SNS 기술의 B2C 채널 효용 기여 모형 (SNS Technology Contribution to B2C Channel Benefits)

  • In this paper, we intend to understand distinguishable SNS technology contributions for B2C commerce. In order to theorize this, we draw upon Technology-to-Performance chain (TPC) theory to develop the model that could explain how the technology value of the SNS could be realizable. For the purpose of capturing SNS technology effect to B2C channel effectiveness, on the basis of TPC theory, personal productivity is selected as a performance variable instead of satisfaction from SNS usage. Accordingly, as the antecedents of personal productivity, two variables of locatability and timeliness are extracted to reflect Task-technology-fit (TTF) dimension of performance precursors. For the utilization dimension of TPC framework, convenience and recreation tendency of the personal traits in shopping are included as the precursors of SNS utilization in the sense of reflecting utilitarian and hedonic value of SNS adoption. Empirical validation is conducted with reference to promotion and sales event on Facebook, which is chosen as the typical SNS based B2C commerce scenario. The data analysis result provide useful insights to further investigate the firm's SNS usage potentials for business applications.

Matching Sourcing Destination with Fashion Brands' Business Model: Comparative Advantages of Bangladesh and Vietnam Apparel Industries

  • This study investigated the comparative advantages of the Bangladeshi and Vietnamese apparel industries using Global Value Chain (GVC) framework. In this study, the GVC framework was expanded to include social and environmental sustainability issues. Secondary data, for the 2012 - 2013 period, were collected and analyzed for each component of the apparel GVC. The findings indicated that while both countries have unique comparative advantages, Vietnam clearly emerged as a leader on many GVC components. Bangladesh's comparative advantage lies in lower wages, producing high volume orders, and lean manufacturing. In spite of Vietnam's higher labor costs, it has comparative advantages in higher productivity, skilled and trained workers, manufacturing of intricate styles of high quality, agility and flexible manufacturing, more developed infrastructure and logistic services as well as greater social and environmental compliances. This study contributes towards insight into best sourcing fit for fashion brand business models. Based on the findings, fashion driven companies offering more complex styles at a faster rate will benefit from choosing Vietnam. In contrast, Bangladesh might be a better choice for high volume driven companies that offer basic apparel and better value for their consumers. From theoretical perspective, the research makes an important contribution by expanding the GVC framework.

  • Demands of customers are being changed and varied. And in this circumstance, it become a main issue of management that the company should produce and sell products according to the customer demands. With these trends, each company has been concentrating effects on generalization of product development technique and distinction of service for customer. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from soiling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. In the Supply chain, The ATP(Available to Promise) function doesn't only give customers to conformation of delivery. It can be used by the core function with ATP rule that can reconcile supplies and demands on the supply chain. Therefore We can be acquire the conformation about on the due date of supplier by using the ATP function of management about real and concurrent access on the supply chain, also decide the affect about product availability due to forecasting or customer's orders through the ATP. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a ATP and analyzes data which is concerned of ATP. Under the these environments, defines the ATP rule that can improve the customer value and data flow related the eCRM and builds on a algorithm.

  • We introduce about XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, which is widely accepted as the international standard language for business financial reporting. XBRL is a language for the electronic communication of business and financial data which is revolutionizing business reporting around the world. It provides major benefits in the preparation, analysis and communication of business information. It offers cost savings, greater efficiency and improved accuracy and reliability to all those involved in supplying or using financial data. XBRL is a kind of XML application based on the open Internet technologies. We propose a framework for enterprise information supply chain using XBRL Web services. A Web service is defined as a software system based on XML and designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network by the W3C. Web services are frequently just application programming interfaces (API) that can be accessed over a network, such as the internet and executed on a remote system hosting the requested services. An XBRL Web service-based enterprise information supply chain enables for companies to implement seamless information supply chains from businesses to financial institutions, to supervisory authorities, and to other stake holders for real time information access. And thereby it is expected to contribute to the increase in the value of companies due to the enhanced visibility and transparency of accounting and management.

