  • Cloud service has the characteristic that it must be always available and that it must be able to respond immediately to user requests. This study suggests a method for constructing a proactive and autonomous quality and performance management system to meet these characteristics of cloud services. To this end, we identify quantitative measurement factors for cloud service quality and performance management, define a structure for applying a time series framework to cloud service application quality and performance management for proactive management, and then use big data and artificial intelligence for autonomous management. The flow of data processing and the configuration and flow of big data and artificial intelligence platforms were defined to combine intelligent technologies. In addition, the effectiveness was confirmed by applying it to the cloud service quality and performance management system through a case study. Using the methodology presented in this study, it is possible to improve the service management system that has been managed artificially and retrospectively through various convergence. However, since it requires the collection, processing, and processing of various types of data, it also has limitations in that data standardization must be prioritized in each technology and industry.

Development of Web-based Design Review System for Reliability and Safety Knowledge Management

  • This paper describes a web-based design review system as a knowledge management system relating reliability and safety system design. Since people's consciousness for safety and security become sensitive and increases the need of establishing a proactive prevention method for internal failures and relating risks in products. It also means that prevailing tacit knowledge in retired workers, in order to transform them to be easily used to support new system development, become more important. When considering safety and reliability design, at least two data sheet are necessary; Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEA) and Risk Assessment (RA). These two data are practically made separately. However, it includes the concerns that a risk by failures during long-term use may not be noticed. To overcome this insufficiency, a support tool for integrating reliability evaluation and risk assessment data simultaneously is expected to be revealed. The authors have then developed a web-based design review system for reliability and safety system design. The system include various profitable functions; making FMEA and RA sheet, retrieving past data sheet for engineering change management and new product development and web-based discussion to increase the efficiency of discussion. The system is applied to one practical development works in order to demonstrate its effectiveness that is to be made clear by interviewing user's qualitative comment.

  • 본 연구에서는 실시간 선박관리시스템을 위한 최적 프로그램방법을 설계 및 개발하였다. 종래의 인터럽트 프로그램방식을 대신하여 다중작업과 시각화되어진 임베디드 실시간 관리시스템을 제안한다. 데이터 관리는 임베디드 실시간 운영체계상에서 개발하였고, 인공지능방식으로 중앙연산장치(CPU)를 최적화하도록 설계되었다. 최종적으로 시스템에서의 데이터손실을 최소화하면서 최적프로그램모델을 통하여 데이터처리를 향상시켰다.

It is the pa.0 of WISIF(Web-based geographic Information System for Irrigation Facilities) which is a prototype of an information management system for irrigation facilities. This system includes a web serve. and a RDBMS(Relational DataBase Management System). Netscape Enterprise Server 3.0 is used for a web server and for the latter, Oracle DBMS 7.3 for NT is used for a RDBMS.   • The widespread dissemination of the green building certification system has led to the ongoing development of information management technologies with the aim to effectively utilize construction product information. Among them, a data crawling technology enables to collect the data conveniently and to manage large volumes of construction product information in Korea and overseas. However, without a standardized classification system, it is difficult to efficiently utilize information, and problems such as an additional work for classifying information or information-sharing errors. Therefore, this study suggests to present a necessity for the standardization of the information classification system through expert interviews, and to compare construction product classification systems in Korea and overseas. This study is expected to present a necessity for the effective management of construction product information and the standardization of information-sharing with regard to various construction certifications.

  • An Order Management System related to press die fabrication in automobile industry are developed in this research. This system is constructed by CORBA and XML to avoid disorder from data integration. Because CORBA can integrate diverse applications within distributed heterogeneous environments and XML can be made use of data exchange format, The developed system is available on almost any hardware platforms, operation system environments, and programming languages.

  • For an efficient management and analysis of geological/geotechnical data obtained during site investigations or tunnel construction, Tunnel Information System(TIS) was developed in this study. TIS is running in CIS(Geographical Information System) which has a spatial data. TIS consists of two parts, the Tunnel Face Mapping System(FaceMap), to record a geological features by observations and measurements at the surface of the excavation, the Borehole Data Management System(BDMS), to store the different types of rock data related to boreholes. Using the database of collapsed tunnels, 20 in Korea and 84 in Europe and with an artificial neural network, an expert system was developed for inferring the tunnel collapse pattern and its volume. And by applying Geo-predict, the system developed, in tunnels under construction, observed data from the $\bigcirc$$\bigcirc$tunnl site was compared and analyzed.

Development of Cadastral Data Model based on LADM to Manage Cadastre Survey Results in Korea

  • To solve the inconsistencies between realistic boundaries and the cadastral record boundaries, the cadastral resurvey project has been funded by a large budget since 2012 and executed over a long period of time until 2030. However, if the causes of inconsistencies are not analyzed and addressed, these inconsistencies could possibly reoccur. Even though the causes of inconsistencies can be defined in several aspects, including regulations, surveying methods, and management of cadastre maps or survey results, and so on, this study focuses on analyzing the inconsistency problems in the management of cadastre maps or survey results. In order to resolve the problems in inconsistencies between the cadastre maps and survey results, the study proposes to develop the cadastre data model based on LADM (Land Administration Domain Model) to manage the cadastre maps and survey results in better ways. In order to proposed the Cadastre Data Model, we analyzed the cadastre management system implemented in Korea and identified requirements to resolve the problems in inconsistencies, which are considered in the proposed data model as follows: 1) cadastral management system based on individual parcels, 2) synthesis of a realistic boundary and cadastral record boundary, 3) management of official and sharing reference data, 4) consistent management of survey results and parcel boundaries, 5) temporal managements of parcel boundaries. In the end, this study proposes a cadastral data model based on the LADM to integrate and manage the cadastral surveying results of the new cadastral management system.

Implementation of Quality Management System for Wild-Simulated Ginseng Using Blockchain

  • A special government agency has been charged with implementing quality management to guarantee the quality of wild-simulated ginseng. However, these processes are carried out by use of documents, and this has resulted in information omission and high document management costs. To solve this problem, this study analyzed the existing quality management process by using a smart contract for the existing offline form and proposed a new quality management system for storing and managing all log data in the blockchain. This system reduced documentation management costs about quality management and recorded information in the previous step through the quality management steps, thus forming a step-by-step record chain. Experiments were conducted by implementing this system, which improved data integrity and reliability. Additionally, sensitive information, such as personal information, was included in the system by use of the off-chain technology.

차량 통신 기술을 위한 WME 모듈과 MLME 모듈 간의 상호 메시지 처리과정 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of the Mutual Message Processing between WME Module and MLME Module for Vehicle Communication Technology)

  • WAVE(Wireless Access for Vehicular Environment) System is a communication technology to monitor system failure and vehicle functions and management services to prevent possible incidents of driving a vehicle. In this paper, we have designed and implemented the mutual message processing through parameter between WME management module that manages WAVE system and MLME that manages the upper layer MAC(Media Access Control) module. Also, in order to verify the validity, we have carried out experiments to compare the speed of data processing by dividing data of 1Mbyte, 2Mbyte, 3Mbyte into the packets of 2KByte and 4KByte. Experiments data processing speed of 2KByte packet were shown about 173.62ms in 1MByte, 2MByte about 352.61ms, 3MByte about 550.13ms and, data processing speed of 4KByte packet, 1MByte approximately 87.56ms, 2MByte about 177.94ms, 3MByte about 277.18ms. Therefore, in WAVE system, the mutual messages processing through the parameters between WME and MLME module can be utilized in the various service of ITS(Intelligent Transportation Systems) depending on the speed of data processing.
