Purpose - The current research examines the effect of life cycle stages on capital structure of listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. Research design, data, methodology - By aid of 685 year-company data, which collected from financial statements of companies during 2006-2012, first, the companies, are classified into three groups including companies in growth, maturity and decline stages. After removing the companies, which were not in accordance with life cycle model, 86 companies were selected to test two main hypotheses of the research. Results - The results show that the capital structure of the sample companies is different in various life cycle stages. More investigation by LSD test also revealed that the total debt to total assets ratio means of the companies in growth stages were significantly different from those companies in maturity stages and those in growth stages had high level of debt to assets ratio. Conclusions - The result showed the average amount of the working capital for companies in three stages are significantly different and due to high level of operation of the companies in maturity and decline stages, these companies held high amount of working capital than those in the growth stages.

This study investigated the public use of Myeon Location in Jeollanam - do where the population is at risk of declining. And discussed the rational provision and coordination of public facilities as a guarantee of fundamental rights. As a result of the study, the rational supply and adjustment directions of public facilities are as follows. First, there are problems such as high availability of management, finance, shopping, and health facilities, lack of culture, leisure, community facilities, and weakening of center function. Therefore, in the continuing declining population situation, face management, safety and health facilities should be upgraded to multifunctional facilities, and utilization efficiency and integration should be promoted. In addition, town center rehabilitation should be centered on multifunctional facilities. In addition, elementary schools will have to utilize and preserve them to take advantage of local cultural values as nostalgia storing place that provide incentives for young people and elementary school children in the future. Second, in order to cope with population decline, public facilities need to strengthen public services through complexity and multifunctionality, wide-area operation with neighboring areas, and user-centered operation management.

The aeration provided in a Submerged Membrane Bioreactor (SMBR) improves membrane filtration by creating turbulence on the membrane surface and reducing membrane resistance. However, conventional hollow fiber membrane modules are generally packed in a vertical orientation which limits membrane scouring efficiency, especially when aeration is provided in the axial direction. In the present research, 3 innovative hollow-fiber membrane modules, each with a different membrane orientation, were developed to improve membrane scouring efficiency and enhance permeate flux. Pilot testing was performed to investigate the permeate flux versus time relationship over a 7-day period under different intermittent modes. The results indicated that the best module experienced an overall permeate flux decline of 3.3% after 7 days; the other two modules declined by 13.3% and 18.3%. The lower percentage of permeate flux decline indicated that permeate productivity could be sustained for a longer period of time. As a result, the operational costs associated with membrane cleaning and membrane replacement could be reduced over the lifespan of the module.

Background: The recent, decline in Black-berry Magnolia Vine (Schisandra repanda; BMV) native to Jeju Island, Korea, has raised concerns about the causes of this decline. We investigated the native environment of S. repanda and evaluated its propagation through cuttings to provide preliminary data for its restoration in Jeju Island. Methods and Results: The native environment of the BMV in the Hallasan National Park was surveyed and the climatic variables (temperature and humidity) were analyzed. The effects of the sex of the donor plant (male/female) type of cutting (softwood/hardwood), and treatment with a plant growth regulator (indole-3-butylic acid/rootone) on the rooting of BMV were investigated. Additinallly, the rooting rate, root count, and root length, as well as temperature and humidity were measured in the vinyl moist chambers. BMV was observed in 63 plants distributed from 567 m to 1,364 m above sea level of the Hallasan National Park. In the cutting experiment, the rooting rate was 71.9%, and it was higer in female plants (75.0%) than in male plants (68.8%). Conclusions: The mass propagation of BMV through cuttings valuable for its restoration as without such safeguard measures, the population could face extinction within a few decades.

본 연구는 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스가 그들의 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 분석결과를 통하여 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스로 인한 심리적 소진의 원인을 규명하고, 직무스트레스를 완화시켜 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들에 대한 효율적인 인적자원관리의 방안을 제시하는 데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 분석결과, 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스는 심리적 소진의 정서적 고갈, 비인격화, 자아성취감 저하요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과를 반영하여 본 연구에서는 다문화가족지원센터 상담자들의 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진을 예방하기 위한 현실적인 방안마련의 필요성을 제시하였다.

