본 연구에서는 기존 탄소배출 모니터터링시스템에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 각 가정의 에너지원별 사용량을 원격으로 자동 검침하여 그 데이터 처리/분석 결과를 사용자와 정책결정자에게 제공 할 수 있는 탄소배출 모니터링시스템(CEMS)을 설계 제안하였다. CEMS는 기존의 탄소배출 모니터링 장치들이나 통합 시스템에 사용자에 대한 피드백과 정책수립 자료 구축을 위한 통계처리 기능을 포함하였다. 시스템은 EA 분석을 통하여 탄소 배출량 측정, 가구당 배출량 관리, 마일리지 기준관리, 탄소 배출원 분석 등 6개의 영역으로 구성되었으며, 사용자의 인식과 정책자료 수립기능이 강화된 UI를 설계하였다. 지자체 행정정보시스템과 연계하여 각 기관의 DB 및 Open API를 공유 연동할 수 있으며, 개별 가구의 가구원수 및 주택특성에 따라 달라지는 에너지소비 패턴과 이를 통한 탄소배출량과의 연관성 분석을 가능하게 함으로써 향후 환경정책 수립을 위한 기초자료로 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

도로교통법이 개정되며 개인형 이동수단(특히, 전동킥보드) 이용에 대한 정책적인 개선방안이 제시되고 있다. 하지만 많은 기기들이 보도 위에 방치되는 등 이용상의 문제점을 해결하고자 하는 논의는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 서울시를 200m 격자로 구분하여 공유 전동킥보드의 대여량과 반납량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 특정공간을 기준으로 집계된 자료의 특성을 반영하기 위해 공간자기상관모형인 공간시차모형과 공간오차모형, 공간더빈모형, 공간더빈오차모형을 구축하였으며, 최종모형으로 공간더빈모형을 선정하였다. 영향요인 분석결과, 인구지표, 토지이용지표, 교통시설지표가 통계적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 평일과 주말의 이용특성을 고려한 효율적인 운영방안을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A study on what kind of problems young consumers experience in buying and using mobile phone services with a comprehensive and consumers oriented perspective is needed. Through this acknowledgement, we investigated (i) the degree of consumer problems that young consumers experience in purchasing and using mobile phone services, and (ii) the related variables that affect experiences of this consumer problem. The parents of the teenagers were also included in the survey because they experience the same problems young consumers' experience in buying and using mobile phone services. Data were gathered through an internet survey (www.embrain.com) and a total of 699 samples from 350 parents and 349 youths using mobile phone services were analysed. The results are as follows. First, the teenagers and parents' experience level of young consumers' problems were generally high experiencing similar kinds of problems. Second, parents experienced more young consumers' problems than the teenagers in buying and using mobile phone services, especially in misuse and abuse of the phones. Third, among the teenagers, the monthly usage fee music or game usage, the number of changes in mobile phone service operators, the number of replacement mobile phones and the gender had a significant effect on consumers' problems of mobile phone services. Among the parents, the monthly usage fee, music or game usage, confirmation of the bill, and the gender of their child were significant consumer problems. Based on results of our survey the direction of consumer policy and education was suggested for teenagers and their parents.

본 연구는 카드뉴스와 스트레이트 뉴스 형태 차이에 따른 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도, 만족도 및 지속사용 의도에 대한 수용자의 태도를 알아보기 위해 232명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 카드 뉴스는 스트레이트 뉴스보다 이용자가 이해하기 쉽고, 지속적으로 사용하고자 하는 욕구도 강했다. 둘째, 뉴스에 대한 이용자들의 태도 요인은 서로 간에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 주고 있었는데 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도는 만족도에 영향을 미치며, 만족도는 다시 지속사용 의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 이 영향의 강도는 카드 뉴스와 스트레이트 뉴스가 각각 달랐는데 카드 뉴스에서 만족도에 영향을 미치는 정도는 호감도, 이해도, 신뢰도 순으로 강했으며, 스트레이트 뉴스는 신뢰도, 호감도, 이해도 순으로 영향력이 강했다. 본 연구 결과는 수용자에게 선택받는 뉴스를 생산해 정보의 전달력과 파급력을 높여 뉴스의 정보 제공 기능을 강화할 수 있는 방법을 찾아가는데 실증적인 자료가 될 것이다.

This research has academic significance in that it uses the data from "Research on Usage of Korean Medicine Service and Medicine" to analyze the differences in usage of Korean medicine service by regions and genders on a national scale. The items analyzed were the sociodemographic characteristics, preferences of forms of Korean medicine service by gender and province. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences by marital status, education, occupation, and income (p<.01). Men used service for back pains (23.0%), muscle injuries (20.7%), back sprain (16.5%), ankle sprain (11.2%), and arthritis (10.5%). Women used service for back pains (26.5%), arthritis (18.7%), muscle injuries (12.9%), back sprain (12.1%), and indigestion problems (10.1%). There were statistically significant differences among men and women (p<.01). In the comparison analysis by cities, back pain was the biggest reason (p<.01), but there were differences from city to city; In Gwangju, back sprains (24.4%) and ankle sprains (16.1%) were first and second reasons, while In Ulsan, back sprains were the first reason (29.8%). By province level, back pains were the biggest reason for men, but there were differences by provinces (p<.05); In Chungbuk and Jeonnam, muscle injuries were first (23.7% and 23.9%, respectively). In conclusion, there were differences by cities and provinces in usage of Korean medical service, as well as by gender.

