For the DRT satellite transponder system, BER and total SNR to be required in the earth terminal are evaluated under the condition of HPA nonlinearity in the FBJ(full-band jamming) or PBJ(partial-band jamming) of uplink and downlink. In case that the satellite Inter bandwidth( Ws) is same to the earth terminal bandwidth($W_r$),in conditions of uplink JSR 10[dB], downlink JSR 10[dB] and processing gain 30[dB], linear transponder system shows that uplink SNR needs to be 14.2[dB] to achieve the total SNR 10[dB] requirement in downlink SNR 14[dB]. However, Nonlinear transponder system with OBO(output backoff) 2[dB] requires 20.1 [dB] uplink SNR. From the above results, the nonlinearity of HPA in the satellite transponder causes the degradation of BER performance so that it is of interest to consider the power increase.

본 논문은 군 위성통신에서 능동신호처리(OBP) 방식을 고려서 위협요소인 전대역잡음(FBN) 재밍 및 부분대역잡음(PBN) 재밍 환경하에서 BPT, DOT, DRT, SRT방식 중계기구조에 따른 통신 성능의 열화 정도를 비교분석하였다. FBN환경에서는 OBP의 모든 방식이 통신 가능하였고, PBN환경에서는 모든 OBP 방식의 통신이 불가능하였으나, 다이버시티의 증가에 따라 성능이 향상되어 통신이 가능함을 확인하였다. 그러나, BPT와 DOT방식은 PBN환경에서 다이버시티를 증가하여도 성능이 개선되지 않았다. 성능분석 결과 SRT의 성능이 가장 우수하였으며, 비용대 효과 측면을 고려할 경우 SRT의 위협에 대한 항재밍성능과 유사한 성능을 하고 비용이 효율적인 DRT 방식의 적용가능성을 확인하였다.

Infectious Pancreatic Necrosis Virus (IPNV) is one of the most important pathogens for inland fish farming and had been first reported in Korea from returning adult chum salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) at hatcheries on the east coast. During the past years, several viruses identified as IPNV were isolated not only from chum salmon, but also from gold fish (Carassius auratus), eel(Anguilla japonica), and rainbow trout (Salmo gairdneri). An isolate, coded DRT, from fingerlings of pan-cultured rainbow trout in Daechung Dam showed different serotype from three known reference serogroups of IPNV such as VR-299, Sp, and Ab. Antisera to three of these serotypes, however, partially neutralized the infectivity of this isolate. Anti-Sp type was rather effective than either anti-VR-299 or anti-Ab, implying DRT could be more closely related to Sp. DRT has been purified and its RNA genome segments were compated showing that the isolate does not belong to any of known serogroups even with some common antigenicity.

This study investigates the usefulness of body fix in 4DRT on Liver cancer trying to find tumor tissue's volume and located variations, absorbed dose on tumor and normal tissues. Test subjects 23 patients were agreed these test. These patient's have a 4 dimensional CT scan. We make an acquisition on patients CT image by two types -put on the body fix or not-. Average tumor volume reduced by 0.17% on GTV and 3.2% on CTV and PTV. Tumor's variation reduces 29.8%(anterior and posterior, AP) and 5.31% (upper and lower, UL). The absorbed tumor doses under put on the body fix was a little higher(1.3%) than other. Normal tissues'(normal liver, stomach, Rt. kidney, spinal cord) absorbed dose could be reduced approximately 5%. Therefore, using body fix on 4DRT for liver cancer patient is considered effectively.