By Literatural studying on migraine, The results were obtained as fallow : 1. A different name on migraine were called hemicrania(頭偏痛, 邊頭痛, 偏頭風). 2. This study aims at proposing a sound and sustainable development direction of an residential environment by analyzing testimonies of residents who lived in Park Hill flats or their surround at Sheffield City in the United Kingdom. The results are obtained through the analysis on a residential environment of Park Hill flats, opinions of the residents on its refurbishment, and effects of the building on the residential environment. The block of Park Hill flats was a community with a strong unity and solidarity, but that became increasingly a slum by the decline of the physical and social environment since the 1980s. In particular, it was identified that the deterioration of the social environment than that of the physical environment was a major cause of the decline. Nevertheless, it was found that "streets in the sky", the concept applied in Park Hill, played a key role in activating the community in the apartment complex. However, that street system in the complex has caused noise, poor security, and invasion of privacy. If such problems are solved, the streets in the sky will be a meaningful alternative for community activation and then ensuring sustainability in Korean residential environments that lost the function of the community.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the gender differences in the cognitive function and nutritional status among elderly people living in the community. Methods: This study used data from the 2014 National Survey on the Elderly and focused on 10,054 respondents who answered that they did not have dementia. The Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination for Dementia Screening and the Nutrition Screening Initiative were used. IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 was used to conduct statistical analyses. Results: The cognitive function score was 25.30 for men, which was higher than for women. The percentage of subjects who showed cognitive decline was 25.5% for males and 50.2% for females, which was statistically significant (p<.001). There were statistically significant differences in the nutritional status between males and females (p<.001). There was a statistically significant negative correlation between the cognitive function and nutritional status in both men and women (p<.001, p<.001). Conclusion: These results showed that the intervention to maintain cognitive functioning should be provided to elderly women with a low education level or high number of chronic diseases and medication, and an intervention to prevent the cognitive decline of the elderly should include nutritional management for health and function maintenance.

Under the powerful influence of economical and social transformation, namely Post-Industrialization since the 1980's, old industrial cities in western europe faced a severe urban crisis such as high unemployment rates, demographic decline, urban slums, lack of infrastructures and economic shocks. In order to overcome their urban decline, They had to attempt to find a creative re-modelled and re-imaged Urban Development Strategy for the future. Thus Urban Regeneration has been a serious issue of debate in europe. First of all, Urban Regeneration based on cultural strategy have played an increasingly important role in the Post-Industrial cities and regions since 1980's. The purpose of this study is to find out the organized characteristics of Urban Regeneration based on Cultural Strategy by analyzing successful overseas case "Landesgartenschau in Ruhrgebiet, Germany, where has been changed from an old industrial city to a Culture-Service- based City significantly over last several years. It's inner-city old industrial areas with amount of derelict under-used industrial Heritages have been remodelled and reimaged to a creative and attractive public spaces involving Arts and cultural activity by Urban Regeneration based on Cultural Strategy, namely, "Landesgartenschau".

SKP-450 which is $K^{+}$ channel opener, When given into duodenum, exhibited the decline of urine flow accompanied with the decrease of glomerular filtration rates (GFR), renal plasma flow (RPF), N $a^{+}$ and $K^{+}$ excreated in the urine ( $E_{Na}$ , $E_{K}$) and the increase of $K^{+}$N $a^{+}$ratios, and then appeared the significant fall of mean arterial pressure (MAP) and unchanged of reabsorption rates of N $a^{+}$, $K^{+}$ in renal tubules ( $R_{Na}$ , $R_{K}$). SKP- 450 injected into the vein elicited the decline of urine flow along with the reduction of $E_{Na}$ , $E_{K}$, and the increase of $R_{Na}$ , $R_{K}$ and $K^{+}$M $a^{+}$ ratios. SKP-450 administered into a renal artery produced diuretic action along with the increase of $E_{Na}$ , $E_{K}$ and the decrease of $R_{Na}$ , $R_{K}$ in experimental kidney, whereas produced the same aspect to intravenous SKP-450 in the control kidney. Above results suggest that SKP-450 possess both diuretic action in the kidney and central antidiuretic action in dog.tic action in dog.tion in dog.
