Blueberry producers' management is failing as a result of the price decline caused by an increase in blueberry imports and the accompanying deterioration in management. Consequently, an endeavor was undertaken to verify the measurement and impact from the standpoint of efficiency and productivity of blueberry management, and to offer an indication of management improvement through analysis. Using the Rural Development Administration's income survey data, the data for twenty-four blueberry farms was analyzed. First, the management effectiveness of blueberry cultivators was evaluated. Using the CCR model (0.7297) and the BCC model (08148), the efficiency of a farm was examined. When the efficiency is one, CCR is ten and BCC is fifteen, and in overall, it was found to be ineffective, the efficiency declined from 2018 to 2019, but climbed again in 2020, according to the annual analysis. The MPI index was then used to examine productivity. T2's MPI index was 1.3338, whereas T3's MPI index was 0.8896, demonstrating a considerable decline in TC. This indicates that technological progress is not being accomplished, necessitating the need for countermeasures. In order to improve the management efficiency of blueberry producers, it is necessary to reduce costs and improve receivable prices through producer organization, and to actively introduce new technologies.

물류기업은 가장 저렴한 원가구조를 갖는 지역에 생산, 물류거점 기지를 운영하며 세계시장을 대상으로 제품을 매매하는 경영방식을 선택하고 있다. 물류네트워크 상에서 물류창고는 적절한 위치에서 적절한 시기에 효과적으로 운영하므로 부가가치를 창출하여 효율성 제고를 통한 경쟁력 강화방안이 FTA에 대한 대응방안이 되고 있다. 물류기업은 물류창고의 역량을 강화하기 위하여 구조적 경쟁력 방안을 강화하므로 국내의 물류창고의 운영 효율성과 생산성 취약하므로 효율성과 생산성 분석은 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 2005년-2009년까지 지역별 물류창고 효율성 분석을 하였으며 동태적 안정성검증에서는 서울특별시, 부산광역시, 대구광역시, 전라북도가 안정적이며 생산성 변화를 측정한 결과는 광주광역시와 제주도의 경우 4기간 평균 생산성지수는 각각 2.553과와 2.602로 생산성이 약 255%와 260% 증가하였다. Catch-up 분석 해석 결과는 대전광역시, 전라북도, 경상남도 경영상 효율성의 악화가 이루어졌으며 Frontier 분석 해석결과는 서울특별시가 가장 낮고 광주광역시가 높은 기술진보가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다.

우리나라 상호금융조합은 안정적이고 지속가능한 성장과 경쟁력 확보를 위해 효율성 및 생산성을 높이기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 2012-2018 기간 중 상호금융조합의 효율성과 생산성을 분석하고, 효율성 및 생산성 제고를 위한 시사점을 제시한다. 분석을 위해 기존의 연구에서 사용된 전통적 블랙박스 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 모형에서 벗어나, 단계 및 동태 분석이 보다 세부적으로 가능한 Dynamic-Network Slacks-Based Measure(DNSBM) 모형을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 상호금융기관의 평균 효율성은 매우 낮게 나타났으나, 2015년 이후 개선되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 우리나라 상호금융기관은 예수금과 대출금 확보 등 영업활동에서의 비효율 보다는 안정적인 이자수익의 확보 등 수익성 측면에서의 비효율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대부분의 상호금융기관의 비효율은 투입요소에서 보다는 산출요소에서 비효율이 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, Malmquist 생산성 분석결과, 생산성은 효율성 변화(catch-up)에서 후퇴, 기술변화(frontier-shift)에서 성장한 것으로 분석되었다. 이상의 분석결과를 통해 우리나라 상호금융조합은 무수익여신의 관리, 이자수익을 위한 대출확보, 이자수익 외 다양한 수익기반 확보 등의 개선 노력이 필요하다.

2009년 2월 4일부터 시행된 자본시장통합법은 자본시장 관련 금융 산업의 구조조정을 촉진시켜 겸업화, 통합을 통한 대형화가 가속화 될 것으로 예상되어 손해보험을 둘러싼 경쟁이 가속화 되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구의 목적은 DEA 모형과 맘퀴스트 지수를 이용하여 생보산업의 자본시장통합법 전후 2년간의 효율성과 생산성 변화를 분석하고 더 나아가 토빗 회귀분석을 이용하여 효율성을 결정하는 요인을 추가적으로 찾아내는데 있다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 자본시장법 시행 전후의 효율성은 자본시장법 시행 전에 비하여 시행 후에 기술효율성과 순수기술효율성 및 규모효율성 모두가 유의적으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자본시장법 시행 전후의 생산성은 자본시장법 시행 전에 비하여 시행 후에 유의적으로 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기술효율성에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 설계사 비중, 순수기술효율성에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 자산운용률, 규모효율성에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 변수는 기업규모, 자산운용률, 설계사 비중으로 나타났다.

The effect of technological innovation on the high-quality development of the producer services industry depends on whether or not technical innovation efficiency plays a key role. This study looks at the impact of technological innovation and financial technology (fintech) on the development of high-quality producer services in Fujian Province from 2010 to 2019. The efficiency of technological innovation is measured using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Malmquist productivity index. The mean overall innovation efficiency score is 0.639, meaning that Fujian accounts for 36.1% of resource utilization inefficiencies and that there are significant differences in technological innovation efficiency between cities. The findings show that high-quality producer services industries benefited from innovation efficiency, but that the influence of technological innovation efficiency is insignificant. This demonstrates that financial innovation has not been able to completely enhance the development level of the producer services industry. This may be due to the unreasonable output structure of technological innovation and the low industrial transformation rate of technological achievements. This study advocates that the R&D fund allocation structure be optimized. That technological innovation can improve the high-quality development of the producer services industry is a consensus within the academic community.
