Tour traffic takes largely place at certain limited period of time so that it is desirable to adopt some kind of software-typed approaches like the introduction of a new traffic system rather than hardware-typed ones of extension or construction of roads, and which naturally leads to the need of establishing a new tour traffic policy that makes the most profit at the lowest cost. In this research, I studied cognitive characteristics of traffic congestion of tour traffic and non-tour traffic and constructed a transfer traffic-choice behavior model for the introduction of transfer-traffic system and examined its influence factors. As a result, it is revealed that respondents feel much more the cognitive strength of traffic congestion at tourist resorts than they feel usually at non-tourist sites. That means the necessity of the introduction of the policy that enhances access to tourist resorts. In closing, through the transfer-traffic choice behavior model, I identified the fact that the introduction of transfer-traffic system could convert the trend of highly frequent use of passenger cars on tourism season into public transportation use, which shows that relevant policy-makers ultimately need to make a comprehensive policy considering traffic aspect in revitalizing tour resorts.

This research aims at establishing the fundamental characteristics of the kite through the analysis of the flow field around various types of kites. The approach of this study were adopted for the analysis; visualization by CFD(computational fluid dynamics). Also, the lift/drag and PIV(particle image velocimetry) tests of kites had been performed in our previous finding. For this situation, models of canvas kite were designed by solidworks(design program) for the CFD test using the same conditions as in the lift/drag tests. And we utilized FloWorks as a CFD analysis program. The results obtained from the above approach are summarized as follows: According to comparison of the measured and analyzed results from mechanical tests, PIV and CFD test, the results of all test were similar. The numerical results of lift-coefficient and drag-coefficient were 5-20% less than those of the tests when attack angle is $10^{\circ},\;20^{\circ}\;and\;30^{\circ}$. In particular, it showed the 20% discrepancy at $40^{\circ}$. The numerical results of the ratio of drag and lift were 8-13% less than those of the tests at $10^{\circ}$ and 10% less than those of the tests at $20^{\circ},\;30^{\circ}\;and\;40^{\circ}$. Pressure distribution gradually became stable at $10^{\circ}$. In particular, the rectangular and triangular types had the centre of the high pressure field towards the leading edge and the inverted triangular type had it towards the trailing edge. The increase of the attack angle resulted in the eddy in order of the rectangular, triangular and inverted triangular type. The magnitude of the eddy followed the same order. The effect of edge-eddy was biggest in the triangular type followed by the rectangular and then the inverted triangular type. The action point of dynamic pressure as a function of the attack angle was close to the rear area of the model with the small attack angle, and with large attack angle, the action point was close to the front part of the model.
Different from other ontology languages, TopicMap is capable of integrating numerous amount of heterogenous information resources using the locational information without any information transformation. Although many conventional editors have been developed for topic maps, they are standalone-type only for writing XTM documents. As a result, these tools request too much time for handling large-scale data and provoke practical problems to integrate with legacy systems which are mostly based on relational database. In this paper, we model a large-scale topic map structure based on XTM 1.0 into RDB structure to minimize the processing time and build up the ontology in legacy systems. We implement a topic map platform called X-TOP that can enhance the efficiency of ontology construction and provide interoperability between XTM documents and database. Moreover, we can use conventional SQL tools and other application development tools for topic map construction in X-TOP. The X-TOP is implemented to have 3-tier architecture to support flexible user interfaces and diverse DBMS. This paper shows the usability of X-TOP by means of the comparison with conventional tools and the application to healthcare cancer ontology management.

This study was conducted to develop an individualized upper extremity exercise program for patients after mastectomy and evaluate its effectiveness. A nonequivalent control-group pretest-posttest design was used for this investigation. Research participants were patients with breast cancer who underwent mastectomy at two university hospitals (experimental group, n=17; control group, n=16). The experimental group received an individualized upper extremity exercise program three times a week for 7 weeks. Data were analyzed by the ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, Mann-Whitney U-test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank test using SPSS WIN 21.0. Inter-group comparison revealed significant differences between pre-test and post-test in hands behind the back, flexion, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation, and grip strength. Moreover, the experimental group showed significant improvements in hands behind the back, flexion, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation, and grip strength relative to the control. In conclusion, the individualized upper extremity exercise program was shown to be an effective intervention to improve physical functions in upper limbs and shoulders. Therefore, this program should be applied to patients after mastectomy in clinics since many patients have suffered from decreased physical functions in upper extremities.

The early development and use of plate heat exchangers (PHE) were in response to stringent statutory requirements from dairy products in the late 19th century, but PHEs were not exploited commercially until the 1920s. Since then, although the basic concept of PHEs has changed little, its design and construction have progressed significantly to accommodate higher temperatures and pressures, as well as large heat exchanging capacities. The development of current chevron-type corrugated heat plates has been ongoing since the oil shock in the 1970s to improve energy efficiency. The development trend of PHEs is consistent with the development of larger heat plates with better thermal efficiency, lower pressure drop, and good flow distribution. In this study, the thermal performance of small heat plates (PHE-S) and large heat plates (PHE-L) with the same plate depth and corrugation pitch were analyzed experimentally for each channel (H, M, and L type) to suggest development directions of heat plates. The test results showed that for the convectional heat transfer coefficient, the PHE-S was on average, 16.5% higher in the H type, 25% higher in the M type, and 40% higher in the L type than PHE-L. In the case of the pressure drop, the PHE-S was 19% higher in the H type, 46% higher in the M type, and 61% higher in the L type than PHE-L. These results were attributed to the differences in fluid distribution areas between the PHE-S and PHE-L, among other potential causes.

