본 논문은 융복합을 위한 범주형 데이터의 부공간에 의한 군집화에 대해서 다룬다. 범주형 데이터는 수치형 데이터에만 국한되지 않기 때문에 기존의 범주형 데이터들의 평가척도들은 순서화(ordering)의 부재와 데이터의 고차원성과 희소성으로 인하여 한계를 가지기 마련이다. 따라서 각각의 군집에 존재하는 범주형 속성들의 상호 유사도을 보다 근접하게 측정할 수 있는 조건부 엔트로피 척도를 제안한다. 또한 군집의 최적화를 위하여 군집내의 발산을 최소화하고, 군집간의 독립성을 향상시킬 수 있는 새로운 목적함수를 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 4개의 알고리즘과 비교검증하기 위하여 5가지의 데이터에 대하여 실험을 수행하였다. 비교검증을 위한 평가척도는 정확도, f-척도와 적응된 Rand 색인이다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법이 평가척도에 의한 결과에서 기존의 방법들보다 좋은 성능을 보였다.

The concepy of positive aging describles the adverse effects of age on the lifetime of units. Various aspects of this concepts are described in terms of conditional probability distribution of residual life times, failure rates, equilibrium distributions, etc. In this paper we will consider some partial ordering relations of life distribution under residual life functions and equilibrium distributions.

We first derive group ordering reference priors in a two-way mixed-effects analysis of variance (ANOVA) model. We show that posterior distributions are proper and provide marginal posterior distributions under reference priors. We also examine whether the reference priors satisfy the probability matching criterion. Finally, the reference prior satisfying the probability matching criterion is shown to be good in the sense of frequentist coverage probability of the posterior quantile.

When X and Y have independent normal distributions with equal coefficient of variation, we develop the reference priors for different groups of ordering for the parameters. Propriety of posteriors under reference priors proved. A real example is presented to compare the classical estimator and Bayes estimator.

인터넷과 인트라넷의 확산에 따라, 스트림 데이터 처리 (stream data processing) 와 같은 새로운 분야가 등장하게 되었다. 스트림 데이터의 특징은 실 시간적이고 연속적으로 생성된다는 것이다. 따라서 기존의 질의 처리와는 달리 질의 또한 연속적으로 처리된다. 본 논문에서는 시간에 따라서 예측할 수 없게 특성이 바뀌는 데이터 스트림에 대한 처리에 대하여 다룬다. 특별히, 본 논문에서는 스트림 데이터에 대한 질의문을 구성하는 연산자들 간의 효율적인 수행 순서 생성 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 시스템의 부담을 적게 주면서도 데이터의 변화에 따라 수행 순서를 변화시킨다. 또한 본 논문에서는 고정 연산자 순서와 비교하여 제안한 기법의 우수성을 보였다.

발주제도 혁신을 통한 국내 건설산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 목적으로 시작된 시공책임형 CM 사업이 공공부문에서 시범사업의 형태로 시행되고 있다. 그러나 정식 발주제도로 나아가기 위한 관련 법령 제정까지는 시간이 필요해 보이며, 사업에 대한 성과분석도 아직까지 미진한 상황이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현재 시행되고 있는 4개의 시범사업의 사업이전단계사업관리(Pre-Construction Service)에 대한 성과분석을 통해 사업의 효과와 신뢰성을 검증하고자 하였다. Team Building, 설계도서 정합성, 공기검토, VE, BIM 활용 등 총 5개의 분야에 대해 성과분석을 진행했으며, 참여자 면담조사를 통해 문제점을 확인하고 그에 대한 개선안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 이루어질 발주제도 법제화에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Recently, as the field of construction industrial is enlarged and the blanket control system is formed, the process plan considered from initial process formation to construction cost must be systematic and rational. So we have to propose and compose the new process formation system that divides the intention decisive property of construction data, its relationship and the data property according to process definitely and can express and control easily the public ownership of construction data and network process under the peculation control. So this study decides the field formation and construction data of the work according to the ordering and contract way to establish the process data system for the process plan, shows that the lot theory is necessary to form the economical construction field and proposes that the integrated formation system of construction data that is made by code system must be established.

New environment change of electric power system focused in consumer's energy supply and demand. But electric power reliability preservation and reliability improvement countermeasure also need for long-term. It is need that change equipments that is composing electric power system in well-timed time and by maintaining, prevent breakdown beforehand and prevent consumer's power interruption by equipment fail. However, as only quantitative estimation is available by reliability estimation method that is presented in existing, it is no to use in dictionary fault prevention. Therefore, applied optimum reliability preservation through existent equipment fault data analysis of electric power system in equipment replace side, and this when maintain equipment replace of electric power system for reliability preservation using responsiveness analysis to base ordering evaluate. In existing about main equipment plain that this paper is power system the valued failure rate use this by score and precedence of electric power system equipment for replace of system considered expense.

Although Korea has just passed the IMF intervention, the hotel business in Gyeongju does not seem to entirely recover from the econmic recession. In particular, the sales of food and beverage dominantly on domestic demand are still in difficulty. This research was undertaken in order to identify the problems of food control in the five-star hotels in Gyeongju area, and to recommend some suggestion of enhancing the current system to boost the revenue. It is revealed that most of the hotels in question are poorly operating for the food control. In particular, they have spent too much unnecessary cost for the ordering, inspecting, issuing and storing food. A five-star hotel is selected for the survey, and the data obtained from the survey are properly manipulated for the analysis. The problems of the food control system are as follows : Firstly, it hasn't developed a standardized manual for the ordering, inspecting, issuing and storing food. Secondly, an appropriate food control system incorporating the unique Gyeongju environment should be developed. Thirdly, 'first ordered, first issued' method should be applied to reduce to reduce the cost Lastly, few managers recognizes the importance of food control.

The objective of this research is to construct and build a software platform to enable collaboration among enterprise headquarters, product designers, software engineers, manufacturing plants, and suppliers which are locate at different remote locations via internet. In specific, agent technology is adopted as a software vehicle to automate demand and supply process in the internet environment. Agents are programs that act on behalf of their human users to perform laborious tasks such as information locating, accessing, filtering, integrating, adapting and resolving inconsistencies. Global competion is forcing the present day industry to produce high quality product more fast and inexpensively. In Korea, most labor-intensive industries have moved to China and other Asian countries for cost reduction. The need for fast information exchange has increased among the remote locations for the cooperation and coordination. In this research, a virtual global purchasing and ordering system will be constructured that distributes production schedule among remote places, acts as a bridge between the headquarters and manufacturing plants, distributes tasks and collates different solutions between demand and supply using agent. The external communication protocol takes HTML format, internal message handling requires SGML for document exchange, and KQML for agent implementation. The expected benefits will be : reduced cost of real-time information exchange, realization of global manufacturing environment, the maximum utilization of internet for the enterprise data exchange.
