TOC의 사고프로세스를 이용한 곡블럭 서포트 파이프의 설계 및 공정 개선 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improvement for Curved Block Support Pipe Design and Process with TOC Thinking Process)

  • For the purpose of supporting Curved Blocks, pipe welding is commonly used on Curved panel. Typically, when it comes to attaching supporting pipe on heavy incurvated surface, it makes much loss in the process of design, cutting, welding. This paper gives proper methods to collecting problems and Core conflicts surrounding Support Pipe by using of TOC (Theory Of Constraints). Therefore drawing two solutions, pipe development program and NC generating from pipe development Data for Plate Cutting machine. It describes a process of erasing loss surrounding Support Pipe with "TOC Thinking process" and development of two programs in this paper.

저지방 또는 고지방 섭취 시 대두올리고당의 섭취가 흰쥐의 지방대사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Soyoligosaccharide on Lipid Metabolism in Rats Fed the High Fat or Low Fat Diet)

  • This study investigated the effects of soyoligosaccharide consumption on lipid profile of plasma, liver and feces and immune responses in Sprague-Dawley male rats. Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats 4-wk-old were provided the soyo-ligosaccharide containing diets for 4 weeks (0, 100 g/kg diet); each of these diets was supplemented with either 70 or 200 g fat/kg diet, giving a total of 4 experimental groups. The effect of weight reduction was most significantly observed in the group fed low fat and soyoligosacchairde diet. The plasma total lipid and cholesterol contents were not changed by either fat proportion or soyoligosaccharide supplementation in the diets. Also the plasma triglyceride lowering effect by soyoligosaccharide was not observed in rats fed either low fat or high fat diet. However, the significant decrease in TG contents was found with rats fed high fat diets compared to the control/no soyoligosaccharide diet. Elevation of plasma LDL-cholesterol and reduction of HDL-cholesterol by feeding high fat diet was not altered by supplementing soyoligosaccharide. This was also applied to the liver lipid profiles. The significant increases in liver total lipid, trigly-cerides and cholesterol by high fat diet was not abolished by feeding soyoligosaccharide. However, the desirable effects of feeding soyoligosaccharide were found with total lipid and cholesterol excretion through feces in rats fed high fat diets. Immune organ weights and spleen cell proliferations did not affected by experimental diets. These results de-monstrated that soyoligosaccharide intakes increased the lipid output via feces, especially in rats fed the high fat diet, but more researches are needed on immune responses.

취락구조 개선(신촌형) 마을의 주민의식 및 공간구조 분석에 관한 연구 (Project evaluation by the rural villagers on and spatial analysis of the reconstructed villages under the Rural Village Improvement Project (Type A))

  • This study aims at analyzing of residents'attitudes and spatial structures in the rural villages reconstructed by the Rural Village Improvement Project(type A), and suggesting the guiding directions for planning rural villages. Six rural villages located in KyungGi province were selected for case study. The Major findings can be summarized as follows : 1) The ratio of type A project(newly planned village) in the total cases of the Rural Village Improvement Project has increased since 1990, In the majority(91.2%) of the type A project, the project area is below 2 ha and density of dwelling unit is below 40 households/ha. 2) The three spatial structures of newly planned rural village, i.e., Loop pattern, Cul-de-sac pattern, and Dendritic pattern, are identified. And the barns in the newly-build houses are categorized into the five types : the vertical addition type, the horizontal addition type, the vertical- horizontal addition type, the no- barn type, and the reused -barn type. 3) In the newly planned rural villages, the level of satisfactions for the quality of house and water & sewer system is remarkably higher than in the existing rural villages. These are the positive effects caused by the Rural Village Improvement Project. 4) The majority of the villagers think the improvement of the existing rural village, instead of redevelopment or newly planned village, is most desirable, which means the improvement of houses, roads, and sanitary facilities while preserving the spatial structures of the existing village.

식이 지방산이 흰쥐 뇌조직 Subcellular Fractions내 Oleic Acid(ω9) 조성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Dietary Fatty Acid Composition on Level of Oleic Acid (ω9) in Brain Subcellular Fractions of Rats)

  • $\omega$3계 지방산이 부족한 50군과 P/M/S 및$\omega$6/$\omega$3비율이 적절한 MO군으로 생후 9주까지 사육한 흰쥐의 적혈구와 뇌조직의 시냅토솜, 미토콘드리아 및 마이크로솜내 oleic acid 조성 비율은 생후 3주에는 두 군간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않고 일정한 수준으로 유지되는 것으로 나타났으나 생후 9주에는 MO군에서 SO군보다 높게 나타났다. 실험식이내 oleic ac:인 조성은 SO군이 MO군보다 매우 낮으나, SO군의 모유에서 oleic acid 조성비율이 식이에 비해 크게 증가된 것으로 나타나, 모유가 뇌 성장$.$발달기간중의 뇌조직내 oleic acid의 주요 급원이 될 수 있음을 나타내주고 있다. 18:0에서 oleic acid의 de novo 합성 정도를 나타내는 간접지표인 -9 desaturation index는 생후 3주에는 실험군간(시냅토솜 예외)에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으나, 생후 9주에는 식이내 oleic acid가 풍부한 MO군의 시냅토솜에서 높게 나타났다. 한편 생후 9주 마이크로솜 분획 에서 olelc acid 수준은 실험군 간에 차이를 보이지 않았으나, -9 desaturation index는 SO군에서 MO군보다 높아 뇌조직 에서 oleic acid가 생합성될 수 있음을 간접적으로 설명 해주고 있다. 따라서 흰쥐 뇌조직의 oleic acid는 식이와 모유 등의 이미 합성된 oleic acid가 뇌로 우선적으로 유입되는 부분과 뇌조직 자체에서 합성되는 부분에 의한다고 생각된다. 그러나 식이중 oleic acid가 부족하면 뇌 세포분획내의 oleic acid수준이 유의하게 감소하였으므로, 식이중 적절한 수준의 oleic acid가 정상적인 뇌발달에 필수적임을 다시 한번 강조하게 한다.
