ARENA를 활용한 터널공사계획모델 개발에 관한 연구;NATM공법을 대상으로 (Study on Development for Plan Model of Tunnel construction by using Arena;on focused NATM)

  • 건설공사의 공사 초기단게에서 총 공사기간과 공사비용의 예측은 매우 중요하다. 터널공사는 공기가 길고, 복잡한 공정이 반복적으로 이루어지는 건설공사의 일종이다. 시뮬레이션은 효과적인 건설공사 관리를 위하여 공사 장비 및 자재 등의 적절한 조합을 고려하고, 현장에 적합한 프로세스를 구성하여 실제 공사에 미칠 영향을 예측하고 분석할 수 있는 기법이다. 본 연구에서는 NATM공법으로 시공되는 양방향 도심지 지하철 터널공사에서 발파시간 등의 제한사항을 고려한 모델을 Arena 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 개발하였다. 개발된 모델은 비쥬얼베이직을 이용하여 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 형태로 개발되었으며, 결과값으로 총 공사기간과 공사비용을 얻을 수 있다. 이 결과를 이용하여 공사 초기 단계에서의 의사결정 도구로서 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Developments in science and technology based on computer technology influenced military fields and created up-to-date weapons and equipment, and as a result, which is changing the war accomplishing methods of the future warfare. Due to these changes in the war accomplishing methods, the army command centers are requested to make changes in their decision-making process. In other words, they need to apply more scientific methods rather than just build a scheme by the mere analysis of commanders and the staffs as in the past. Consequently, we propose a model, Vision 21 we developed as a war game model for division-size unit analysis use, in the COA development process, which is the most important part in establishing the OPLAN for mission accomplishment. Vision 21, with a comparative analysis of the other COA built in the COA development process, can be applied to making the best COA. Model employment concept can let us choose the best COA, operating war games on condition that the COA of the opposite forces is fixed and ours sequentially opposed against, and with a comparative analysis also. Moreover, if the time available is limited, before establishing several courses, we can apply the COA to the process for making the best decision, analysing in stages or by main phases and not establishing several courses for a special purpose.

확솔적 이용자 평형통행 배분에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Stochastic User Equilibrium Assignment)

  • The behavioral mechanism underlying the traffic assignment model is a choice, or decision-making process of traveling paths between origins and destinations. The deterministic approach to traffic assignment assumes that travelers choose shortest path from their origin-destination pair. Although this assumption seems reasonable, it presumes that all travelers have perfect information regarding travel time, that they make consistently correct decision, and that they all behave in identical fashion. Stochastic user equilibrium assignment relaxes these presumptions by including a random component in traveler's perception of travel time. The objective of this study is to compare "A Model of Deterministic User Equilibrium Assignment" with "Models of Stochastic User Equilibrium Assignment" in the theoretical and practical aspects. Specifically, SUE models are developed to logit and probit based models according to discrete choice functions. The models were applied to sioux Falls net ork consisting of 24 zones, 24 nodes and 76 links. The distribution of perceived travel time was obtained by using the relationship between speed and traffic flow.

Project scheduling by FGP to Time-Cost-Quality trade off: construction case study

  • Project managers are responsible to conduct project on time with least amount of costs and the most possible quality with respect to shortage of resources and environmental certainties. They have to make the best decision to reach such conflicting objects. In this study the project scheduling with multi goals-multi modes was planned in fuzzy conditions under resource constraints and expanded by fuzzy goal programing (FGP). The project cost was calculated by the price of renewable resources and the quality criteria were evaluated by the quality function deployment method (QFD). Finally the model was verified by a construction case study with 22 activities along with solving by GAMS. The results showed that this model could provide a systematic framework to facilitate the decision making process and made the project managers to be able to schedule the project closer to reality.

비행시간과 연령이 헬리콥터 조종사의 상황인식 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study for Flight Times and Ages affects on Situation Awareness Evaluation of Helicopter Pilots)

  • According to U.S. NTSB, from 1989 to 1992, Situation Awareness(SA) was a major factor causing 80% of all aircraft accidents in scheduled airlines. Therefore, the prevention of accidents through effective training in SA became a pivot in aviation safety. Furthermore, during the past 10 years, since all helicopter accidents in Korea were caused by the factors related to SA, an appropriate countermeasure has been required. This study, which uses survey data, examines various factors related to SA that could affect helicopter pilots. Common characteristics of situation awareness factors are that the result from the independent variables which are flight time, duty period and age of a first officer is statistically significant with the result from the independent variables of an instructor pilot's. However, only experience is statistically significant independent variable for factors influencing decision making in emergency situations, but anxiety, expectation and comprehension are not significant.

