  • Military deception is an action executed to deliberately mislead enemy's decision by deceiving friendly forces intention. In the lessons learned from war history, deception appears to be a critical factor in the battlefield for successful operations. As training using war-game simulation is growing more important, it is become necessary to implement military deception in war-game model. However, there is no logics or rules proven to be effective for CGF(Computer Generated Forces) to conduct deception behavior automatically. In this study, we investigate methodologies for CGF to learn and conduct military deception using Reinforcement Learning. The key idea of the research is to define a new criterion called a "deception index" which defines how agent learn the action of deception considering both their own combat objectives and deception objectives. We choose Korea Marine Corps Amphibious Demonstrations to show applicability of our methods. The study has an unique contribution as the first research that describes method of implementing deception behavior.

  • Cloud computing is a widely used technology that has changed the way people and organizations store and access information. This technology is quite versatile, which is why extensive amounts of data can be stored in the cloud. Furthermore, businesses can access various services over the cloud without having to install applications. However, the cloud computing services are provided over a public domain, which means that both trusted and non-trusted users can access the services. Though there are several advantages of cloud computing services, especially to business owners, various challenges are also posed in terms of the privacy and security of information and online services. A kind of threat that is widely faced in the cloud environment is the on/off attack. In this kind of attack, a few entities exhibit proper behavior for a given time period to develop a highly a positive reputation and gather trust, after which they exhibit deception. A viable solution is provided by the given trust model for preventing the attacks. This method works by providing effective security to the cloud services by identifying malicious and inappropriate behaviors through the application of trust algorithms that can identify on-off attacks.

  • The objective of this study is to examine the effect of the serve employee which is thought as important but has not been studied almost on the response actions to the customer and organization. we tried provide the administrative implications for the black consumer management. This study built a exploratory empirical model that there is causal relationship of the service sector employee on the attitude to the customer and organization on the base of the exploratory consideration. To test hypotheses empirically, the questionnaire data were collected from 262 members of service sector in Busan and was analyzed by using Regression Analysis. Results of empirical analysis are as follow. 1) perceived black consumer behavior which service sector employee has the significant positive effect on the misbehavior to the customer. looking in detail, repetitiveness, insistence, deception, excessiveness are significant positive effect on the misbehavior to the customer. 2) perceived black consumer behavior which service sector employee has the significant positive effect on the misbehavior to the organization. looking in detail, excessiveness only have a positive effect on the misbehavior to the organization. 3) The significance of this study indicates that encourage plays a role as moderating variable influencing the relationship between perceived black consumer behavior and employee misbehavior. Specifically, The significance of this study indicates that encourage plays a role as moderating variable influencing the relationship between perceived excessiveness which the demension of the black consumer behavior and employee misbehavior. Lastly, this study suggested the implication of the result, the limitation and the direction of future study. The results of this study provide suggestion to the company.
