on DirectX. We also implemented textile palette and mapped it to clothes model by using alpha blending during simulation.

As virtual reality technologies are advanced rapidly, how to render 3D objects across modalities is becoming an important issue. This study is therefore aimed to investigate human discriminability on the curvature of 3D polygonal surfaces with focusing on the vision and touch senses because they are most dominant when explore 3D shapes. For the study, we designed a psychophysical experiment using signal detection theory to determine curvature discrimination for three conditions: haptic only, visual only, and both haptic and visual. The results show that there is no statistically significant difference among the conditions although the threshold in the haptic condition is the lowest. The results also indicate that rendering using both visual and haptic channels could degrade the performance of discrimination on a 3D global shape. These results must be considered when a multimodal rendering system is designed in near future.

In this paper, a direct down conversion LNA/Mixer has been designed and tested for 900Mhz UHF RFID application. The designed circuit has been implemented in 0.18um CMOS technology with 3.3V operation. In this work, a common gate input architecture has been used to cope with the higher input self jamming level. This LNA/Mixer is designed to support two operating modes of high gain mode and low gain mode according to the input jamming levels. The measured results show that the input referred P1dBs are 4dBm of high gain mode and 11dBm of low gain mode, and the conversion gains are 12dB and 3dB in high and low gain mode respectively The power consumptions are 60mW for high gain mode and 79mW for low gain mode. The noise figures are 16dB and 20dB in high gain mode and low gain mode respectively.

In this paper, a three-dimensional (3-D) low-loss and wide-band BPF based on low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) has been presented for mm-wave wireless communication applications. The proposed BPF is designed in a 6-layer LTCC substrate. The double patch resonators are fully integrated into the LTCC dielectrics and vertical via and planar CPW transitions are designed for interconnection between embedded resonators and in/output ports and MMICs, respectively. The designed BPF was fabricated in a 6-layer LTCC dielectric. The fabricated BPF shows a centre frequency (fc) of 53.23 GHz and a 3dB bandwidth of 14.01 % from 49.5 to 56.9 GHz (7.46 GHz). An insertion loss of -1.56 dB at fc and return losses below -10 dB are achieved. Its whole size is $4.7{\times}1.7{\times}0.684mm^3$.

In this study, three kinds of wearable fashion prototypes were developed using 3D printers with the goal of developing a practical production method for daily clothes. Prototypes were modeled using Rhinoceros software and developed using FDM 3D printers and TPU filaments. The results of this study are as follows. First, it confirmed the possibility of FDM-type entry-level 3D printers as a tool to develop wearable fashion products. Second, TPU filaments that are soft and ductile are highly likely to be used as a clothing material. Third, patterns designed through the 3D modeling process can be sampled directly to a 3D printer and easily corrected and supplemented. Fourth, it was confirmed that TPU prints of about 1.00mm thickness can be sewn with fabric using sewing machines through the development of 'Prototype 1' and 'Prototype 2'; in addition, hand stitching is also possible. Fifth, as in the case of 'Prototype 3', it is possible to fabricate a garment fit enough to the body if the clothing configuration is designed to connect the basic module using TPU filaments. In the future, the development of wearable fashion prototypes using various materials and 3D printing technology will help diversify everyday clothes.

In this paper, a shorting pin and slot-loaded microstrip patch antenna is designed and fabricated. A shorting pin and slots are used for harmonic suppression on an inset fed antenna. A shorting pin and slot properties are analyzed by cavity model of the rectangular patch and the characteristics of the designed antenna are described. The designed antenna provides a gain of 7 dBi at the fundamental frequency, 5.8 GHz. In the second and third harmonic frequencies, the proposed antenna has gain suppression properties of -3.3 dB and -14.3 dB at each harmonic frequency, respectively.
Modern family culture manifests various different social phenomenon due to shifts caused by increased societal response to industrialization in our country. It is noted that as our lifestyle patterns have shifted from being work-oriented to family-oriented, by focusing on the trend where there is an increase in families enjoying hobby and leisure activities together and where families go shopping together, I attempted to propose various different family-look' designs. In this research study we designed and planned family normal clothes designs that are required and desired for family gatherings and family events, and these designed were produced using 3D virtual clothing design software technology. The research method used the formative features of natural plants and textiles containing a symbolic motif as an element of design, and the creation of family formal clothes were designed and planned based on the method. The development of family formal clothes designs was implemented using CLO 3D virtual clothing design software. Because utilizing 3D virtual clothing design software enables prototyping various types of designs, silhouettes, fabrics and textiles, and color schemes etc. in a short amount of time, it was possible to utilize an advantage from using the software as leveraged to propose designs with a strong symbolic motif and symbolism . Also, by confirming and examining the strengths and weaknesses of the design process when using CLO 3D, It can improve the utilization of IT technologies, and this study aims to provide that efficiency.