In a NATM tunnel, fully grouted bolts are widely used as part of supporting system. Grouted bolts play an important role not as to take some parts of load acting on the tunnel lining but as to reinforce the ground adjacent the tunnel. In conjunction with tunnel construction, the presence of groundwater may pose a number of difficulties. With respect to tunnel design, influences of groundwater on tunnel behavior have been considered in many aspects. However, the effect on grouted bolts has been rarely investigated. In this study, the behavior of grouted bolts, which are affected by the seepage forces, was examined. In order to investigate the effects of seepage forces, the theoretical solutions for a drained condition were proposed. Based on the theoretical solutions, ground reaction curves considering seepage forces were obtained. By comparing the ground reaction curves supported by grouted bolts with those for the unsupported cases, the effect of reinforcement was evaluated. Finally, through comparison between supported ground react ion curve s in the drained condition and those in the case of groundwater flow, it was observed that the grout ed bolts are more structurely beneficial when the seepage occurs towards the tunnel than when there is no groundwater flow.
The objective of this experiment was to compare the effects of green tea by-product and green tea probiotics on the growth performance, meat quality and immune response of finishing pigs. A total of 72 crossbred "Landrace$\times$Yorkshire" finishing pigs with an average of 76 kg body weight were assigned to 4 dietary treatments in a completely randomized design. Each treatment had 3 replications with 6 pigs per replication. The four dietary treatments were control, antibiotics (control diet with 0.003% chlortetracycline added), and diets containing 0.5% green tea by-product or 0.5% green tea probiotic supplementation. Weight gain was increased in 0.5% green tea probiotics treatment compared to others, but there was no significant difference (p>0.05). The incorporation of 0.5% green tea probiotics to diets reduced the feed conversion ratio in finishing pigs (p>0.05). The incorporation of 0.5% green tea by-product into the pig diet reduced the crude protein and fat contents of the meat (p>0.05). Pigs fed diets containing 0.5% green tea probiotic supplementation had lowered meat TBA values compared to those fed 0.5% green tea by-product (p<0.05). The proliferation of spleen cells stimulated with Con A (concanavalin: 0.1, 0.3, and $1.0{\mu}g/ml$) significantly increased with 0.5% green tea by-product treatment compared to antibiotic treatment (p<0.05), but was significantly decreased in 0.5% green tea probiotics treatment compared to the antibiotic treatment (p<0.05). When stimulated with $1.0{\mu}g/ml$ Con A, splenocyte production of IL-6 from pigs treated with 0.5% green tea by-product or green tea probiotics was significantly increased compared to the antibiotic treatment group (p<0.05). Splenocyte production of TNF-${\alpha}$ after treatment with $1.0{\mu}g/ml$ Con A was significantly higher following 0.5% green tea probiotics treatment (p<0.05), while TNF-${\alpha}$ production after $10.0{\mu}g/ml$ LPS (lipopolysaccharide) was significantly higher in the 0.5% antibiotic treatment group (p<0.05).
Purpose - Loading can decrease the productivity due to the possibility of carrying out with the opposite order of storage in container terminal. When the container is to be taken out, it is needed to move the container stacked upon the container to be carried out to other place temporarily. It is called as rehandling. Remarshalling, with the loading plan, is the arranging the containers before the ship arrives in order to avoid the rehandling during the carrying out. The present study tried to find out the factors affecting the efficiency when building the remarshalling plan with the utilization of neighboring storage space as a outer slot, and analyzed the efficiency of several remarshalling algorithms with the combination of those factors. Research design, data and methodology - The present study used, when the remarshalling plan is prepared for utilizing the outer slot, the simulation methods in order to compare the efficiency of the remarshalling algorithms which made with the factors affecting the efficiency. The factors affecting the efficiency are the method of making the child node, method of arrangement, and possibility of application of FIX. In order to analyze the affecting factors on the efficiency, several algorithms are prepared with the combination of production of the child node and the arrangement method with the availability of FIX application. With this algorithm, the effect of the factors on the efficiency after building up of remarshalling plan with the target on the bay with 10 rows, 8 columns, and 10 indices. Results - The method of rearrangement and making of a child node as the factor affecting the efficiency of remarshalling utilization of the outer bay were studied. It is efficient to combine the method of making a child node with MCS in order to reduce the number of moving the containers. For reducing the time in carrying out, it was found that all arrangement methods should be combined with RCS for the efficiency. The result of experiment shows the application of FIX with good result in case of succession ratio. In addition, when FIX was not applied, all of the most combinations resulted in short time in remarshalling. As a result, it can be concluded that the algorithm with proper combination of making the child node and the arrangement can increase the job efficiency based on the importance. Conclusion - The present study suggested and analyzed the algorithms with the combination of the arrangement method, the making of child node, and FIX. It is needed to develop the algorithm to judge the possibility whether the best remarshalling plan can be built or not within the bay in order to find a better method between the two cases such as within the bay and outer the bay. As a method for extending the study on the factors affecting the efficiency, it is possible to find out the way to build the remarshalling plan within the permitted time under any storage situation.