분산시스템에서 상태 정보 추론을 이용한 그룹 부하 균등 알고리즘 (Croup Load Balancing Algorithm Using State Information Inference in Distributed System)

  • 분산 시스템에서 전체 시스템의 부하 균형을 이루어 시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 것이 주요 목표 중 하나이다. 시스템간의 부하를 균등하게 함으로써 처리기의 가동률을 높이고 작업 반환 시간도 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문은 지식 기반 메카니즘을 이용하여 각 노드에서 과거 및 현재의 정보를 기반으로 추론한 미래 부하상태 정보를 서로 공유하여 최적의 부하 균등화를 이루는 의사 결정 규칙과 정보 교환 규칙을 설계하였다. 성능 평가 결과 각 노드의 가동률이 균등해지고 처리 속도의 향상을 보였으며, 시스템의 신뢰성과 가용성이 향상되었다. 본 논문에서 제안한 기법은 분산 운영 체제의 부하 조절 알고리즘 설계에 활용될 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 상태변화에 대한 자율적 의사결정을 하는 퍼지논리를 이용한 에이전트의 구현을 택시에 적용 하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 인공 지능 이론을 기반으로 한 실시간 반응형 에이전트를 통하여 인공 지능적으로 운행하는 자동차에 대해서 실험을 하였다. 실시간 반응형 에이전트를 구성하기 위한 추론방식으로는 max-product 기법과 n개 퍼지 규칙들 또는 연관들 ($A_l,\;B_l),\;{\ldots}(A_n,\;B_n$)을 가지는 상황을 고려하여 비퍼지화 작업을 수행하여 중심값을 추출하여 추론 작업을 실행하였다.

심리학으로 바라본 항공교통관제사 인지능력 (A Review of Cognitive Aspects of Air Traffic Controllers from a Psychological Perspective)

  • Aviation safety issues have drawn much attention from the international community due to the growing demand for air travel. Although it is a widely accepted fact that human-related factors are closely linked to aviation safety, there is lack of understanding what roles those factors play in aviation, in the field of air traffic control in particular. It has been reported that the role of air traffic controllers significantly affects air safety. This review will discuss cognitive aspects of expertise in air traffic control including time perception, working memory, reasoning, perception, attention, scanning/vigilance, decision making, and planning with examples of how each aspect can be dealt with in performing air traffic control duties. The relevant studies in psychology have also been briefly reviewed in the interest of enhancing understanding of characteristics of air traffic control tasks and the related human factors. This review concludes with a call for more in-depth research into cognitive factors in air traffic control.

차세대 사물인터넷에 대한 고찰 (Direction of Next-Generation Internet of Things)

  • The role of Internet of Things (IoT) has been evolving from connectivity to intelligent and autonomous functions. The increase in the number of connected things and the volume of data has revealed the limit of cloud-based intelligent IoT. Meanwhile, the development of microprocessors for the IoT has enabled their intelligent decision making and reactions without the intervention of the cloud; this phase is referred to as the "autonomous IoT era." However, intelligence is not the only function of the IoT. When a cyber physical system (CPS) is running on the cloud, the real-time synchronization between the real and virtual worlds cannot be guaranteed. If a CPS is running on the IoT, both the worlds can be synchronized closely enough for a zero- time gap, i.e., achieving the goals of autonomous IoT. ETRI implements intelligence into the role of IoT and collaborates their decision making and reactions without the intervention of humans. Then, we focus on the development of a new IoT computing paradigm that enables human-like discussions.

GIS기반 최적공간선정을 위한 시스템론적 접근 (System Theory Approach for Decision Making of GIS-based Optimum Allocation)

  • 정보기술 발전과 함께 GIS(geographical information system) 기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 GIS를 이용한 공간분석(spatial analysis)에 관한 수요가 증대되고 있다. 특히 GIS의 일반기술에 관한 연구보다 GIS를 이용한 공간분석연구가 많아지면서 이를 다양하게 응용하여 활용하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 GIS연구는 밀도기반 군집화 방식인 DBSCAN 또는 개개의 데이터에 가중치를 부여하여 군집화한 DBSCAN-W 등 공간적 현상을 다루고 있으며 시간차원의 합리적 의사결정의 중요성은 간과되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같이 GIS를 기반으로 한 최적 공간선정을 위해 시간차원의 도입을 위해 시스템 다이내믹스(system dynamics) 이론을 접목하여 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
