  • This paper presents the DOD (Drop-On-Demand) characteristic using the electrostatic field induced inkjet printing system. In order to achieve the DOD characteristic of electrostatic field induced inkjet printing, applied the bias voltage of 1.4 kV and the pulse voltage of $2.0\;kV\;{\sim}\;2.7\;kV$ using high voltage pulse generator. Electrostatic field induced droplet ejection is directly observed using a high-speed camera and for investigated DOD characteristic, CNT ink used. The electrostatic field induced inkjet head system has DOD characteristic using pulse generator which can be applied pulse voltage. The bias voltage has a good condition which form meniscus and has micro dripping mode for small size micro droplet. Also, the droplet size decreases with increasing the applied pulse voltage. This paper shows DOD characteristic at electrostatic field induced inkjet head system, Therefore. electrostatic DOD inkjet head system will be applied industrial area comparing conventional electrostatic inkjet head system.

  • 배터리의 가용 영역에 따른 효율적인 운영 방법을 판단하기 위해 방전 깊이(Depth of Discharge; DOD)에 따라 배터리의 노화 상태 및 에너지를 계산하여 최적의 가용 영역을 판단한다. 배터리의 상태를 판단하기 위한 지표로써 건강 상태(State of Discharge; DOD)와 출력 상태(State of Power; SOP)의 분석을 통해 비교한다. 노화 파라미터 및 DOD에 따른 노화 차이를 반영한 알고리즘 구현 및 배터리팩과 시스템 레벨의 효율적인 운영 방안에 관해 연구한다.

  • 본 연구를 통하여 P. aeruginosa PR3를 이용하여 DOD를 생산하기 위해 저가의 기질로서 필리핀 너트유가 효과적으로 사용될 수 있음을 확인하였으며 배지에 첨가되는 여러 영양인자들의 영향을 조사하여 DOD 생산성을 크게 향상시킬 가능성이 있음도 확인하였다. 따라서 DOD 생산에 이용되는 올레산을 식물성오일로부터 별도의 생산과정을 거쳐 생산하지 않고 식물성오일자체를 직접 기질로 사용함으로서 PR3 균주를 이용하여 고부가가치의 DOD를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

  • Battery is an energetic collector of solar cell system. Battery which is used in the system must have many qualities in the followings. The battery must be "Deep Cycle Battery" type. In addition, the battery is Cleary indicated the percentage of DOD. The indication of DOD is used for calculation other valve used in solar cell system. Currently, the percentage of DOD of battery is fixed by battery manufacture. If users would like to calculate is introduced % DOD, the users have to check the battery at least 12 months. This article is introduced battery deep of discharge meter by using theory of lead acid battery under deep cycle type and including the theory of DC. Current and internal resistance of battery. The data used for analyzing are collected according to the theories. The data will be calculated by monitor unit and controller systems.

  • This paper presents the method of ESS energy capacity calculation for stand-alone renewable energy generation system consisting of photovoltaic energy. There is almost no power from photovoltaic system during sunless days. So this source is very weak in terms of the power supply reliability. To improve problem of power supply, battery is mainly used Energy Storage System(ESS). The number of sunless days and Depth of Discharge(DOD) is important factor to determine energy capacity of battery. However, a many study for economical design is required due to the high cost of ESS. In this paper, we propose the new method of ESS energy capacity calculation by applying different DOD for operation with and without sun. We determine the Battery capacity using higher DOD of operation during sunless day than the DOD of the normal operation. And we carried out an economic analysis of the calculation results.

잔디와 시금치의 Thylakoid Membrane으로부터 엽록소-단백질 복합체의 분리와 그 특성 (The Isolation and Characterization of Chlorophyll-Protein Complexes in Thylakoid Membranes from Zoysia japonica and Spinach oleracea)

  • The chlorophyll-protein complexes were separated from thylakoid membranes of Spinach oleracea and Zoysia japonica by two gel Systems of LiDodSO4-PAGE and LiDodSo4/Urea- PAGE under nondenaturing conditions. Seven chlorophyll~protein complexes of CPI*, CPI, CPII*. CP47, CP43, CP29 and CPII were fractionated from both S,oleracea and Zjaponica by LiDodSO4-PAGE. CPI, CP47 and CP43 contained more chlorophyll a than chlorophyll b. The patterns of their absorption spectra at room temperature were similliar to that of chlorophyll a, judging by their UV-spedtroscopy. On the other hand, CPII* and CPII contained approximately equim-olar quantities of chlorophyll a and b. Additional five chlorophyll-protein complexes not separated in the LiDodSO4-PAGE system were electrophoretically isolated from both S, oleracea and Zjaponica by LiDodSO4/Urca-PAGE. The chlorophyll-protein complex just above LRCII $\alpha$in the gel appears CCII-RC separeted recently. 23 kDa and 20 kDa cho-protein complexes is probably LHCIa and LHCIb as judged from their molecular weight. Two novel chlorophyll~protein complexes designated "CPI7" and "CPI6" were fractionate by this gel system. Their molecular weights respectively. Although the stoichiometry of their components and their roles in thylakoid membranes are not apparant, It is thought that they are another kinds of LHCI.other kinds of LHCI.

