여성 소비자의 라이프 스타일과 의복 구매 행동에 관한 연구 - 청년층, 중년층, 노년층을 대상으로 - (A Study on Life Style and Clothing Purchasing Behaviors of Female Consumers - Focused on Comparison with Adolescence, Middle Age, and Senescence -)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate life style and various clothing purchasing behaviors of female consumers, and to analyze the differences of life style and clothing purchasing behaviors by 3 age groups(adolescence, middle age, and senescence). The subjects were 750 adult women aged from twenties to sixties who live in Daejeon and Chungnam province. The research method is a survey and research instruments consisted of life style questionnaire, clothing purchasing behaviors questionnaires, and demographic attribution. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, variance analysis, Duncan's multiple range test and $X^2$ test, using SPSS program. The research results are follows. First, 6 factors were emerged in life style(appearance-oriented, achieve-oriented, social life-oriented, economic- oriented, equality of sexes-oriented, and leisure- oriented). Second, 5 factors were emerged in shopping orientation(resonable shopping, conspicuous shopping, voluptuous shopping, devoted shopping, and convenient shopping). Third, clothing purchasing behaviors of adult women showed many differences by age groups. Adolescence women considered more criterion including design, price, and color or pattern, purchased their clothing by psychological reason such as fashion change, and used internet as important source of clothing, whereas senescence women purchased by physical reason such as body size change and functional trouble, used friend and sales person as important source of clothing, and purchased clothing at department store and old style market.

간경변증 환자 음주행위 관련변인 -음주행위와 질병관련 변인의 융복합 측면- (Affecting factors of the Drinking Behavior of Liver Cirrhosis Patients The Aspects of Convergence of Drinking Behavior and Disease-related of factors)

  • 본 연구는 간경변증 환자의 음주행위와 질병관련 변인의 융복합적 측면을 고려하여 음주행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악해보고자 시도하였다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 D시에 거주하며, 간경변증 진단으로 병원외래치료를 받고 있는 자로 총 157명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS win 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여, t-test, ${\chi}^2$-test, Logistic Regression하였다. 연구결과는 간경변증 환자의 31.8%가 음주를 하고 있었으며, 단변량 로지스틱 회귀분석한 결과, 간경변 환자의 음주에 영향을 미치는 변인은 성별(men), 연령(>60), 배우자(have not), 소득만족도(low, moderato), 흡연(yes), 선행 진단명(alcoholic hepatitis), Child Pugh Score (${\leq}9$), 진단기간(${\geq}3$), 질병관련 증상경험, 불안, 우울과 사회적 지지인 것으로 나타났다. 이들 변인을 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석 한 결과, 흡연(yes), 성별(men), 질병관련 증상경험이 낮을수록, 사회적 지지가 낮을수록, 불안의 정도가 음주행위에 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 간경변증 음주행위를 예방하기 위해서는 음주행위 관련변인들을 고려해서 대책을 마련할 필요가 있다.

소비 상황에서 소비자의 윤리적인 태도에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Ethical Attitudes of Consumers in Consumption Situations;based on the Consumer Ethics Scale)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the ethical attitudes of consumers in consumption situations by using the consumer ethics scale(CES). Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 492 consumers, and the resulting data were analysed by frequency, chi-square, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and cluster analysis. We found four different groups of consumers were identified according to their ethical attitudes in consumption situations: 1) the unethical onlooker consumer group, 2) the socialized unethical consumer group, 3) the ethical consumer group, and 4) the severely unethical consumer group. The unethical onlooker consumer group was most widespread prevalent among university students who were in their 20s and down or under, and who received spending money from their parents, and the socialized unethical consumer group was most prevailing prevalent among the higher educated consumers. The women who consumers slightly outnumbered men in an the ethical consumer group, slightly outnumbered the men who did, and many of the university-educated large income earners fell into this group consumed in that way as well. The severely unethical consumer group was quite uncommon among those who were at the age of 41 and up over, and not many of the higher educated people and larger income earners consumed in an the severely unethical consumer group, either. Thus, it's proven this study proves that in terms of the propensity to consume, the consumers' were different from one another in ethical attitudes and behaviors differ according to their demographic characteristics.

