건축교육에서 BIM 프로그램 적용에 관한 연구 (A study on the Practical Adaptation of BIM Programs for Architectural Education)

  • The advent of BIM(Building Information Modeling) design process based on the digital media has brought innovation to the production and management of AEC industry. Accordingly the need for educating BIM professionals has been radically increased both in the real world practice and in academia. Some developed countries have already been studying and establishing the optimized curriculum in the academic architecture courses for BIM based education with multi_efforts using the digital media as design processing tools focused on educating architectural professionals with creativity and productivity. However in the domestic education systems, it is hardly found that researches and curriculums deal with the BIM education in the academia. Thus the objective of this paper is to investigate the architectural design pedagogy in the advanced digital media setting in response to the urgent need for BIM education. This study focuses on developing the curriculum based on practical adaptation of BIM programs for architectural education. It aims to provide students with the basic understanding of BIM theory and the practice of BIM tools as an instrument enhancing the creativity for architectural design. Thus this study proposes an BIM curriculum for the students who first encounter the notion and knowledge of BIM during their academic years. And the education result after the application of this curriculum has been analysed through the students questionnaires before and after the lecture.

기업활용수준을 반영한 기술경영 연구방법론 교과도출을 위한 사전연구 (A Preliminary Study for Deriving Subjects of MOT Method Based on the Utilization Status in Korea Enterprises)

  • This study focus on what methods of MOT are needed and utilized to solve a technical problem in the MOT leading company. We first classified the MOT methods by project life cycle and R&D job quality based on the several discussion with working group. In order to study, the survey was carried out by 168 experts working on MOT practices. Our main research findings are as follows. The level of utilized MOT methods was above average because MOT sector was beginning to represent an increasing share of total R&D business. But the satisfaction level on the MOT majors was below average. The more utilized MOT methods in practices were 'environment analysis and opportunity research,' 'business feasibility,' 'roadmapping,' 'portfolio,' 'technology tree,' 'scheduling,' 'risk management,' 'six sigma,' 'design of experiment,' 'quality control,' 'cost analysis' etc. And the subjects of product realization process were also needed to MOT practice such as 'design for reliability,' 'design for cost,' 'design for performance,' 'design for safety' deeply involved to product quality. Finally, the capability requested to University students were 'problem define and solving,' 'technology planning and strategy,' 'creative thinking.'

중국 BIM 표준의 현황과 특성에 관한 사례 분석 (A Case Study of Status and Characteristics of the BIM Standard in China)

  • The Standard for BIM in Construction of China was released in 2017. The Unified Standard for BIM of China also took effects on 2017. The BIM standards of China needs to be compared with those related guidelines of Korea to find the status and characteristics for future development of BIM application in both countries' construction industries. The research methodology is a case study of comparing various standards of both countries. The case study results reveals many interesting issues for future BIM application and guidelines for practice of design and construction process. The research foundings include followings : LOD (Level of development) are well defined including LOD 350 in Chinese Standard. P-BIM(Practice based BIM) concepts and series of standards are set for the well-defined design and construction process by work stage in China. Korean standards shows more processes of design and documentation in detail. Major three aspects, particularity in BIM standard by work trade, practicality in BIM work process of design and construction, and professionality in subjects of BIM application, are analyzed and compared with various Guidelines of BIM in both countries.

  • LCC 분석은 건축물의 설계단계 뿐만 아니라 유지관리 단계에서의 보수 보강 또는 교체에 대한 최적 의사결정의 도구로서 이론적으로나 실무적으로 각광을 받고 있는 분석 방법이다. 이는 초기 투자비용의 효율성을 극대화 하고 유지관리를 통한 구조물 사용성의 효율적 증대를 극대화하는 노력의 일환으로 최근 건축물의 설계 및 유지관리 시 LCC 분석효과의 실질적인 적용이 요구되어 지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 일반적인 분석기법에 그치고 있는 기존 LCC 연구를 생애위험도를 고려한 LCC분석을 통해 설계단계 최적 의사결정을 위한 새로운 분석 방법론을 도출하였다.

