다기준 의사결정기법을 활용한 신규통신 서비스의 총체적 사업성 분석 (An MCDM-Based Integrated Economic Analysis Model for the New Telecommunication Services)

  • In this study, an integrated economic analysis model to analyze the new telecommunication services is developed. This model considers both the technological and managerial aspests altogether with respect to the profit and public benefit criteria. To encounter the various dynamically changing environments and evaluation criteria, multiple criteria decision making (MCDM)techniques are employed. The model consists of three stages; The first stage surveys related formal or informal data, generates analysis alternatives, and performs acceptabillty test in view of marketing. The second stage generates executive alternatives for each acceptable analysis alternative and checks the executionability in view of telecommunication technologies. The third stage performs the final integrated economic analysis including the profitability analysis. This study offers a basis for the future development of decision support system or expert system on the economic analysis of the new telecommunication services.

An Integrated DEA-AHP Model for the Acquisition of a Weapon System: Selection of a Next-Generation Fighter System in Korea

  • In this paper, we propose a data envelopment analysis (DEA) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) integrated model to improve the selection process in the acquisition of a weapon system which is the key component to the success of the project. In particular, we applied DEA in the first stage to choose a frontier group among the candidates in the selection process of the next-generation fighter system (the 3rd FX) in Korea. Then, by using the Delphi technique, we surveyed military experts and applied AHP to determine the best choice among the candidates. The results of the study match the actual decision made by the Korean government in the weapon system acquisition. The results of the proposed DEA-AHP integrated method in the selection of the next-generation fighter systems in Korea demonstrate the usefulness of the method. In this paper, we also discuss the future implications of the proposed model.

데이터마이닝 기법을 활용한 고혈압 관리를 위한 의사결정지원시스템의 개발 (development of Decision Support System for the Management of hypertension using Datamining Technology)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 데이터마이닝 기법을 임상적으로 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있는 고혈압 환자의 특성과 치료에 따른 예후를 예측할 수 있는 지식을 발굴하고 이의 임상적용의 타당성을 검증하여 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하고 이의 유용성을 평가하는데 있다. 이에 연세대학교 의과대학 부속 세브란스 병원의 환자를 대상으로 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 혈압조절상의 위험요인의 규명하고, 의사결정나무분석을 통해 치료약제별 혈압조절군과 비조절군의 특성을 도출하고 각 대상군을 결정짓는 규칙을 생성하였으며, 이를 활용한 의사결정지원시스템의 개발 및c 평가를 시행하였다. 그 결과 기존 임상이론만을 활용한 시스템의 처방에 의한 혈압조절군보다 데이터마이닝 기법을 활용한 시스템의 처방에 의한 혈압조절군의 비율이 전체적으로 더 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 우리나라 현실에 부합되는 고혈압 진료지침을 개발하고 적용, 평가하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 이와 같은 의사결정지원 시스템을 운영을 통해 실제 임상 진료에 적용해 봄으로써 그 효과와 실증적 가치를 창출할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Entity-relationship modeling for designing relational database is a very complicated thinking process that requires extensive knowledge and experiences. It is very likely that designers make mistakes in this process. In order to minimize the mistakes, a systematic method to guide the thinking process is needed. In this research, an entity-relationship modeling system is developed, which resolves the whole process of information modeling, data modeling, and functional dependency relationship analysis into small and simple decision-making steps. Therefore, it can reduce the possibility of making decision errors and improve the efficiency of the modeling process. It's functionality and efficiency is verified through some modeling examples. It is expected that the modeling system can be commercialized, if some functions are added, such as detection, warning, and correction of decision errors, and educational help.

