다수 사용자를 위한 교육용 DNC 시스템의 구현 (Implementation of educational DNC system for multiple users)

  • The importance of training for NC, CNC and Machining Center has been greatly increased. This paper presents implementation of a DNC system and operating software for educational purpose. This system is able to connect 8-32 CNCs to Control PC with RS232 multi-port serial card. Therefore, it allows much efficiency in training even after costs are considered. The KISCO DNC S/W for above system includes various communication function, communication parameter setting, program editor, tool management and user-friendly environment.

  • This paper presents the study on the development of a DNC, system IPIS(Interactive Plant Information System)/DNC, which can manage NC machines and robots as a distributed control method in the machine. processing factory. The IPIS/DNC system is composed of a host computer, satellites and NC machines. A set of software modules are developed on the host computer and the satellites separately. By modularizing each functions of the IPIS/DNC system and using multi-taking method, the functions such as NC program management, NC program distribution, and shop monitoring can be performed on the host computer, and the functions such as NC program transfer to the NC machines, and NC program editing can be performed on the satellites. A Relational database which is linked with job scheduling system is used for IPIS/DNC system.

  • In this study, it is developed the interactive DNC(Direct Numerical Control) system, in using RS-232C cable and auxiliary computer, through the diagnosis of planning process and information evaluation. this DNC system recognize the Manufacturing planning and control it. This DNC system has a different notation. It can be done by an operator who hasn't knowledge about personnel computer. It is operated with automatic planning and measurement tec. by operator, using part program on the NC(Numerical Control).

This software was developed with C and Windows programming. It was proved in function and stability by iterative field tests.

  • 설계, 가공, 조립, 검사기술로 대표되는 생산시스템의 근간 기술은 공작기계에 의한 부품가공 소위, 기계 가공 기술이다. 가공에 필요한 NC 프로그램의 효율적인 관리를 위해 이용되던 종래의 DNC(Direct Numerical Control) 는 가공 Cell 의 효율을 높이기 위해, CNC 가공기 및 주변기기에 대한 실시간 감시/제어기능을 가진 분산제어시스템( DNC(Distributed Numerical Control)으로 발전하고있다. 본 연구에서는 이기종 CNC로 이루어진 가공 Cell에 적합 하고, 경제성, 범용성 및 확장성을 고려하여 RS485 Network 및 RS232C를 이용하여각 CNC 공작기계 및 주변기기와 연결 해서 실시간(Real Time) 동시작업(Multi Tasking) 가능한 DNC 시스템을 개발하였다.

  • In this paper, we propose an architecture of the DNC system for Shop Floor Control/Point of Production(SFC/POP). The DNC system to be presented this paper retrieves line-up sheets which include the drawing information, making a index database for line-up sheets, NC programs and tool adjustment data. And it is interface with a raw material, jig and tool information. Also, the DNC system transmits operation information to real workers rapidly, and supports realtime monitoring by collecting the state information of machines directly. In the analysis and design phases, this paper models realtime events using the state transition diagrams. In the implementation phase, we use the ORACLE DBMS(Database Management System) as the DBMS and Developer 2000 and Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0 as the programming tools.
