본 논문은 인터넷상에서 전자우편물을 자동으로 생성하기 위한 에이전트에 관한 연구로서, 사례기반추론(Case-Based Reasoning:CBR) 모델을 통하여 우편물 발송자의 특성에 적응하는 에이전트의 설계 방안을 제안한다. 먼저, 지능형 에이전트와 사례기반 추론에 관하여 간략하게 조사한 후, 전자우편분석 에이전트, 색인 에이전트, 검색엔진 등으로 구성되는 다중 에이전트 시스템을 보여준다. 특히, 인공지능 기법 중의 하나인 사례기반추론의 유사도 계산 방식과 새로운 CBR 처리주기를 이용하여 전자우편물을 자동으로 생성하는 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 그리고 Databases와 Case-Bases를 설명하고 전자우편 자동생성 에이전트를 위한 CBR 처리주기를 제안한다. 그 다음, 에이전트와 사례 연구를 위한 프로토타입을 제공한다. 향후, Data-Mining 기법의 연구는 이 시스템이 사용자의 다양한 취향에 적응할 수 있는 유용한 시스템으로 발전하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

본 연구는 서산 6쪽 마늘로부터 완전장 유전자 은행의 제작과 이를 통해서 확보된 1,000여개 재조합 클론에 대한 염기서열 결과를 web-based database를 통한 상동성 분석으로 부터 서산 마늘의 발현 유전자에 대한 생물정보학적 분석에 관해 것이며 본 연구로 부터 마늘의 대표적 생리활성 물질인 allicin의 생성에 관여하는 효소인 allinase의 cDNA를 클로닝 및 완전 염기서열을 해석하였으며 allinase 유전자의 genomic structure 에 대한 일부의 결과를 확보하였다. 또한 다양한 생물종에서 연구 되어지고 있는 생리활성 단백질인 lectin 유전자 cDNA를 클로닝하여 완전 염기서멸을 분석하고, 6xHis Tag올 통한 재조합 단백질을 대장균에서 E.coli에서 발현시켰다.

본 논문에서는 보안 게이트웨이가 서브넷 상의 단말기의 네트워크 접근 시도 시에 해당 단말기를 자동으로 인식하여 단말기 사용자의 인증 및 접근 제어 보안 룰셋을 기간 데이터베이스와 비교 판별하여 동적으로 조직 내의 역할 기반 접근 권한을 부여, 관리하는 방식에 대해 연구하였다. 덧붙여, 네트워크 관리자가 조직 구조와 관련하여 네트워크 레벨(L2)과 어플리케이션 레벨(L7)의 통합 액세스 제어를 지정할 수 있도록 사용자 중심의 권한 부여 모델을 제시하였다.

The DASPRO (Protection Coordination Program for DAS) is one of the application programs for Distribution Automation System (DAS) of the KEPCO. Application programs developed by KEPCO provide optimal operation in distribution network. The DASPRO includes diverse functions to operate network as construction of database using existing information. creation of diagram for protection coordination. calculation of fault current. evaluation network. power quality monitoring, etc. The DASPRO can examine validity of setting values for protective devices by comparing to T-C curves. Unless the protection coordination is correct, the most suitable setting value for protection devices are displayed on the screen. In this paper, I will introduce the contents of the DASPRO.

The mining-related damages such as ground subsidence, acid mine drainage(AMD), and deforestation in the abandoned underground coal mine areas become an object of public concern. Therefore, the system to manage the miningrelated damages is needed for the effective drive of rehabilitation activities. The management system for Abandoned Underground Coal Mine using GIS includes the database about mining record and information associated with the mining-related damages and application programs to support mine damage prevention business. Also, this system would support decision-making policy for rehabilitation and provide basic geological data for regional construction works in abandoned underground coal mine areas.

Recently, Internet services are rapidly spreading all over the world. Internet will have a great influence on financial market and banking industry. Customers will obtain full banking services over Internet. Thus, Internet banking is an unavoidable choice to strengthen the competitive edge of banks. This paper designs and develops an application for Internet banking services in the existing banks. The implementation of Internet banking requires the construction of website, web pages and links to other related information. Using Oracle DBMS(Database Management System), Oracle Application Server, PL/SQL(Procedural Language/SQL), Java Applet, and Java Script, a prototype for Internet banking is implemented.

This research addresses to establish a systematic approach to design a standard Hangul code system for educational purposes in development of CAI courseware using Korean, English, and Chinese characters, which requires data exchanges and database construction. In this paper, types of Korean alphabetic code systems already in use, their representational environments and consonant/vowel order have been studied and analysed. This paper presents the requirements that the hangul code system for educational purpose needs to obtain. First, it should be able to represent all contemporary as well as ancient Korean alphabets. Second, character elements should be separable. Third, consonant/vowel order should be determined to easily retrieve and exchange data. Lastly, the code should maintain compatibility with other national codes and provide uniqueness of user-defined character codes.

대부분의 비디오는 대용량의 장시간 데이터로서 비디오 시청자들이 전반적인 내용을 이해하기에는 충분하지 못하다 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 효율적인 장면 전환 검출 방법과 새로운 샷 클러스터링을 이용한 비디오 개요 추출 방법을 제시한다. 장면전환 검출 방법은 컬러 히스토그램과 χ2 히스토그램을 합성한 방법을 이용하여 추출하도록 한다. 클러스터링은 지역적 히스토그램의 차이 값을 이용한 유사성 측정과 새로운 샷 병합 알고리즘을 통해 수행하도록 한다 또한 실제 TV방송 프로그램을 대상으로 비디오 개요 추출 실험 결과를 제시한다.

Recently, use of sea-sand as fine aggregates in reinforced concrete structures is increasing because of lacking of supply due to destructive of environment caused by obtaining and exhausting of resource. It rise up issue, some field reconstruction, interrupted construction works occurring to the trouble on the site because sometimes engineer does not agree to use of corroded bar, even slighly corroded. This study investigates the properties of bond strength and the structural behavior of corroded bars before and after placement. The purpose of the study is to present the database estimating degree of damaged bond strength according to corrosion level and deciding on whether using corroded bars or not.
