Currently, drug-induced liver injury (DILl) has been reported to be common cause of acute hepatitis, and oriental medicine and folk remedies are no exception. However, because many studies about DILl have been reported by western medical society. they has taken the initiative of DILl not only for western drugs but also herbs. So, academia of oriental medicine should make an effort to progress herb-related DILl studies. We describe a patient of acute liver injury which had been caused by comfrey, albizzia julibrissin, ulmus davidiana var. japonica, red ginseng. We hope that this report helps for studying the diagnosis and management of herb-derived DILl. and for establishing a standard of oriental therapy to DILL.

‘Cough' can be developed by many causes and the first representative symptom for respiratory diseases which was first referenced in ${\ll}$So Mun${\cdot}$Hae Ron${\gg}$ (素問)${\cdot}$(咳論) and repeated in many medical books to date. Among those medical books, four representative men, Kum Won sa dae ga(金元四大家)- Yoo wan so(劉完素), Jang jong jung(張從政), Lee dong won(李東垣) and Ju jin hyeong(侏震亨), presented new ideas and opinions on rules of occurrence and transformation in disease due to prevalence of wars and febrile communicable diseases during the Kum-Won period(金元時代). I have concluded the following while researching the books of Kum Won sa dae ga(金元四大家).

Review of literature on stomachache. According to investigated the pathology of a stomachache about all sorts of falling ill, I have been obtained following conclusions. 1. The cause of Ui Wan Tong are clod-wet-ui wan, sik juk, dam eum, a huy1 be made of gi bul soon (氣不順). 2. Pain of Je sang bu are called jung wan tong, dae bok tong, jung cho tong, cause are sik juk, han sa, chung juk. pain of je ha bu are called so bok tong, hache tong, soh bok tong, so bok are devided two part, one is so eum sin the other is gul eum gan, cause are jo gyul dae jang, yul gyu1 bang kwang, hyul gyul bang kwang, porak hu ect. 3. Pain of je bu are called je bok tong, hwan je e tong, so bok je ju tong, and cause are juk yu1, jo si, dam hwa. Pain of yang hyup bu are called yang hyup ha so bok tong, yang bang ge hyup tong, yang hup jisang tong, cause are ban gi,yang myung jo geom. According to above results, the patholosy of a stomach ache about the part of falling ill in a course of transformation on the epidemic fever comes into the viscera.

본 논문은 현장에서 사용하고 있는 밸브 수압측정기를 3차원 자동설계 프로그램인 CATIA를 활용하여 설계하였다. 또한 3차원 유한요소 코드인 ANSYS를 활용하여 설계된 수압측정기에 대하여 유한요소 해석을 수행하여 내부압력에 따른 유체의 흐름을 구하였다. 본 해석결과를 활용하여 새로운 수압측정기를 개발함으로서 밸브 점검 시 시간을 단축하고, 사고를 방지하여 안전성을 향상시킨다.

Hepatic encephalopathy is caused by disorders affecting the liver. The exact cause of the disorder is unknown. It occurs changes in mental state, consciousness, behavior, personality and changes in mood include forgetfulness, confusion, disorientation, delirium, dementia, decreased alertness, daytime sleepiness, decreased responsiveness, progressive stupor, coma. As 3 admission patients into oriental hospital of daejeon university include 2 cases of cerebral infarction, 1 case of liver cirrhosis, we found those are all hepatic encephalopathy. But until the diagnosis is made, we have many mistakes to find correct. Among the mistackes, specialy mixed thing is to compare hepatic encephalopathy and cerebral infarction. So, we report these cases with a brief review of related literatures.
