Did to certificate other realm because search position of outside realm through DNS and apply X.509 directory certification system, acquire public key from DNS server by chain (CertPath) between realms by certification and Key exchange way that provide service between realms applying X.509, DS/BNS of PKINIT base. In order to provide regional services, Certification and key exchange between realms use Kerberos' symmetric method and Session connection used Directory service to connection X.509 is designed using an asymmetric method. Excluded random number ($K_{rand}$) generation and duplex encryption progress to confirm Client. • Direct numerical simulations (DNS) of turbulent channel flow for which the drag is reduced by using polymer additives have been performed by a pseudo-spectral method. The Reynolds number based on the friction velocity and half-channel height is 395, and the polymeric stresses due to the polymer additives are evaluated using the FENE-P (finitely extensible nonlinear elastic-Peterlin) model. The numerical results show that the drag reduction rate is significantly affected by the parameters used in the FENE-P model, such as the maximum extensibility and relaxation time of the polymer molecules. The turbulence data for both low- and high-drag reduction regimes are analyzed. In addition, the effects of FENE-P model parameters on the flow characteristics have been investigated for the same drag reduction rate due to the polymer additives. Finally, the present DNS results have been used to verify the correlation between rheological parameters and the extent of drag reduction, which was suggested by Li et al. (2006).

  • In this paper, a new 'presumed' Probability Density Function (PDF) approach coupled with a Lagrangian tracking method is proposed for turbulent combustion modeling. The test and the investigation of the model are conducted by comparing the model results with DNS data for a premixed flame subjected in a decaying turbulent field. The newly constructed PDF, which incorporates the instantaneous chemical reaction term, demonstrates consistent improvement over conventional assumed PDF models. It has been found that the time evolution of the mean scalar, the variance and the mean reaction rate are strongly influenced by a parameter deduced by a Lagrangian equation which takes into account explicitly the local reaction rate. Tests have been performed for a moderate Damkohler number, and it is expected the model may cover a broader range of Damkohler number. The comparison with the DNS data demonstrates that the proposed model may be promising and affordable for implementation in a moment-equation solver.

  • A RAM-based Neural Net(RBNN) which has multi-discriminators is more effective than RBNN with a discriminator. Experience Sensitive Cumulative Neural Network and 3-D Neuro System(3DNS) that accumulate the features point improved the performance of BNN, which were enabled to train additional and repeated patterns and extract a generalized pattern. In recognition process of Neural Net with multi-discriminator, the selection of class was decided by the value of MRD which calculates the accumulated sum of each class. But they had a saturation problem of its memory cells caused by learning volume increment. Therefore, the decision of MRD has a low performance because recognition rate is decreased by saturation. In this paper, we propose the method which improve the MRD ability. The method consists of the optimum MRD and the matching ratio prototype to generalized image, the cumulative filter ratio, the gap of prototype response MRD. We experimented the performance using NIST database of NIST without preprocessor, and compared this model with 3DNS. The proposed MRD method has more performance of recognition rate and more stable system for distortion of input pattern than 3DNS.

  • Recently developed FDS5 CFD code has employed a near-wall flow treatment method which is Werner-Wengle wall law provided by NIST(National Institute of Standards and Technology). In this study, the wall law has been verified against DNS(Direct Numerical Simulation) data in the parallel plate. The $y^+$ was kept above 11 to fulfill the near-wall flow requirement in the grid generation. The total grid was $32{\times}32{\times}32$. The boundary condition for inlet and outlet was periodic condition and for both side, symmetric condition was used. The fully developed turbulent flow was generated and Re = 10,700. The simulated results were compared with DNS data. RANS results were also used for verification.

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate the accuracy and efficiency of different methods used for the fermentable sugar assay in the production of Makgeolli sul-dut. In the initial stage of fermentation, Ipguk treatment produced a higher alcohol content compared to the Nuruk treatment. However, the alcohol content was not significantly different between the two starters at the final stage of fermentation. Acidity in the Ipguk treatment was higher than that of Nuruk throughout the fermentation period. After analyzing the fermentable sugars using dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS), Fehling's method, refractometer, glucose kit, and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), it was confirmed that the HPLC method was the most accurate for fermentable sugar quantification. In both types of starters, DNS and Fehling's methods showed results comparable to HPLC in terms of fermentable sugar content, while the glucose kit and refractometer analyses showed relatively large discrepancies, indicating that the Fehling's method could also be effective for the analysis of fermentable sugars in the manufacture of Makgeolli.

  • This experiments was designed for development of Fusarium oxysporum strains with enhanced activity of polygalacturonase by means of mutants and protoplasts fusion. Six auxotrophic mutants of F. oxysporum were induced by treatment of MNNG. Protoplasts from mutants were formed from early exoponential mycelium after treatment with driselase(10 mg/ml) using 0.6 M KCl as osmotic stabilizer. Fusion experiments between protoplasts of several auxotrophic mutants were done using polyethyleneglycol 8,000 and $CaCl_2$. The frequency of fusion was $5.0{\times}10^{-3}$ as determined from several experiments. Activity of polygalacturonase was determined by the methods of modified DNS. Consequently, the polygalacturonase activities of mutants and fusant derived F. oxysporum were 1.4 to 3.5 times greater than that of the parental strain, and mutant Fx-2 seemed to be the best strain. Thus, the method we used seemed to be favorable for the improvement of strains.

  • We conducted a direct numerical simulation (DNS) to establish database for the purpose of improvement of practical method which is applicable to cavitating turbulent flows. Cavitations caused by spanwise and streamwise vortices, which are typical features in high shear layer, is represented by a simple model and interaction between vortices and cavities is reproduced. The qualitative agreement between computation and experiment are reasonable. Cavities due to streamwise vortices in a shear layer seem to attenuate turbulent eddies.

  • The security key management function is a key element to secure network environment, and many protocols include IPSec, HIP, etc. demand this function. There are two solutions to provide the key management function in the network layer, one is a method for storing security key material in the directory, and the other is a method for storing security key material in DNS. In this paper we present an implementation of key management system by LDAP. We deployed the open source solutions for directory service(OpenLDAP), cryptographic algorithm (FLINT/C), IPSec(FreeS/WAN), and verified the key management system by the encrypted message exchange and the interoperability test by un daemon.

  • Microorganisms were isolated from Dongchundang(wooden cultural heritage) with PDA medium culture. Nineteen species shows the cellulolytic activity. Methylobacterium sp. was the most active in cellulose degradation. The growth curve and pH were measured during incubation of the microorganism for 72 hours. The pH was increased with the increasing of microbial growth. The degree of cellulose degradation was determined with the amount of reducing sugar by use of dinitrosalicylic acid (DNS) method. The amount of reducing sugar was decreased after 45 hours. As a results, It should suggested that wood component were deteriorated by Methylobacterium sp..