  • Drop-on-Demand (DOD) inkjet printing technology, especially piezo-typed, has been paid attention by industries due to its inherent nature of unbeatable material usage and low cost manufacturing cost. Despite of these key advantages over any other competing manufacturing technologies, the primary disadvantage has been considered as its limited capability to produce fine resolution patterns with a commercially available DOD inkjet print head. Although the main effort has been focused on the production of a DOD inkjet print head with smaller nozzles to overcome this challenging issue, an alternative approach could be taken and it would enable to expand the employment of DOD inkjet printing technology to applications requiring fine patterns further more.

  • 본 논문에서는 바이스태틱 MIMO(Multi-Input Multi-Output) 레이더 시스템에서 다중 신호의 DOA(Direction of Arrival)의 추정을 위한 2차원 Matrix Pencil Method(MPM) 기반 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 2차원 MPM은 낮은 SNR 환경에서도 기존 알고리즘에 비해 적은 연산량으로 다수의 DOA 추정이 가능하고, 송신기에서의 표적 각도인 DOD(Direction of Departure)도 동시 추정이 가능하다. 본 알고리즘의 성능을 확인하기 위해 등간격 선형 배열구조의 MIMO 레이더 시스템에서 SNR에 따른 DOA 및 DOD의 RMSE(Root Mean Square Error)를 확인하였고, 2차원 Capon 기법과 비교하였다.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa PR3에 의한 기능성지방산 Hydroxy fatty acid 생산에 있어 배양용기 형태에 따른 영향 (Effect of Flask Type on the Production of Value-added Hydroxy Fatty Acid by Pseudomonas aeruginosa PR3)

  • Hydroxy fatty acids have gained important attentions because of their special properties such as higher viscosity and reactivity compared to non-hydroxy fatty acids. The new bacterial isolate Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PR3) had been well studied to produce mono-, di-, and tri-hydroxy fatty acids from different unsaturated fatty acids. Of those hydroxy fatty acids, 7,10-dihydroxy-8(E)-octadecenoic acid (DOD) was produced with high yield from oleic acid by P. aeruginosa PR3. Mostly, the substrates used for the production of hydroxy fatty acid by microorganisms were free fatty acids or synthetic lipids. However, it is highly plausible to use vegetable oils containing oleic acid such as olive oil for DOD production by P. aeruginosa PR3. As a first step to address the utilization of olive oil as a substrate for DOD production, we tried to determine the effect of vessel type on DOD production from olive oil by P. aeruginosa PR3. Of two different flask types of normal flask and baffled-flask, baffled-flask was highly effective for DOD production with all the media tested. Maximum increase of productivity by baffled-flask represented 221% with the medium supplemented with whey powder instead of lactose. Results from this study demonstrated that vessel type and medium composition could be both significant factors for DOD production from olive oil by P. aeruginosa PR3.

Semi-Gel 전해액이 전력저장용 배터리에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Semi-Gel Electrolyte in Electricity Storage Battery)

  • 태양광 또는 풍력을 이용해 발생된 에너지를 효율적으로 저장과 사용을 위한 납 축전지의 성능을 향상 시키기 위해 전해액을 Semi-gel화 하여 납축전지에 적용하여 시험한 결과, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. Semi-gel 전해액은 silica를 5wt.% 혼합한 전해액이 1시간 30분경과 시 gel화가 시작되었다. 이는 전해액이 격리판과 극판 활물질 내부까지 완전히 스며들기에 충분한 시간으로 가장 적정한 gel화 시간을 나타내었다. Semi-gel 전해액을 사용한 납축전지와 액상 전해액을 사용한 납축전지의 방전 성능을 비교한 결과, 저율방전 성능은 semi-gel전해액이, 고율방전 성능은 액상 전해액이 높은 성능을 나타내었다. 이는 gel 전해액의 경우 액상 전해액에 비해 반응속도가 느려 고율방전 성능이 낮은 것으로 나타내었다. 수명성능을 DOD 10%, DOD 100%로 시험한 결과, 5%-silica 전해액이 액상 전해액을 사용한 납축전지에 비해 우수한 수명 성능을 나타내었다. 이는 Semi-gel상 태의 전해액이 납축전지 내부 화학반응 시 발생하는 gas의 재결합 효율을 높여 전해액 감액량이 최소화로 한 결과로 수명성능에서 큰 차이를 나타내었다. 태양광, 풍력 등과 같은 에너지 저장 효율을 높이고, 수명성능을 향상시키기 위해 전해액에 5%-silica전해액을 사용하면 전해액의 감액량이 최소로 되어 DOD 100% 수명시험의 경우 4.8%, DOD 10% 수명시험의 경우 20%의 수명성능이 향상되었다.
