  • Academic research of the social service delivery system is very limited. This paper checked on the status of research on current social service delivery system in order to explore new research and policy directions. Analysis study consisted of 79 pieces and the framework was divided into dimensional analysis, content analysis and analytical standards. Research on the papers of social service delivery systems showed from the initial stage of the policy discussion to the phase of the individual services. Summarizing the study is as follows. First, This studies confirmed that at this time the quality studies on social service delivery system is needed. Second, this indicates that right now, the government budget of social services and the data relating to social service agencies will be opened to the public for the expansion of social services studies. Third, to expand social services delivery systems research, it showed that social services demand forecasting research such as budget allocation, population characteristics, equality of public service and local information is needed. • Currently, convenience stores, which are naturally located within a 1-minute walk, are easily accessible, so customers can easily purchase the items they need, and now they are indispensable places for people. In line with modern society that focuses on buying and selling goods quickly and easily, such as 'convenience' and 'quickness', convenience stores also have been changing by marketing such as home-delivery service and storage of fresh products, not just simply selling goods. In addition, by utilizing application software, we can use everything with one smartphone that we use a lot, in order to provide reservation delivery, pickup, and subscription services. In this study, we conducted experiments focusing on the factors of convenience store service quality and users using convenience stores, and examined how these experiments affect behavioral intentions of customers through their emotional responses. As a result, it was confirmed that empathy had a positive (+) effect on the pleasure of customers, and reliability had a negative (-) effect on arousal. In addition, it was found that empathy had a positive (+) effect on arousal, and responsiveness and empathy had a positive (+) effect on dominance. Finally, it was found that pleasure and dominance had a positive (+) effect on the loyalty of customers. In this study, we intend to provide basic data on existing or future convenience stores.

  • The purpose of the study was to assess customer satisfaction concerning service quality characteristics of university foodservice by using a developed DINESERV model. In particular, it was intended to develop a tool to assess the difference between customer judgements on importance and customers perceptions with actual service delivery by university foodservices. Quenstionnaires were distributed to 1,000 university students. A total at 820 university students responded with a usable response rate of 77.7%. A statistical data analysis was completed using SAS programs for descriptive analysis; a t-test, chi-square test and Dunan's multiple range test. The results of the study are as follows; 1) The mean number of students visiting university foodservices per week for males was larger than that of females. The students' first choice depended on distance when they selected foodservices. They answered their preference as the first factor when they order a particular menu items in foodservices. The first complaint factor concerning university foodservices was the price of the food. 2) Customers was not satisfied with the quality of the service of university foodservices. The important mean score of the service quality was 3.63 out of 5, but the perception mean score of the service quality was 2.87. Therefore, there was a gap(0.76) between the importance score and perception score. 3) Customers' satisfaction with the service quality by dimensions wee int he follow order: assurance>reliability>responsiveness>tangibles>empathy. Customers were more satisfied with the service quality of contracted management than that of self-operated facilities.

  • Internet became the most popular network in spite of its weakness in realtime multimedia service. Many experts believe that the Internet has the potential to become the main multimedia distribution network of the near future. Currently, it does not provide any (BoS guarantees and, even when it does, guaranteed quality delivery of video may turn out to be too expensive. Unavoidable packet losses and delay jitter caused by congestion in a best effort delivery environment require use of intelligent transport techniques for effective video delivery. According to market needs of better quality of service (QoS) fur realtime multimedia services over Internet, they have been standardizing RSVP, IntServ, and DiffServ This paper combines the benefits of QoS mechanisms such as RSVP/IntServ with scalable video encoding. We propose that more important bit stream is given more priority such that limited network resources are guaranteed far the stream. Various prioritizing approaches are proposed and compared to normal approach by using Network Simulator. The calculated QoS parameters such as packet loss rate are used to calculate degree of degradation in video quality. In this Paper, proposed methods can be implemented adaptively to Von protocol, such as H.323, SIP.

  • Our platform introduced in this paper is based on DAVIC specifications which define high quality multimedia services with some extensions to provide user friendly and uniform interface to its users. We designed and implemented an integrated service platform for high quality interactive multimedia services, swithed digital broadcasting, and Internet services. The integration in terms of a service provider system, a delivery system, and a service user system is taken into account. Our research results in the development of integrated high quality interactive and digital broadcasting multimedia services with web-based common user interface and its experience will be feedback to the field trial service which will be launched from next year.

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to examine the gap between predicted cesarean section rate and real cesarean section rate and it's determining factors of 44 tertiary hospitals. Method: This study is a cross-sectional analysis using the data of 25,623 deliveries in 2009 drawn from homepage of Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service. Data were analyzed with t-test, F-test, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, and logistic regression. Result: There were statistically significant differences in the gap of cesarean section rate (more gap indicates higher quality of delivery) by grade of nurse staffing and delivery cases. Hospitals with nurse staffing grade 1 to 2 had more possibility to be classified into higher grade in quality of delivery (OR 5.67, 95% CI 1.07-30.08). Also hospitals with over 500 delivery cases had more possibility be classified into higher grade in quality of delivery (OR 4.92, 95% CI 1.14-21.23, respectively). Conclusion: The finding suggests that grade of nurse staffing may influence the real cesarean section rate because nurses do a vital role to prevent unnecessary cesarean section. Further study is required to provide evidence that nurse staffing influence on patient outcome and cost-effectiveness in order to obtain adequate number of nursing staffs.

  • This study examines the level of port service quality based on $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$(1984)'s Two-Dimensional Model: we investigated service-environment quality and service-delivery quality, and added service-product quality as a process quality. This study focused on a service user like a llner, forwarder, shipper, or a logistics firm using port service in the Port of Busan. We investigated relationships among the following vairables: service quality, customer satisfaction and port image; we also analyzed the path coefficients using Smart-PLS 3.0. The results and suggestions of this study are summarized as follows. First, all of the service quality variables influenced customer satisfaction but service-delivery quality didn't have an impact on port image. Secondly, there is correlation between customer satisfaction and port image; customer satisfaction had a positive effect with port image. Lastly, customer satisfaction and port image influenced the Relation Continuity Intention.