욕구 충족 영상 콘텐츠(브이로그 / ASMR / 먹방) 이용 동기, 수용자 특성, 시청 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Use Motivation, Consumers' Characteristics, and Viewing Satisfaction of Need Fulfillment Video Contents(Vlog / ASMR / Muk-bang))

  • 본 연구는 메이저 동영상 콘텐츠로 떠오르는 브이로그, ASMR, 먹방 콘텐츠를 '욕구 충족 영상 콘텐츠'로 새롭게 개념 규정하고, 이용과 충족 이론 관점에서 수용자의 이용 동기 및 인구통계학적 특성, 5대 성격, 개인주의-집단주의 성향으로 구성된 수용자 특성과 시청 만족도 간 상관관계를 탐색하였다. 분석에는 해당 콘텐츠 시청 경험이 있는 441명의 표본에 대하여 요인분석, 위계적 회귀분석 등의 통계분석 기법이 활용되었다. 그 결과 욕구 충족 영상 콘텐츠 시청 장르에 영향을 미치는 수용자 특성은 연령, 소득수준, 집단주의로 나타났으며, 이용 동기는 자기 평가 및 향상, 감각 자극 및 안정, 재미 추구, 도피 및 시간보내기, 유행 추구의 5개 하위 요인으로 구성되었다. 아울러 5가지 이용 동기에 영향을 미치는 수용자 특성이 각각 다르게 나타났으며, 각 이용 동기가 시청 만족도에 미치는 영향도 다양하게 확인되었다. 이어 분석 결과를 토대로 본 연구가 갖는 학문적 의의 및 욕구 충족 영상 콘텐츠 산업 발전을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

소비자가 지각하는 백화점 의류판매원의 평가속성 : 측정도구 개발 및 관련변인 (Consumers'′ Evaluation toward Retail Salespeople Attributes : Scale Development, Validation, and Some Related Variables)

  • 관계마케팅 파라다임에서 판매원은 단순히 판매뿐 아니라 고객에게 가치를 창조해 주고 장기적인 관계를 발전시키는 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 판매원에 대한 선행연구에서 다루어지지 않았던 소매상황에서 의류판매원의 평가속성을 파악하고, 이의 측정도구를 우리나라 상황에 맞게 개발하고, 그 속성의 중요도를 파악하는데 있다. 아울러 백화점 의류판매원 속성 평가에 영향을 미치는 소비자 변인으로 소비자 지식과 제품관여 및 인구통계적 특성의 영향을 살펴보았다. 백화점 의류판매원의 속성차원은 개별면접과 선행연구를 바탕으로 개발되었으며, 이를 백화점 고객을 대상으로 실증 조사하였다. 그 결과 우리나라 백화점 의류판매원의 평가속성은 서비스 마인드, 판매노력, 수수한 인상, 판매유도기술 및 제품지식의 5차원으로 밝혀졌다. 백화점 고객은 의류판매원의 서비스 마인드를 가장 중요시하였으며, 그 다음으로는 판매노력, 제품지식, 수수한 인상, 판매유도기술의 순으로 중요시하는 것으로 나타났다. 소비자 지식, 제품관여 및 인구통계적 변인은 소비자의 의류판매원 속성 지각에 부분적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에 근거하여 학문적, 경영적인 시사점을 제시하였다.

노인의 건강상태 및 간호 요구도 조사 (A Study on Physical Health Status and Nursing Needs of the Elderly)

  • This study was conducted to collect the baseline data of physical health status and nursing needs of the elderly for developing an educational program for nursing professionals. The data was collected from 287 people who were 65 years old or older belonging to a selected 8 out of the 39 welfare centers in Pusan during the period from February 25 to November 30, 1996. Socio-demographic characteristics, frequency of hospitalization, and the prevalence of chronic illnesses were measured to assess the physical health status of the center's elderly admitted to the hospital during the period of data collection. The 5-point Likert-type scale composed of 20 items was used. The data was analyzed with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences Program (SPSS PC+). The results were summarized as follows : 1. The proportion of elderly subjects with chronic illnesses was 73.6%. Among 6 types of chronic illnesses, hypertension was the most prevalent(23.7%), cardiovascular disease was the second(18.1%), gastrointestinal disease the third(17.1%), musculosskeletal disease the fourth(12.9%), liver and biliary disease the fifth(12.5%), and diabetes the sixth. 2. The average score of the subjects' health status was 3.649 on the 5-point Likert scale. Among the 6 factors related to physical health, personal hygiene was the strongest factor(4.612) ; elimination was the second(4.491) ; sensation the third(4.369), outside activity the fourth(3.675), digestion the fifth(3.331), and sexual life the sixth. 3. Gender, marital status, religion, educational level, family structure, living arrangements, and perceived health status were significantly related to the elderly's physical health status. 4. Among the nursing needs of the elderly, emotional support and care was the strongest need(74.2%) ; physical therapy was the second(73.2%) ; education about diease control the third(64.8%) ; medication the fourth(63.8%) ; and the range of motion exercise the fourth(61.0%).

