Recently, foreign utilities emphasize the importance of the value-added services based on Information Technology(IT) as one of the strategic technologies for establishing a new power system in the future digital society. They develop many different types of the value-added services and apply the systems for customer. In domestic case, the data from the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) System is used only for calculating the tariffs. Data from the AMR system can be strategic assets for utilities to provide the value-added services for customer. Development of the value-added services for utilities and customer needs processing and managing the AMR data. In this paper, the energy consulting service, which is adequate to new power system environment, is suggested for development of the value-added services. The application of the suggested service will bring the effect of reducing the monthly bill for customer. Also the service will give not only the effective demand side management(DSM) and load control, but also reduction of the investment for utilities.

We propose a effectiveness of the assistant pad during cardiopulmonary resuscitation and provide basic data for high quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The subjects of the study were 28 students in the emergency department who completed the BLS Health Care-Provider under the experimental study by the randomized crossover design. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 20.0 Version. The results of this study showed that chest compressions using assistant pads decreased pain and fatigue than normal chest compressions, and the depth of chest compressions was deeper than normal depth. The results of this study shows that the use of assistant pads between the one hand and the other hand during cardiopulmonary resuscitation may increase accuracy and depth were improved. Therefore intensive indicator also improved. However, with regard to the use of assistant pads, further studies will be needed to identify the potential for clinical use.

The retention of customer is an increasingly pressing issue in today's competitive environment. The proposes of this paper is a personalized defection detection and the procedure of prevention based on economic analysis of customer defection possibility, and behaviour state transition cost. This procedure is based on the observation that potential defectors have a tendency to take a couple of months or weeks to gradually change their behaviour before their eventual withdrawal. In this procedure, the SOM(Self-Organizing Map) is used to determine the possible states of customer behaviour from past behaviour data, and to prevent the defection of potential defectors, the proposed procedure recommends the desirable behaviour state for the next period based on the analysis of transition cost. and likelihood of defection. The case study has been conducted for a Korean on-line game provider to evaluate of this procedure.

CASE tools are complex software products offering many different features. Systems professionals have evaluated various CASE products from a feature and attribute basis. Each product has a different mix of strengths and weaknesses as perceived by the end user. Specific CASE tools support different steps of the applications development process as well as varying methodologies. In this paper we develop a method for evaluating CASE tools. The model has an analytic hierarchy process for evaluating CASE tools in terms of functionality, management efficiency, and support ability of provider, and a data envelopment analysis for overall evaluation considering cost and AHP results. We applied the developed model to a real world case study.

스마트폰에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 스마트폰 사용자가 증가하고 있다. 스마트폰 중에서도 안드로이드 스마트폰의 증가세가 가장 두드러지며 현재 국내 스마트폰 시장에서 가장 많은 점유율을 차지하고 있다. 스마트폰은 전화기능 외에도 다양한 기능을 가지고 있고 다양한 애플리케이션을 실행할 수 있으며 이러한 특징은 사용자들로 하여금 많은 일을 스마트폰으로 처리하게 하였으며 많은 데이터들이 스마트폰에 저장되게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터들을 수집하는 방법을 제안한다. 이러한 수집방법은 모바일 포렌식 분야에도 도움이 될 수 있으며 복잡해지는 정보들을 사용자가 관리하기 편하게 하는데도 도움이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 논리적인 정보획득 방법에 기반을 두어 안드로이드 프레임워크의 컴포넌트중 하나인 컨텐트 프로바이더를 통해서 안드로이드 스마트폰의 기본 애플리케이션이 제공하는 정보들을 수집하는 방법으로 정보를 수집한다.

Purpose: This study examined the impact factors of cesarean section based on the ecological approach in Korea. Methods: Population-based data (Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs) were used from 2,849 delivery cases during 2003~2009. Data were analyzed using geographic statistics with STATA 10.0 and hierarchical logistic regression with SPSS/WIN 12.0. Results: The range of cesarean section rate was 28.8~44.7% with geographic distribution. The proportion of mother's problem was increasing in choice of cesarean section. According to the ecological model, age of mother (OR=1.08), time of birth (OR=0.79), delivery in hospital (OR=1.83), delivery in clinic (OR=1.46), and education of mother (OR=2.61) had significant impact on cesarean section. Conclusion: This study contributes to provide the impact factors of the high cesarean rate in Korea ecologically. Policy maker and health care provider can consider these results to reduce cesarean section rate.

This paper is to cluster the AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) data. The load survey system has been applied to record the power consumption of sampling the contract assortment in KEPRI AMR. The effect of the contract assortment change to the customer power consumption is determined by executing the clustering on the load survey results. We can supply the power to customer according to usage to the analysis cluster. The Korea a class of the electricity supply type is less than other country. Because of the Korea electricity markets exists one electricity provider. Need to further divide of electricity supply type for more efficient supply. We are found pattern that is different from supplied type to customer. Out experiment use the Clementine which data mining tools.

GIS 관련 산업이 발전함에 따라, 공간 데이터의 상호 운용성이라는 문제가 제기되었다. 현재, 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 OGC는 공간 데이터 및 GIS에 대한 국제적인 표준을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 OGC의 Simple Features for OLE/COM 표준 사양을 준수하는 GIS 데이터제공자를 구현하여 기존의 공간 데이터베이스와 Geometry 컴포넌트간 공간 데이터에 대한 상호 운용성을 확인하고자 한다. 더 나아가 공간 데이터베이스와 Geometry 컴포넌트로 이루어지는 GIS S/W 시스템 성능 향상을 위한 GIS 데이터제공자 기반의 버퍼관리기법에 대한 설계 및 구현을 하고, 이에 대한 성능 테스트를 하고자 한다. 또한, GIS 데이터제공자 및 버퍼관리기법을 구현하여 앞으로 GIS 데이터제공자 기반의 황용 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Changing demographics and social values suggest that marketers will see an increase in the number of solo customers. Solo consumer often have different reasons for their solo consumer shopping experience. Proper offer of the shopping environment or services and proper training of the service provider to recognize these different motivation will result in a higher level of satisfaction for all solo consumer. The purposes of this study are to identify the demographic characteristics of solo consumer and investigate the difference of solo consumer' shopping orientation in clothes shopping process. To test research problems, Data were collected by means of a survey questionnaire, which was sent to 250 single in Pusan and Ulsan. In total, 224 were returned and 25 were unusable because of unacceptable levels of missing data. The Results were summarized as follows: First, solo consumer had higher incomes, and higher education experience. Second, solo consumer and non-solo consumer (companion consumer) group had significantly different shopping orientation about ostentationbrand, convenience, and hedonic.

Cloud computing is a currently developing revolution in information technology that is disturbing the way that individuals and corporate entities operate while enabling new distributed services that have not existed before. At the foundation of cloud computing is the broader concept of converged infrastructure and shared services. Security is often said to be a major concern of users considering migration to cloud computing. This article examines some of these security concerns and surveys recent research efforts in cryptography to provide new technical mechanisms suitable for the new scenarios of cloud computing. We consider techniques such as homomorphic encryption, searchable encryption, proofs of storage, and proofs of location. These techniques allow cloud computing users to benefit from cloud server processing capabilities while keeping their data encrypted; and to check independently the integrity and location of their data. Overall we are interested in how users may be able to maintain and verify their own security without having to rely on the trust of the cloud provider.