Purpose - Satisfaction with service is evaluated according to customers' subjective judgment. The expected value of customer service and its evaluations depend on the customers' position. The customer recognizes two different forms of service levels. One is satisfaction and the other is dissatisfaction. Customers who are satisfied want to receive the service in future. However, those dissatisfied try to change the service. The service provider tries to improve the service. There are two different service cycles. One is the successful cycle and the other is the failure cycle. This study aimed to empirically determine the effects of the justice and authenticity of service recovery on customer behavioral intention through an integrated approach to cognitive justice and psychological authenticity. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on a literature review, justice of service recovery was categorized into three types: distributive, procedural, and interactive. Then, authenticity was added to obtain four independent variables, along with recovery satisfaction as a parameter. Behavioral intention, as an outcome variable, was divided into the repurchase intention and positive word-of-mouth. The model and hypotheses were created and measurement items were developed. A questionnaire survey of items concerning the service recovery experience at family restaurants was conducted on college students and residents in Gwangju from September 30 to October 31, 2013. A total of 400 copies of the questionnaire were sent out and 385 were returned. Respondents answered questions about the importance of, and satisfaction with service recovery on a 5-point Likert scale. Excluding 174 copies without service failure experiences and 7 inappropriate copies, 204 copies were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for Windows and AMOS 20.0 to determine the reliability and validity of measurements. The hypotheses were tested through a goodness-of-fit analysis. Results - First, distributive justice positively affected recovery satisfaction. Second, procedural and interactive justice had no impact. Third, authenticity positively affected recovery satisfaction. Fourth, distributive justice had relatively stronger effects on recovery satisfaction than authenticity. Fifth, recovery satisfaction significantly affected repurchase intention and positive word-of-mouth and it proved effective in mediation. Finally, additional analysis was performed for descriptive statistics of the principal variables by various demographic characteristics and significant differences were found in gender, occupation, and so on. Conclusions - This study has academic significance as the fairness and authenticity of service recovery were investigated to reveal the effects on behavior. The findings could be applied to a wide range of service recovery strategies. However, there are some limitations. First, data was collected only from the residents of Gwangju and most respondents were aged 20-30. Future studies should target a wide range of areas and age groups. Second, because the questionnaire used in this study targets only convenience family restaurants, the results of this study cannot be generalized to all services companies. Future research should be done on a wide range of industries such as hotels, airlines, and hospitals, and perform a comparison between sectors.
Purpose - This study attempts to examine the impacts of consumers' perceived service convenience of retailers on various service performance metrics such as service quality and customer satisfaction. It also tries to investigate differences in the importance of service convenience dimensions on service performance between a department store and a general super market. Research design, data, and methodology - The four hypotheses in this study were proposed and tested. Two hypotheses were on the causal relationships between service convenience dimensions and service performances (service quality and customer satisfaction). The other two hypotheses were on comparisons for the effects of convenience dimensions on service quality and customer satisfaction between department stores and general super markets. To test the hypotheses, three department store chains (Hyundai, Lotte, and Shinsegae department Store) and three general super markets (E-mart, Homeplus, and Lotte mart) were involved. Overall, 510 usable responses were used. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. Results - The results largely support the hypothesized relationships of the proposed model. The results show that access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience, and post-benefit convenience have positive influences on service quality, whereas decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience, and post-benefit convenience have positive effects on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results show that there are differences between department stores and general super markets in the effects of benefit convenience and post-benefit convenience on service quality as well as the effects of transaction convenience and post-benefit convenience on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - The concept of service convenience is important in retail environments but little is known about this topic in retail literature. Specially, while service convenience dimensions have different impacts on service performance in distinct retail environments, there has been little investigation or comparison between retail types as regards service convenience. This study is the first to test the differences between distinct retail types (department stores and general super markets) on the service convenience-service performance links. Managerially, the findings of this study suggest that the service convenience management of retailers is an important part of successful service performance management. Because it is most important that both department stores and general super markets enhance benefit convenience to improve service performance, managers of both store types need to invest their resources to reduce consumers' perceived time and effort expenditures to experience the retailer's core benefits. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that retail stores should spend human and financial resources to enhance customer perceptions of service convenience, while also considering what constitutes the service outcome in the consumer's mind. Furthermore, the findings suggest that managers need to use different service convenience management tactics in department stores and general super markets. Specifically, managers in general super markets should pay more attention to benefit convenience and transaction convenience to achieve better service performance whereas managers in department stores should concentrate on post-benefit convenience to create customers' positive evaluation.