Body Mass Index Distributions and Sociodemographic Factors Affecting BMI of Children Living in Anyang, Korean

  • Body mass index(BMI) is recognized as one of the most useful indexes for adiposity in children and adults. This study was conducted to provide information on BMI distribution by age and sex in Korean children, and to identify sociodemographic factors that affected BMI among children. The study was conducted on 2376 children(boys 1184, girls 1192) living in a middle-size city in Korea. Subjects were selected from the primary schoolchildren in grades 1-6 using the two-stage sampling method. Their mean age was 9.4 years. The percentile of BMI tended to increase as age increased in both sexes. The 85th percentile for boys, aged 6-12 years, was 19.8kg/㎡, and the 95th percentile was 22.5kg/㎡. The 85th percentile for girls, aged 6-12 years, was 18.9kg/㎡, and the 95th percentile was 21.5kg/㎡. Multiple regression analysis was carried out to predict BMI from percent ideal body weight (PIBW), age and sex. After adjusting PIBW and age, BMI for boys was 0.062kg/㎡ lower than that for girls. One year of age increased BIM by 0.55kg/㎡. The prevalence rate of overweight and obesity based on PIBW was 15.8% and 15.0% for boys, and 14.0% and 11.0% for girls, respectively. Demographic factors such as sex, age, and parents' obesity influenced children's BMI. After adjusting for sex, age and parents' BMI, the presence of another children in family, and mother's employment status showed a strong effect on children's BMI. The results suggest an age-sex specific BMI distribution of Korean children. The present study also provides direct evidence of a correlation between early life environmental factors, such as presence of siblings or mother's employment, and BMI level in Korean children.

암 환자 가족의 호스피스 요구도 (The Need for Hospice Care in Families of Patients with Cancer)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the need for hospice care programs in families of patients with cancer. Method: The study surveyed 98 families who were taking care of patients with cancer. This survey was conducted from August 2004 to October 2004 at two general hospitals in Seoul. The data were collected through a self-reporting questionnaire of 22 items. The items were classified into five areas by factor analysis to identify the construct validity. The reliability of the tool was established by Cronbach's alpha as .93 and the data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Results: 1) The degree of need for hospice care of the subjects showed a high average of $3.26({\pm}3.7$). The need for 'emotional care of patients showed the highest mean' (M=3.47), 'management of terminal physical symptoms' (M=3.34), 'control of secondary physical problems' (M =3.26), 'acceptance of the family's difficulty' (M=3.12), 'spiritual care for preparing for death' (M=2.96), respectively. 2) With respect to the demographic characteristics of the subjects, there were statistically significant differences in hospice care needs, according to the onset of diagnosis (F=3.110, p=.030). Conclusion: Hospice care must be provided considering the needs of families of patients with cancer. In this sense, this country's needs as well as hospice nurses' higher concern and support for hospice care of patients require further education and program development to meet the current demands.

소비자가 지각하는 간호 및 의료서비스에 대한 만족과 병원 재이용 의도 분석 (Perceived consumers satisfaction with nursing and medical service and hospital revisiting intent)

  • Purpose: This study is performed to measure the level of nursing and medical service satisfaction according to consumer's demographic and hospital using behavior characteristics, and investigate the relationship among the nursing service satisfaction and the medical service satisfaction and the hospital revisiting intent. Method: The questionnaire is distributed to 300 patients at the six general hospitals in provincial city, Korea. For data analysis, SPSS/PC program is used. Result: The characteristics of consumer's demographics and hospitals using behavior that make difference in nursing and medical service satisfaction are education, the average number of the visiting(by month) and hospitals. Nursing service satisfaction correlated with medical service satisfaction(r=.677) and hospital revisiting intent(r=.570), and medical service satisfaction correlated with hospital revisiting intent(r=.680). Nursing service satisfaction explained medical service satisfaction(45.9%) and hospital revisiting intent(32.5%), and medical service satisfaction explained hospital revisiting intent(54%). Conclusion: It is concluded that education, the average number of the visiting(by month) and hospitals make difference in nursing and medical service satisfaction, and there are very close relationship among nursing service satisfaction and medical service satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent. Nursing service is a very important factor to improve medical service satisfaction and hospital revisiting intent.

종합병원 간호사의 밤번고정근무제도와 이직의도에 관한 인식 (Perceptions on Fixed Night Shift System and Turnover Intention of General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify perceptions on fixed night shift system and turnover intention of general hospital nurses and to explore a desirable application plan for a fixed night shift system. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Participants were 300 nurses working at one general hospital in GyeongGi-Do, Korea. Data were collected from November 3 to 7, 2014, with a structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS/PC ver 20.0 programs. Results: Of the participants 73.5% had thought about turnover because of night shifts and the preconditions for desirable fixed night shift system were a payment plan differentiated according to work conditions and an adequate number of nursing staff. Economic and administrative supports like 'raising extra-pay for night shift' and 'increasing the number of paid holidays' were very important for a desirable fixed night shift system. Conclusion: The results indicate that the most important factor for a desirable fixed night shift system to decrease nurses' turnover intention is economic and administrative support according to the needs of the nurses. So nursing managers need to find a desirable fixed night shift system considering nurses' demographic characteristics and organizational characteristics.
