선진 해외 우정사업자들은 확산된 인터넷 인프라와 진보된 정보기술을 활용하여 우편물의 물리적 배달에서 벗어나 해당 정보를 안전하게 배달하는 온라인 문서 배달 단계로 진화하고 있다. 관련 기술과 서비스의 동향을 살펴보기 위하여 안전한 문서나 서신의 배달과 관련된 기존의 오프라인 우편 상품의 특징을 우선 분석한다. 그리고, 전자상거래 시대의 각종 전자적 문서들을 안전하고 확실하게 배달할 수 있는 전자우편소인과 관련 기술의 국제표준 개발 역사와 기술적 구성을 살펴본다. 더불어, 이들이 물리적인 우편물 배달 서비스에서 온라인 디지털 배달 서비스로 진화한 서비스 사례 및 관련 기술 동향과 한국적 전자문서배달 서비스의 비즈니스 기회에 대한 시사점에 대해 분석한다.

The purpose of this paper is to study the current situations of trade financial EDI based on The BOLERO system, New BOLERO system, The NACCS system in Japan and The EDEN(Electronic DElivery Negotiable document) system and problems in application of marine insurance contracts. Entwined with the contracts of carriage in international sale transactions is a contract of marine insurance by which the goods are insured against maritime perils. In the thesis I tried to explain the problems of paperless marine insurance contracts based on problems in relating to formation of the transit insurance contract and replication the functions of the marine insurance policy electronically.

This method will be applied to identify a major journal for developing continuously and low-use journal for moving a remote depository.

Vast amounts of different service-specific requirements and vertical network slicing in a 5G network increase the complexity, cost of the network management and resource operations for carriers. To solve this problem, 3GPP is working on the standardization of NWDAF to support the automation of the 5G network by utilizing artificial intelligence technologies based on Big Data to improve the efficiency of network management and resource operation. In addition, the ETSI ZSM Industry Specification Group is developing technical standards for the automation of end-to-end network management and service delivery. This document provides an overall survey of the latest standardization issues of the NWDAF in 3GPP and ETSI ZSM for 5G network automation and intelligence.

The conflict problems encountered in the construction projects led to prolonged delays in implementation, interruptions and sometimes suspension. This paper has described ten fundamental management principles to avoid conflicts in construction field and increase the productivity. They are: i) hire good (not cheap) construction professionals ii) set reasonable time and cost goals iii) recognize contractors and designers are in business to make profit iv) draft a clear contract document v) pick a suitable project delivery system vi) implement a front-end approach vii) accept construction project as a dynamic process viii) need of education and training of professionals ix) accountability and teamwork in construction site, and x) avoid negligence.

오늘날 전산 시스템 환경에서 보안 문제 해결을 위한 보안 메커니즘이 전 세계적으로 오랜 시간 다양하게 연구 개발되어 왔다. 하지만 이를 문서 보안에 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 기술 개발은 미흡한 실정이며 현재는 DRM 기술을 통해 문서 보안을 실현하고 있으나 효율성 및 안정성, 보안성에 있어서 여타 보안 서비스에 비해 크게 신뢰를 받지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PC 내 문서에 대한 보안 서비스를 제공하는 PC-DRM 시스템에서 사용자간 문서 전달 기능에 초점을 맞추어 효율성과 보안성을 강화하기 위한 방안을 제시하고 이를 적용하여 설계한 시스템을 소개한다. 제안 시스템은 기존 PC-DRM 의 서버 의존도를 낮춤과 동시에 사외 사용자에게 문서 전달 시에도 문서 기밀성 유지 및 우회적인 문서 내용 유출 방지가 가능하여 PC-DRM 에 대한 신뢰도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study is focused on the problems and the suggestions of proper ideas for solving them which are arisen from appling CIF, Incoterms 1990 into the contract of sale after reviewing of the contents of traditional CIF contract and the main changes of CIF, Incoterms 1990. This study summerized as follows: First, when the seller provide the buyer with non-negotiable sea waybill or inland waterway document instead of negotiable bill of lading, it is my feeling that the essence of symbolic delivery in traditional CIF contract is fading. And if the buyer has paid for the goods in advance, or a bank wishes to use the goods as security for a loan extended to the buyer, it is not sufficient that the buyer or the bank be named as consignee in a non-negotiable document. This is true because the seller by new instractions to the carrier could replace the named consignee with someone else. To protect the buyer or the bank it is therefore necessary that the original instructions from the seller to the carrier to deliver the goods to the named consignee be irrevocable. Second, CIF term can only be used for sea and inland waterway transport. When the ship's rail serves no practical purposes such as in the case of roll-on/roll-off or container traffic, CIP term instead of CIF term is more appropriate to use. Third, the EDI method still contains many legal and technical problems to be solved in order to be used thoroughly' in the international sale of goods. Therefore, the parties wishing to replace the traditional paper-based trade documents by electronic messages must exchange the agreement on EDI each other in order to prevent and sol ye unexpected problems. Forth, it may be that the goods are to be carried in bulk without such marking or naming of consignee as would amount to appropriation. Then the risk will not pass until effective appropriation has been made. Therefore, the seller needs to appropriate by issuing of separate bills of lading or delivery orders for parts of the bulk cargo. And in case the goods are bought while they are carried at sea, some problems on the passing of risk would arise. One possibility is that the buyer might have to assume risks which have already occured at the time when the contract of sale is entered into force. The other possibility would be to let the pissing of the risk concide with the time when the contract of sale is concluded. The parties are advised to ascertain the applicable law and any solution which might follow there form. Finally, Incoterms are restricted to deal with the main principles for the division of functions, costs and risks between the parties and the rest is left to their individual contract as supplemented by the custom of the trade, the individual terms of the contract of sale and the applicable law. Thus, the parties are advised to ascertain the applicable law on their individual contract of sale in order to solve the problems on the transfer of property, the remedy and so on.

The present study collected and analyzed the Korean's folk-belief related to Koran traditional costume culture which are handed down from ancestor and are known to present Korean society as of 1990's. The purpose of the present study is to understand emotion and the view of Korean people, and to understand the social roles of the costumes in Koran traditional society more deeply and more comprehensively. The study was conducted by document analysis and interview. The results of the study are summerized as follows: Folk-belief related to spinning(gilssam), sericultural industry and weaving are mostly enduced from the hope for god quality of work and acquisition of good skill of weaving. There has been also a belief hat gilssam has a magic power to easy delivery and fecundity. Most Folk-belief of taboo related to clothing constraction proposed to people pay great care while they are sawing. Some ways of management of clothing has been related to the manners of which are associated with the differentiation between high and low level and predominance of men over women that was originated fro m confucianism. Socks(busun) and shoes are also considered to have magic power to prevent from exorcism and demon of ill health. This study suggests that folk-belief give us the wisdom a guideline and lessons for better life, high quality arts and techniques which are handed down from ancestors. Therefore, folk-beliefs having a great value, non-shaped treasures of traditional culture heritage should be collected as many as possible, recorded, and preserved.

Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is the national information center that has collected, analyzed and managed Science and Technology information resources comprehensively since 1962. KISTI has conducted several researches and made "KISTI Information Resources Development Policy" in order to select overseas S&T core journals. This paper aims to develop overseas S&T core journals that have not distributed in the country as the part of this effort. This paper analyses the documents requested to KISTI and delivered from overseas information centers for the last 6 years. This paper selects overseas S&T core journals based on the domestic request through conducting journal usage analysis, citation analysis, and cost effectiveness analysis.