체인 패밀리 레스토랑의 고객 만족 및 고객 충성도에 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of the Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in a Family Restaurant Chain)

  • Purpose - When it comes to first impressions of family restaurants, people basically think of the following factors: cozy, a refreshing space, indoor lighting, atmospheric music, the best-quality service through mutual interactions with employees, birthday events, follow-up customer management, brand image, and many others. Focusing on such family restaurants characteristics, with consumption experience and customer satisfaction determined as mediator variables, this study looks into the selection factors that affect customer loyalty when choosing a family restaurant. Subsequently, the study conducts an empirical analysis of these selection factors with the greatest influence. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed 200 total surveys of family restaurant customers including college students, workers, housewives, and others. The survey was conducted over two weeks in May 2014. For statistical processing, SPSS 21 was used for factor analysis and reliability analysis as well as AMOS for structural equation analysis. In terms of a variable that would influence either consumption experience or customer satisfaction at the restaurants, the study introduced the concept of customer equity. The study designed a model based on a hypothesis developed using the following factors: customer encounter service value, customer convenience value, brand equity, relationship equity, and other factors defined as components of customer equity by Rust et al. (2000) determined as independent variables as well as with customer experience and customer satisfaction set as mediator variables. The hypothesis, after all, assumed that customer loyalty would be positively (+) influenced. Results - The analysis results from the study reported that brand value, customer encounter service value, and relationship value have positive (+) effects on consumption experience and customer satisfaction. However, as for customer convenience value, this turned out not to have a statistically significant influence on consumption experience and customer satisfaction. In regard to a relation between consumption experience and customer satisfaction, the results showed that the former affects the latter, and in terms of intervening variables, both of these appeared to have a positive (+) effect on customer loyalty. Conclusions - This study suggests that family restaurants should look for strategies that focus on how to promote customer relationships. For example, restaurants could try birthday events or discount events to achieve this goal. Since the study ended up realizing relatively low levels of suitability and statistical significance, the path of the study changed. After all, in order to increase suitability and statistical significance, the study had to eliminate factors such as service quality and others and for this reason the study was unable to conduct the analysis as initially planned. In addition, the data samples of the research were mainly gathered from students, which made it hard to say that the analysis was carried out on samples from every different group. Future research should analyze the characteristics of each group of customers for factors affecting customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the family restaurant chain.

  • 공간정보는 정부정책 수립과 기업 경영활동 그리고 우리 일상생활 곳곳에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 세계 공간정보산업이 급속도로 성장하면서 글로벌 공간정보서비스를 제공하는 디지털어스 기업들이 출현하고 있다. 이에 따라 공간정보산업의 최근 동향을 짚어보고 공간정보산업의 핵심성공요인을 파악하는 것이 절실히 요구된다. 본 연구는 공간정보 산업의 환경 변화에 대응한 디지털어스 기업들의 전략을 비교 분석한 후 공간정보 산업의 핵심 성공 요인을 도출하였다. 더불어서 공간정보산업 환경변화를 면밀하게 추적하기 위한 공간정보산업의 가치사슬과 시장세분화를 수행하고 디지털어스기업들의 대응전략을 체계적으로 분석하기 위하여 전략 분석 프레임웍도 제시하였다. 도출된 핵심성공요인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 차별화된 품질의 공간정보 획득을 위해 노력해야 한다. 둘째, 소비자 지향적 융합콘텐츠의 확보에 주력해야 한다. 셋째, 고도화된 플랫폼 기능을 제공해야 한다. 넷째, 효과적이고 효율적인 글로벌 가치사슬의 구성이 필요하다.

다단계 DEA 모형을 활용한 공급망 품질경영 효율성 분석: 국내 방산업체를 대상으로 (An Efficiency Analysis of Supply Chain Quality Management Using the Multi-stage DEA Model: Focused on the Domestic Defense Industry Companies)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to present a methodology for assessing the efficiency of supply chain quality management considering characteristics of defense industries to provide academic and policy implications for strengthening quality competitiveness of military supplies. Methods: Using the defense industry's empirical data, conduct an efficiency evaluation by utilizing a multi-stage DEA/Entropy Model for defense industries subject to the quality level survey of military goods manufacturers in 2017. Results: The results of this study are as follows; the first step of the multi-stage DEA model, Quality Management Performance Efficiency Analysis, shows that the CCR model and the BCC model are more efficient than the parent company. the second stage of the multi-stage DEA model showed that the CCR model was slightly more efficient than the parent company and the BCC model was more efficient than the parent.the overall efficiency value of the multistage DEA model, calculated by multipointing the efficiency value of the first stage by the second stage, was more efficient than the parent. Conclusion: The results of this study show that the efficiency of supply chian quality management performance and profitability in the defense industry can be analyzed for the first time using the multistage DEA/Entropy model to identify specific inefficiencies and support objective decision making.