Panax ginseng leaf tea was developed for the functional benefit of health, preference and convenience. The leaves of 4-year-old ginseng were selected in July and August. The ginseng leaf was treated by three methods : heat processed tea(HPT), aged tea(AGT) and hot-air dried tea(DRT). The contents and compositions of their crude saponin of ginseng leaves were measured. 1. The content of crude saponin of HPT was the higher than other treatments. The content of HPT was 18.72∼18.82％, ACT 18.24∼18.29％ and DRT 17.02∼17.17％. 2. The harvest time and treatment methods were not affect the composition of ginsenoside in ginseng leaf tea. The ginsenoside-Re was shown the highest value as 1.97∼2.15. And ginsenoside-Rd was 1.48∼1.79, -Rg$_1$ 1.33∼1.58 and -Rb, -Rb$_2$, -Rc in the order. 3. The content of protopanaxadiol(PD) and protopanaxatriol(PT) was shown that DRT was 1.11∼1.13, HPT 1.09～l.12 and AGT 0.92∼1.02. The content of PD and PT were shown similar result at any harvest time. 4. The contents of crude saponin extracted by hot-water at 5 min was the higher ratios in HPT and harvested in July than other treatments. The content of crude saponin of ginseng leaf harvested in July was 15.88% and HPT was 16.88%. The order of contents of ginsenoside were -Re, -Rd, -Rg$_1$, -Rb$_1$, -Rb$_2$, and - Rc. The extraction ratio of crude saponin extracted by the circulated extraction method in 8 hours and 5 min extraction were 81.74∼84.38％. And HPT of ginseng leaf harvested in July was the highest value 84.3％ but the extraction ratio of ginsenoside was 78.00～88.13%. But the extraction ratio of ginsenoside was similar trend in all treatments.

Purpose: We aimed to analyze the treatment outcome and long-term toxicity of 70 Gy hypofractionated intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) for localized prostate cancer using a customized rectal balloon. Materials and Methods: We reviewed medical records of 86 prostate cancer patients who received curative radiotherapy between January 2004 and December 2011 at our institution. Patients were designated as low (12.8%), intermediate (20.9%), or high risk (66.3%). Thirty patients received a total dose of 70 Gy in 28 fractions over 5 weeks via IMRT (the Hypo-IMRT group); 56 received 70.2 Gy in 39 fractions over 7 weeks via 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (the CF-3DRT group, which served as a reference for comparison). A customized rectal balloon was placed in Hypo-IMRT group throughout the entire radiotherapy course. Androgen deprivation therapy was administered to 47 patients (Hypo-IMRT group, 17; CF-3DRT group, 30). Late genitourinary (GU) and gastrointestinal (GI) toxicity were evaluated according to the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group criteria. Results: The median follow-up period was 74.4 months (range, 18.8 to 125.9 months). The 5-year actuarial biochemical relapse-free survival rates for low-, intermediate-, and high-risk patients were 100%, 100%, and 88.5%, respectively, for the Hypo-IMRT group and 80%, 77.8%, and 63.6%, respectively, for the CF-3DRT group (p < 0.046). No patient presented with acute or late GU toxicity ${\geq}$grade 3. Late grade 3 GI toxicity occurred in 2 patients (3.6%) in the CF-3DRT group and 1 patient (3.3%) in the Hypo-IMRT group. Conclusion: Hypo-IMRT with a customized rectal balloon resulted in excellent biochemical control rates with minimal toxicity in localized prostate cancer patients.

The structural wooden members of the ancient building are deteriorated by fungi and termite over time. The deteriorate of the members causes the decrease of the specific gravity and the strength of it, so the stability of the building is threatened. Therefore, in this study, the evaluation of the specific gravity, which is correlated with the strength of the wood, was conducted in the post member using Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE) - Drilling Resistance Test (DRT). For the purpose of it, the specific gravity and drilling resistance of small specimens was measured to obtain the correlation between the specific gravity and the drilling resistance. And then, the drilling resistance test of the post members, which were expected to have the deteriorated parts, was performed. Consequently, the correlation between the specific gravity and the drilling resistance was very high ($R^2=0.89$) and the distributions of the specific gravity were evaluated for the each member. Also, the results were verified by the visual inspection of the cross section of it. Especially, the various variations of the wood member such as the deteriorated parts with termite or fungi and the crack could be detected exactly but the knot couldn't because the drill could pass by or could not penetrate the knot.