Instructional Design in the Cyber Classroom for Secondary Students' Basic English Language Competence

  • This paper aims to explore instructional design of a cyber classroom for secondary students' basic English language competence. A paucity of support for low or under achieving students' English learning exists particularly at the secondary level. In order to bridge the gap, there has been demand for online educational resources considered to be an effective tool in improving students' self-directed learning and motivation. This study employs a comprehensive approach to instructional design for the asynchronous cyber classroom with the underlying premise that different learning theories can be applied in a complementary manner to serve different pedagogical purposes best. Gagné's conditions of learning theory, Bruner's constructivist theory, Carroll's minimalist theory, and Vygotsky's social cognitive development theory serve as the basis for designing instruction and selecting appropriate media. The ADDIE model is used to develop online teaching and learning materials. Twenty-five key grammatical features were selected through the analysis of the national curriculum of English, being grouped into five units. Each feature is covered in one cyber asynchronous class. An Integration Class is given at the end of every five classes for synthesis, where students can practice grammatical features in a communicative context. Related theories, pedagogical practices, and practical web-design strategies for cyber Basic English classes are discussed with suggestions for research, practice and policy to support self-directed learning through a cyber class.

컴퓨터응용디자인 교과과정에 관한 연구 - 제품디자인의 표현내용을 중심으로 - (A study on the Curriculum of Computer-Aided Design)

  • 컴퓨터를 활용한 커뮤니케이션 기술의 발전은 디자인 환경에서 컴퓨터 그래픽스(Computer Graphics - 이하는 CG로 명명함)의 활용을 일반화하고 디자인의 표현 한계를 확대하게 되었다. 따라서 다양한 디자인 영역에 적합하게 적용할 수 있는 CG 활용의 기술과 방법은 디자인의 결과와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 디자이너와 디자인 환경에 대한 경쟁력 의 요건이 되고 있다. 특히 학생들의 전문성을 책임져야 하는 대학의 교과과정에서 CG 응용에 관한 내용은 경쟁력 있는 교육적 성과가 더욱 요구되는 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 공업(제품)디자인 학과에 개설된 “컴퓨터 응용 디자인”이란 교과목의 내용을 중심으로 CG 활용 교육에 대한 방법론적인 접근을 한 것이다. 연구의 내용은 제품디자인의 표현내용을 중심으로 편성한 10개의 실습 과정에 대한 개념과 방법, 그리고 이를 실천한 학생들의 결과들을 사례로서 제시하였다. 이 과정에서 학생들이 제품 디자인과 CG 분야의 이해, 그리고 CG 프로그램의 구체적인 기능과 활용의 방법을 배우게 된 것을 성과라고 할 수 있다.

표준화 환자를 활용한 산후출혈 산모 간호 시뮬레이션 실습이 간호학생의 임상수행능력과 비판적 사고 성향에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Simulation-based Practice using Standardized Patients for the Care of Women with Postpartum Hemorrhage on Nursing Student's Clinical Performance Competence and Critical thinking Deposition)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of simulation-based practice using standardized patients for the care of woman with postpartum hemorrhage as related to clinical performance competence and critical thinking deposition of nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pre-post test experimental design was used. Fifty four third year students were recruited, 29 students for the experimental group and 25 students for the control group. The simulation-based practice about nursing care related to postpartum hemorrhage included skill training, team-based practice, and debriefing. It was implemented with the experimental group for about 30 minutes in October 6, 2011. Data were analyzed using frequency, ratio, chi-square, Fisher's exact probability, and t-test using the SPSS/WIN program. Results: The experimental group who had the simulation-based practice showed significantly higher knowledge and skills of clinical performance competence than the control group (t=2.19, p=.003). But the experimental group who had the simulation-based practice did not show significantly higher critical thinking deposition than the control group (t=-0.32, p=.748). Conclusion: The results indicate that a simulation-based practice is an effective teaching method to improve knowledge and skills for clinical performance competence of nursing students. Further study is needed to identify the effect of a simulation-based practice on nursing attitudes.

간호대학생의 융합카데바 실습이 간호전문직관, 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Convergence Cadaver Practice on Nursing Professionalism and Major Satisfaction in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 융합카데바 실습이 간호대학생의 간호전문직관과 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 시행한 단일군 전후 설계연구이다. 2018년 10월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 해부학 교실에 참가한 133명의 M 대학교 간호대학생을 대상으로 시행하였다. 연구결과 간호전문직관은 융합카데바 실습 전에는 3.50±.87에서 실습 후 3.44±.96(t=.98, p<.330), 전공만족도는 융합카데바 실습 전에는 3.83±.81에서 실습 후 3.91±.78(t=-.95, p<.345)의 결과를 보였다. 간호전문직관과 전공만족도의 상관관계는 (r=.54, p>.001)양의 관계를 보였다. 하위영역의 부분적 결과는 증가하였지만, 앞으로 전공기초지식의 질적 함양을 위한 카데바 실습을 포함한 구체적인 융합교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과를 볼 수 있는 후속 연구가 필요하다.