태양광 수직통합화가 사업가치에 미치는 영향: 효율성 및 유연성 (Vertical Integration of Solar business and its Value Analysis: Efficiency or Flexibility)

  • Why solar companies preferred vertical integration of whole value chain? Major solar companies have built internally strong vertical integration of entire PV value chain. We raise a question whether such integration increases the corporate value and whether market situation affects the result. To test these questions, we conducted multi-variant analysis where characteristic factors mainly affect the corporate value measured in terms of Tobin'Q, based on the financial and non-financial data of PV companies listed in US stock market between 2005 and 2010. We hypothesize that since integration increases the overall efficiency but decreases the flexibility to adjust to various market situation, the combined effect of the efficiency gain and the flexibility loss ultimately determines the sign of integration effect on the corporate vale. We infer that the combined effect will be influenced heavily by business cycle, as in boom market (Seller's market) the efficiency gain may be larger than the flexibility loss and vice versa in bust market. We test whether the sign of combined effect changes after the year of 2009 and which factors influence most the sign. Year of 2009 is known as the year when market shifted from Seller's to Buyer's market. We show that 1) integration increases corporate value in general but after 2009 integration significantly decreases the value, 2) the ratios such as Production/Total Cost, Cash turnover period chosen for reversal of the flexibility measure are negatively affect Tobin's Q and especially stronger after 2009. This shows the flexibility improves corporate value and stronger in the recess period (Buyer's market). These results imply that solar company should set up integration strategy considering the tradeoff between efficiency and flexibility and the impact of the business cycle on both factors. Strategy only based on the price competitiveness determined in boom time can bring undesirable outcomes to the company. In addition, Strategic alliances in some value chains as a flexible bondage should be taken in account as complementary choice to the rigid integration.

마코프 체인을 이용한 모바일 악성코드 예측 모델링 기법 연구 (Research on Mobile Malicious Code Prediction Modeling Techniques Using Markov Chain)

  • 모바일 악성코드는 웜에 의한 전파가 대표적이며, 웜의 확산 특징을 분석하기 위한 모델링 기법들이 제시되었지만 거시적인 분석만 가능하였고 특정 바이러스, 악성코드에 대해 예측하기는 한계점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 과거의 악성코드 데이터를 활용하여 미래의 악성코드의 발생을 예측 할 수 있는 마코프 체인을 기반으로 한 예측 방법을 제시하였다. 마코프 체인 예측 모델링에 적용할 악성코드 평균값은 전체 평균값, 최근 1년 평균값, 최근 평균값(6개월)의 세 가지 범위로 분류하여 적용하였고, 적용하여 얻어진 예측 값을 비교하여 최근 평균 값(6개월)을 적용하는 것이 악성코드 예측 확률을 높일 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Markov Chain Model을 이용한 구조물의 피로 신뢰성 해석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fatigue Reliability of Structures by Markov Chain Model)

  • 균열진전에 관한 많은 실험결과는 피로 균열진전 과정이 확률과정(stochastic process)임을 보여주고 있다. 따라서, 피로 균열진전에 관한 연구는 확률론적 기반에서 다루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 균열의 진전과정을 discrete Markov process로 가정하여, Bogdanoff가 제안한 Markov chain model(MCM)을 이용하여 구조물의 신뢰도를 평가할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 구조부재의 파괴형태로 누출, 소성붕괴 그리고 취성파괴를 취하였으며, 초기 균열크기의 변동성, 검사의 효과 등이 고려되었다. 또한, 불규칙 하중은 등가음력의 개념을 도입하여 처리하였다. 그리고, 구조물에의 계산례를 통하여 본 연구의 유용성을 보였다.
