본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.15.4a 근거리 무선 네트워크를 이용하여 다중 이동 로봇을 사용자 휴대 단말을 이용하여 실시간으로 편리하게 제어하기 위한 플랫폼을 설계하고 그 기본기능을 검증한다. 제안한 원격제어 플랫폼은 IEEE 802.15.4a 기반의 최초의 원격제어 플랫폼으로서 그 의의를 가지며, 자동 스페이싱(auto-spacing)을 기반한 다중 로봇 그룹이동과 IEEE 802.15.4a의 거리측정 기능과 초음파 및 자이로센서를 이용한 상대각측정 기능을 이용한 협동위치인식(cooperative localization) 기능을 제공하는데 기존 기법들과의 차별성이 존재한다.

최근 전 세계적으로 비만의 문제점이 드러남에 따라 국가적 차원에서 비만인구를 줄이기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 비만 해소에 가장 효율적인 운동으로 평가받고 있는 걷기운동을 효율적이고 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 도와주는 만보기는 다양한 형태의 기기 또는 어플리케이션으로 큰 인기를 얻고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 보다 정확한 만보기를 제작하기 위해 센서 및 체형, 신발의 종류에 따라 어떠한 특성을 가지는지 분석하고 효과적인 만보기 어플리케이션 구축 방법을 제안한다.

The purification of the MeOH extracts from the aerial parts of Aceriphyllum rossii Engler (Saxifragaceae) using column chromatography furnished fourteen compounds (1 - 14). The chemical structures of the isolated compounds were determined using mainly nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and mass spectrometry. All the isolated compounds were tested for their cytotoxic activity against LH-60, MCF-7 and HeLa cancer cells in vitro using a MTT assay method. Compounds possessing an olean-triterpenoid skeleton entirely exhibit dose dependent cytotoxic activity. These findings partially confirmed the anticancer effect of this medicinal plant, suggesting a further study on the anticancer potential of the triterpenoid structure in compounds from this plant.

Five known compounds, cimigenol (1), 25-O-acetylcimigenol (2), cimigenol 3-O-${\beta}$-D-xylopyranoside (3), ferulic acid methyl ester (4), and visnagin (5), were isolated from Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Ranunculaceae). The chemical structures of these compounds were determined on the basis of spectroscopic analyses including 2D NMR. Compounds 1 - 5 were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against the HL-60, MCF-7, and A549 cancer cell lines in in vitro. Among them, compounds 4 and 5 showed moderate inhibitory activity against HL-60 cancer cell lines with $IC_{50}$ values of 24.8 and 18.1 ${\mu}M$, respectively.

This study examines the effects of lightemitting diode (LED) light and temperature on lettuce growth. For plant growth, we used an LED bar composed of red, white and blue LEDs (4:1:2). Six types of cultivation equipment were used to measure the temperature. To compare their effects, the heights of the lettuces and the water temperatures were measured. The results demonstrated that the lettuce growth was optimal at $25^{\circ}C$.

반려 식물 시장의 변화에 따라 다양한 스마트 화분 시스템이 등장하고 있다. 기존의 스마트 화분 시스템에서 문제점들이 보였고, 이를 연구를 통해 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점들을 보완하여, 자동 충전이 가능하고, 초보자나 아이들이 친밀감을 가지고 식물을 기르기 적합한 시스템을 제안한다.

The effect of fermentation parameters and medium composition on the simultaneous mycelial growth and exo-polymer production from submerged cultures of Ganoderma applanatum was investigated in shake-flask cultures. The optimum initial pH for mycelial growth and exo-polymer production was 5.0 and 6.0, respectively. The optimum temperature was $25^{\circ}C$ and the optimum inoculum content was 3.0% (v/v). The optimal carbon and nitrogen sources were glucose and corn steep powder, respectively. After 12 days fermentation under these conditions, the highest mycelial growth was 18.0 g/l and the highest exo-polymer production was 3.9 g/l.

Novel fluoroionophore of dibenzothiazolyl-dibenzo-crown ethers were synthesized from diformal-dibenzo 18-crown-6 (24-crown-8) with 2-aminothiophenol, and they were characterizated by $^1H$-NMR, $^{13}C$-NMR, IR spectrum, Mass spectrum, elemental analyses, respectively. The fluorescent properties of the newly synthesized crown ether were examined with $Li^+$, $Na^+$, $K^+$, $Rb^+$, $Cs^+$, $NH_4^+$ and $CF_3COOH$, respectively. With protonation using $CF_3COOH$, the absorption bands of the new crown ethers are further blue shifted, the maximum emission wavelengths further red shifted.

인공지능 학습에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 학습에 필요한 데이터셋 구축에 필요한 많은 양의 데이터가 필요하다. 데이터셋 구축에 필요한 데이터들을 효과적으로 수집하기 위한 키워드 기반 웹크롤러를 제안한다. 구글 검색 API 를 기반으로 웹 크롤러를 설계하였으며 사용자가 입력한 키워드를 바탕으로 이미지의 URI 와 메타데이터를 지속적으로 수집하는 크롤러이다. 수집한 URI 와 메타데이터는 데이터베이스를 통해 관리한다. 향후 다른 검색 API 에서도 동작하고 다중 쓰레드를 활용하여 크롤링하는 속도를 높일 예정이다.
