The augmented reality toy-game is a kind of new game genre that can be seen within the concept of augmented reality games, and it is a term to refer to the content or hardware that plays the game using the toy of the real world. This study aims to analyze the elements for the model of toy-game development based on the augmented reality. This study analyzed three characteristics of toy game which are different from other games based on existing related research. and have selected important factors to consider when developing augmented reality toy-game. A questionnaire was conducted to determine the suitability of the development elements derived, and the analysis and verification of the factors derived using an exploratory analysis method. As a result, it showed a reasonable outcome of the selection of variables, with the exception of some of the questions, and the classification results of the multi-dimensional scaling methods were also classified as reasonable in the clustering analyses.

Various methods for creating interesting games are used in the development process. Because the empirical part is difficult to measure and analyze, it usually only measures and analyzes the parts where data are easy to quantify. This is a clear limit to the fact that the experience of the game is important. This study proposes a system that recognizes the face of a game user and measures the emotion change from the recognized information in order to easily quantify the experience of the user who is playing the game. The system recognizes emotions and records them in real time from the face of the user who is playing the game. These recorded data include time and figures related to the progress of the game, and numerical values for emotions recognized from the face. Using the recorded data, it is possible to judge what kind of emotion the game induces to the user at a certain point in time. Numerical data on the recorded empirical part using the system of this study is expected to help develop the game according to the developer 's intention.
Watchface is a content accounted for the largest number of current Smartwatch content posted on the App Store. However, the watch face itself does not find that the game content. Games operated in connection with the Watchface can minimize game controls and increase accessibility, while decreasing battery use, which ultimately can enhance immersion into the game. Beginning with background research on wearable devices, the current study puts forth development methodologies encompassing the entirety of the content development process from content design, to production. Through the current study, the author hopes to the ultimate effect of vitalizing Smartwatch game development.
This research will suggest a Digital Physical Field Game (Digital PFG) as a new ubiquitous paradigm. Based on the evolution of videogame paradigm which is affected by the social paradigm evolves, meanings of "participation" and "communication" as an interaction in the videogames are examined. Additionally, a general concept of ubiquitous games and its limitations are also investigated. Based on that, a new game paradigm which contains a concept of ubiquitous games, Digital PFG's main concepts and examples are newly designed and proposed. As contributions of this research, next are expected, such as, improved immersive contents for the serious games and new approaches to the theme and science parks design as a user participated digital contents.
This paper is to review from a developer's perspective about the relationship between game development and the convergence of several disciplines during the game development. As the popularity of smart phones is accelerating mobile gaming it is becoming an area where various types of games that appeal to all ages of users. In this study, the production of a new genre of mobile games that can be enjoyed by all ages apart an existing generalized game and will be described an experience for them. The games built on the game plan, the planning information through the process of creating the actual game. At the same time, it studies on the relationship between each process by several studies.
This paper proposes the mathematical model of Fresnel effect used to illuminate and simulate a surface character model for defense game play. The term illumination is used to represent the process by which the amount of light reaching a surface character model used on game play is determined. The character surface shaders generally use a mathematical model to predict how light will reflect on triangles. The shading normally represents the methods used to determine the color and intensity of light reflected toward the viewer for each pixel representing the character surface model of the game. This model computes the reflection and transmission coefficients and compares simulated results to the Fresnel equations for the real game improvement.
Recent national attention on English conversation continued, smartphone game has emerged into the mainstream of game industry. In this study, smartphone serious game that combines english conversation learning and smartphone game for learning english conversation was designed and implemented. English sentence patterns separated words, phrases, and sentences was able to learn step-by-step and repeatedly. Also, Throughout the game of different type by stage was to provide interested. Test results were discovered the problem not causing continuous user interest. To compensate for this, study of a game changes element and difficulty adjusting will be followed.

This Paper studied out prototype and the structure of comic expression on Social Network Game and started with issues based on SNS(Social Network Service) in Culture Communication. Interaction with the platform have the information that aims to develop relationships with SNG. In a world where the paradigm is changing the game People of all ages, transcending national borders in the mediator role of interaction could have been important. Today SNG is a major topic in Game Contents and this issue has influenced the game design and Story Telling. Under this Situation, this study has a significant meaning because it proves that the factors Comic Expression in game is analyzed by SNG.

Recently, the drone industry is rapidly expanding as it is suggested that it will be used in various fields. As the size of the drone market grows, interest in drone-related certificates is also increasing. However, the current drone-related qualification system and education system are insufficient. Thus this study, analyzed the necessity of drone training, the features of functional games, and the effectiveness of educational training using AR through related technical studies to solve the practical difficulties of drone educational training. Later, drone educational training game contents using AR were divided into practice mode and test mode based on the drone national qualification course practical test, and the result screen was displayed at the end of the curriculum so that players could learn by level and evaluate the results on their own. In addition, constructed a hybrid processing system and network and AR operation system for response rate and response speed, implemented drone training game contents utilizing AR based on the design contents. It is expected that the use of game content using AR presented in this paper for drone training will further alleviate environmental difficulties and improve the sense of immersion in play, which will lead to a more effective drone educational training experience.
This study aims to uncover the gamers' cognitive process during the gameplay and explore the differences between groups in the gamers' playing behavior according to their expertise: experts, intermediate players, and novices. To this end, the empirical experiment was conducted in 'World of Warcraft' game which is a good representative of MMO(Massively Multi-player Online) game currently. Verbal protocol and action protocol collected from the empirical experiment were analyzed according to the gamers' expertise. As a result of this study, we found that the different behavior patterns result from standardizing pattern of their actions for experts and forming the learning curves and the specific patterns of action for intermediate game players and novices. While three functional-actions as a collection action concentrates on the early stage of the game for experts, the novices' behavior pattern dispersedly appeared in all seven functional-action, such as search, combat, three type collections, avoid, and communication in the whole gameplay. This study represents the consistency and the difference derived from the comparison analysis between groups according to the expertise. This study is concluded with key implications to support game design guidelines according to experts, intermediate players, and novices. Consequently, the result of this study provides the basic to the development of MMO content for game novices.
