최근 도서관에서 실시하는 이용자 만족도 조사, LibQUAL+ 평가 등을 통해 계량적 데이터뿐만 아니라 이용자의 직접적 견해를 담은 이용자 코멘트 데이터가 점점 더 많이 수집되고 있다. 이러한 질적 데이터는 이용자의 입장을 이해하고, 도서관 서비스의 환경 개선이 필요한 영역을 확인하며, 이용자 니즈의 우선순위를 파악하는 등 도서관 서비스 개선을 위한 전략 수립에 유용한 자료로써 활용될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 이용자 코멘트 데이터는 그 내용이 분석되고, 분석 결과를 서비스 및 정책에 반영할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 이용자 코멘트 데이터의 활용성을 높일 수 있는 기반을 제공하고자, LibQUAL+ 설문의 이용자 코멘트 분석을 중심으로 하여 실제 외국 도서관의 LibQUAL+ 설문 이용자 코멘트 분석 방법을 알아보고, 분석을 위해 사용된 질적 데이터 분석 소프트웨어 및 분류표 등 분석도구에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한, 대표적 질적 데이터 분석 소프트웨어와 외국에서 LibQUAL+ 이용자 코멘트 분석을 위해 개발된 분류표를 최근 국내 대학도서관에서 시행된 LibQUAL+ 설문의 이용자 코멘트 일부에 적용하여 분석해봄으로써 그 유용성을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서 국내 항공사고조사를 위한 통합 데이터 관리 시스템 프로토타입 개발을 제안한다. 최근 항공사고 조사 장비의 발전에 따라 사고조사 시스템은 다양한 형태의 jpg, avi, 및 wav 파일 자료들을 수집 및 관리해야한다. 하지만 ECCAIRS 시스템의 경우 항공사고 조사 시 발생하는 다양한 자료를 관리하기 위한 별도의 데이터베이스를 구축하고 있지 못한 상황이며, 국내 항공사고 관리시스템 역시 동일한 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해외 주요 국가의 항공사고보고서 시스템을 분석하고 국내 환경에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 마련한다. 통합 데이터 관리시스템 프로토타입을 통하여 기존 자료와 최근 조사한 자료를 입력을 통하여 성능을 확인하였다. 이 결과를 이용하여 최종 통합 데이터 관리시스템의 완성을 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 예정이다.

베트남산 납작하루살이류 2종 (Iron martinus Braasch and Sold${\acute}$n 및 I.longitibius new species)의 유충을 기재하였다. Iron martinus유충은 1${\sim}$9 배마디에 있는 한쌍의 등가시에 의하여 구별되고, I.longitibius 유충은 상대적으로 긴 앞다리 종아리마디에 의하여 구별된다. 그들의 기재, 진단 형질, 검색 형질의 그림, 관찰한 표본, 분포, 서식처 및 생물 자료를 제시하였다.

울릉도 성인봉의 토양 시료에서 발견한 육각사다리응애 (신칭, Punctoribates hexagonus Brelese, 1908)를 국내에서 처음으로 보고한다. 이종의 형태적 특징을 기재하고 지리적 분포 정보를 제시한다.

There are three carpet-like Codium species with a broadly expanded thallus reported from Korea and Japan: C. latum Suringar, C. tapetum Y. Lee, and C. tenuifolium Shimada, Tadano and J. Tanaka. During surveys of green algal diversity, we encountered a Codium species with carpet-like thalli from several sites on Jeju Island. To confirm the taxonomic identity of these specimens, we studied the morphological features and obtained rbcL gene sequences. The morphological and sequence data indicated that the carpet-like Codium specimens from Jeju are C. tenuifolium from Japan, but distant from Japanese C. latum. We propose that the carpet-like specimens from Jeju should be renamed C. tenuifolium, instead of C. tapetum or C. latum. C. tenuifolium is characterized by a tenuous, carpet-like and erect thallus with a very short and slightly compressed stipe arising from a discal holdfast, sub-pyriform and clavate utricles with a tumid and swollen apical head, and globular or sub-globular gametangia issued at the basal portion of the utricles.

While conducting a floristic study of Korean hepatics, we discovered two unrecorded species, which were collected from wind holes near the Donggang River, Korea. Mannia fragrans (Balb.) Frye & L. Clark and Mannia androgyna (L.) A. Evans are hereby reported for the first time in Korea. M. androgyna is characterized by pale grayish oil bodies in both the aerenchyma and basal tissue, and saccate spores with a conspicuous proximal disc. M. fragrans is characterized by a gynoecial segment with a whitish apical brush of scales, a commonly aromatic smell, and areolate spores with a conspicuous proximal disc. Two unrecorded species are described and illustrated based on Korean material.

In the course of survey of marine algal flora in Korea, a red algal species was collected from Pohang located in the eastern coast of Korea. This shares features of Hypnea, and is characterized by more or less percurrent axis and numerous and short branchlets densely covering axis and branches with basal constrictions, and absence of lenticular thickenings in medullary cell walls. In a phylogenetic tree based on rbcL sequences, this species nests in the same clade as Hypnea esperi. Genetic distance between this Korean entity and H. esperi was in intraspecific range as 0.6%. This alga is identified as Hypnea esperi based on the morphological and molecular data. This is the first record of H. esperi in Korea.

Thalerosphyrus에 속하는 2종의 베트남산 납작하루살이 Thalerosphyrus vietnamensis (Dang)과 신종인 T. separatus n. sp.를 기재하였다. 신종인 T. separatus의 유충은 앞가슴 등판의 후측팽창부가 기부에서 분리되어 있고, 수컷성충은 Y자 모양의 음경으로 구별된다. 두 종의 유충 및 성충기에 대하여 진단형질의 삽화와 함께 기재하였고, 진단문, 분포, 서식처와 생태자료, 분류적 고찰을 제공하였다.

Post-harvest decay, caused by Penicillium spp. is a serious problem of fruits worldwide. Morphological characteristics and molecular markers were used to characterize 22 Penicillium isolates from apples, 18 isolates from pears, 60 from oranges and 18 from grapes and 23reference isolates representing related Penicillium spp. to assess their diversity and resolve their taxonomy. Based on morphological and physiological characteristics, the isolates were grouped as identical or very similar to P. digitatum, P. italicum, P. ulaiense or very similar to P. crustosum, P. expansum, P. solitum and unidentified Penicillium spp. Based on sequence comparisons of ITS region, variable site were presented within and among the species, but there variation were not correlated with the species. Cluster analyses of AP-PCR fragment patterns using UP and L45 primer and the -tubulin gene sequence, the Penicillium species were segregated into distinct groups. Particularly. the -tubulin partial sequence data provided support for species concepts based on morphological and physiological characteristics.

Due to the evolution of computer systems and the proliferation of Internet, numerous information resources have been constructed. The deluge of information makes the need to integrate information, which are distributed on the internet and are handled in heterogeneous systems. Recently, most of the XML -based information integration systems use XML DTD(Document Type Definition) for describing integrated global schema. However, DTD has some limitations in modeling local information resources such as datatypes. Although W3C's XML Schema is more flexible and powerful than XML DTD in specifying integrated global schema, it has more complex problems in resolving conflicts than using DTD. In this paper, we provide a taxonomy of conflict problems in integration information resources using XML Schema, and propose conflict resolution mechanism using XQuery.