본 연구는 인공지능(AI) 디바이스가 차세대 정보통신기술(ICT)의 핵심 플랫폼으로 급부상하고 있고, 소비자들의 일상에 널리 적용되고 있는 인공지능 디바이스를 통해 소비자의 사용행태 및 사용자 경험에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 AI 디바이스 사용 경험이 있는 국내 소비자 600명을 대상으로 AI 디바이스의 속성 인식과 사용행태를 도출하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 속성 중 음악청취를 가장 많이 이용하였고, 날씨 정보제공과 같은 단순한 기능을 유용하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, AI 디바이스 사용자의 주요 사용기기는 AI 스피커, 스마트폰, PC, 노트북 등으로 확인되었다. 셋째, AI 디바이스에 대한 연상 이미지는 재미있는, 유용한, 신기한, 똑똑한, 혁신적인, 친근한 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 AI 디바이스의 특성을 반영한 사용 행태를 분석함으로써 향후 AI 디바이스를 활용한 사용자의 서비스 제공에 기여할 수 있다는 실무적 시사점을 갖는다.

본 연구의 목적은 청소년들이 인지하는 행복감에 따라 스마트폰 사용시간에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 질병관리청 홈페이지를 통해 제13차(2017) 청소년 건강행태 온라인 설문조사 원자료 사용 승인절차를 거쳐 만 12-18세 54,603명을 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 자료는 IBM SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 가중치를 부연한 후 복합 샘플 계획 파일을 생성하여 분석하였다. 행복한 그룹과 행복하지 않은 그룹의 스마트폰 사용에 따른 일반적 특성과 신체, 심리적 특성 간에는 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 그리고 스마트폰 사용시간에 영향을 미치는 요인은 행복하다고 인식한 청소년 그룹과 행복하지 않다고 인식한 청소년 그룹 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러므로 청소년들의 올바른 스마트폰 사용으로 행복도를 높여 삶의 질을 향상시킬 필요가 있다.

Purpose: This study focused on the societal changes associated with the entry into an ultra-aged society and the increase in single-person households. The core objective of this research is to investigate how social intelligent robots can bring about positive changes in the lives of individuals in single-person households and how such changes influence user satisfaction and the intention to use these robots. Methods: The study employed a cross-sectional analysis using a structural equation model. A survey designed to assess the impact of social intelligent robots' characteristics, such as perceived encouragement, empathy, presence, appearance, and attachment, on user satisfaction and usage intentions was conducted. Data were collected from a total of 335 users and analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: In the characteristics of social intelligent robots for single-person households, it was found that empathy, presence, and attachment significantly influenced satisfaction, while perceived encouragement, empathy, and attachment significantly influenced usage intentions. The research results indicate differences between enhancing user satisfaction and increasing the intention to use social intelligent robots. The findings suggest the essential need for a user-centric approach in the design and development of social intelligent robots. Additionally, it was observed that emotional support plays a crucial role in users' experiences with social intelligent robots. Conclusion: This study verified the impact of social intelligent robots on satisfaction and usage intentions based on users' experiences. It examined the influence of linguistic, visual, and personal characteristics of robots on user experiences, providing insights into how technological and human aspects of social intelligent robots interact to shape user satisfaction and usage intentions. Consequently, the study confirmed that social intelligent robots can bring positive changes to human life, emphasizing the necessity for the advancement of robot technology in a human-centric direction.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 이용자 밀집지역에 있는 도서관의 장서와 대출데이터를 정량적으로 분석하여 이용자들의 소장장서에 대한 장서활용도를 살펴보고 이를 토대로 다문화 도서관을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 안산다문화작은도서관을 대상으로 2016년부터 2022년까지 장서·대출 이용 데이터를 분석하였다. 연도별, 언어별, 주제별로 소장도서수, 대출수, 비중, 장서회전율과 이용계수를 산출하여 장서이용도를 파악하였다. 개별도서별 누적대출수를 기준으로 누적 합계를 산출하여 대출 분포와 장서이용율 추이를 살펴보았다. 다문화 장서의 평가와 장서활용도를 기반으로 증거 기반의 장서개발 지침에 활용할 근거를 제공하고 다문화 도서관을 위한 정책을 제안하였다.

데이터의 저장량이 이전 보다 더욱 증가하고 있는데, 이는 정부와 기업은 물론이고 일반 사용자의 적극적인 참여에 기인하고 있다. 이러한 빅데이터 시대에는 정부 및 공공기관의 역할이 중요하게 부각되는데, 이들은 공공의 목적을 이유로 일반 개인의 정보에도 접근하여 그것을 다룰 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빅데이터에 대한 현황과 대응방안을 국가별로 조사하여 몇 가지 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다. 연구결과 먼저 빅데이터와 관련된 인력 및 기술의 확보가 우선되어야 한다는 점을 들 수 있었다. 또한 정부와 민간 사이의 적극적인 공유와 개발노력이 동반되어야 한다는 것도 알 수 있었다. 그리고 데이터의 적재와 분석방법이 계속 발전되는 만큼 장기적인 전략 수립을 마련해야 한다는 점도 확인하였다. 결론적으로 빅데이터의 정책적 활용을 위해서는 데이터 관리의 중요성을 재인식하고, 개인정보 보호에 주력하여야 하며, 현실적용 능력을 배가시켜야 한다는 것을 시사점으로 제안하고자 한다.