의료진단 및 중요 검사 항목 결정 지원 시스템을 위한 랜덤 포레스트 알고리즘 적용 (Application of Random Forest Algorithm for the Decision Support System of Medical Diagnosis with the Selection of Significant Clinical Test)

  • In clinical decision support system(CDSS), unlike rule-based expert method, appropriate data-driven machine learning method can easily provide the information of individual feature(clinical test) for disease classification. However, currently developed methods focus on the improvement of the classification accuracy for diagnosis. With the analysis of feature importance in classification, one may infer the novel clinical test sets which highly differentiate the specific diseases or disease states. In this background, we introduce a novel CDSS that integrate a classifier and feature selection module together. Random forest algorithm is applied for the classifier and the feature importance measure. The system selects the significant clinical tests discriminating the diseases by examining the classification error during backward elimination of the features. The superior performance of random forest algorithm in clinical classification was assessed against artificial neural network and decision tree algorithm by using breast cancer, diabetes and heart disease data in UCI Machine Learning Repository. The test with the same data sets shows that the proposed system can successfully select the significant clinical test set for each disease.

배차계획을 위한 대화형 의사결정지원시스템 (An Interactive Decision Support System for Truck Dispatching)

  • Truck dispatching is one of the most commonly occurring problems of transprot management. We developed an interactive decision support system named IDSSTD, for the truck dispatching problem where two conflicting objectives are treated and travel speed varies depending on the passing areas and time of day. The IDSSTD aids the decision-making process by allowing the user to interact directly with the database, to direct data to a decision model, and to portray results in a convenient form. The IDSSTD is consisted of two major interactive phases. The pre-scheduling interactive phase is to reduce the complexity of a given problem before applying the BC-saving heuristic algorithm and the post-scheduling interactive phase is to improve practically the algorithmic solution. The IDSSTD has the capabilities of its own manipulation(analysis and recommendation) and diverse graphic features in order to facilitate a user's interaction.

  • According to growing interest in environmental quality with improvements of a standard of living site selection problems such as waste landfill sites, caused regional conflicts. This study investigates a waste landfill estimation method that was used to for storage, management, analysis and display of environmental information provided by geo-spatial information system(GIS) and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) as a decision-making method. If GIS is integrated with AHP, site selection problems of environmental hatred facilities shall be able to be very useful, because of AHP with flexibility which appropriately reflects opinions of the related group.

  • Application of existing decision tree algorithms for Internet retail customer classification is apt to construct a bushy tree due to imprecise source data. Even excessive analysis may not guarantee the effectiveness of the business although the results are derived from fully detailed segments. Thus, it is necessary to determine the appropriate number of segments with a certain level of abstraction. In this study, we developed a stopping rule that considers the total amount of information gained while generating a rule tree. In addition to forwarding from root to intermediate nodes with a certain level of abstraction, the decision tree is investigated by the backtracking pruning method with misclassification loss information.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 교육서비스품질(교수자서비스품질, 교육과정서비스품질)이 진로결정자기효능감과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 최종 유효 설문지 426부에 대해 타당성 검정 후, 측정모형분석(CFA)과 구조모형분석(SEM) 그리고 다중집단 분석(MCFA와 MSEM)을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질(교수자서비스품질, 교육과정서비스품질)은 진로결정자기효능감에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 진로결정자기효능감은 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로결정수준은 진로준비행동에 정의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로, 신입생과 재학생의 차이는 교육서비스품질(교수자서비스품질, 교육과정서비스품질)과 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동 간의 관계에 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 진로에 있어 진로결정수준과 진로준비행동의 결정요인을 파악하여 제공함으로써 대학 진로 교육 개선에 유용한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The review of known decisions showed that currently there are no systems and technologies for supporting the decision about the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services. The paper models the decision-making support process on the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services, which is the theoretical basis for the development of rules, methods and system for supporting the decision about the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services. The paper also developed the system for supporting the decision about the possibility of concluding the civil law agreements for medical, therapeutic and dental services, which automatically and free determines the possibility or impossibility of concluding the corresponding civil law agreement for the provision of a corresponding medical service. In the case of formation of a conclusion about the possibility of concluding the agreement, further conclusion and signing of the corresponding agreement takes place. In the case of forming a conclusion about the impossibility of concluding the agreement, a request is made for finalizing the relevant agreement for the provision of the relevant medical service, indicating the reasons for the impossibility of concluding the agreement - missing essential conditions in the agreement. After finalization, the agreement can be analyzed again by the developed system for supporting the decision.
